A wonderful experience, halfway between a journey to discover new flavors, thanks to the chef's Albanian origins, and a nonconformist encounter with Tuscan tradition.
A special mention also goes to the attentive and welcoming dining room staff; laughter is the key to well-being for those who work there and those who want to spend an evening with a difference.
Last but not least, the great professionalism and care of all the chefs, who willingly come out of the kitchen to share the story behind a dish, conveys only positive emotions.
When you work in the industry and find a place this beautiful, it deserves praise, because quality cannot be taken for granted. Congratulations to all the staff!

marvellous experience. we’ve chosen the à la carte option with some extra’s. couldn’t expect how much we would be surprised by small bits of edible kindnesses and undescribable tiny flavourexplosions. certainly a spot to remember with awe (for us) and to recommend highly (for you who doesn’t know whether to step into or not). enjoy!

The best dinner the 4 of us have ever remembered .
We had the ‘identity’ tasting menu and each and every course was stunning both visually and to taste . Not one thing disappointed .

We had dinner with my husband ordering 7 course vision menu. 3 hours for a dinner is a little bit too long but we loved the food. Specially the spaghetti with dove was heavenly rich creamy and tasty. All different bread and wonderful dessert are also really enjoyable. I think the chef is definitely try to make a one star Michelin. Very close after we tasted their food.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Before every meal, the owner gave a short introduction that made the experience even more insightful and memorable.
