Super friendly and knowledgeable bartender. He made us feel welcomed and provided a great little spread of bread, cheese, and dried meats with our drinks. If you're looking for craft brew in Pienza you found it. Cheers!

In a short stay in Pienza, we went to this place twice.
Few tables, warm and welcoming environment. The menu proposal and the raw materials are firmly anchored to the territory. The cellar is interesting, with an offer linked to the innkeeper's search for natural wines, of certain interest and with an excellent quality-price ratio.
If you want to know more, Davide (this is the owner's name) will be able to expertly guide you in choosing and tasting.

I honestly can't say enough positive things about this place. The music was absolutely fantastic, such a vibe. The owner is generous with his pours and his wine recommendations. Impeccable music 🔥 and fantastic wines.

Very young guys but almost from another time... Excellent food, excellent wines, excellent selection of beers, desire to share and do, to tell and tell about themselves. Every product has a story, like these guys. It's almost like being at home. Well done!

We happen upon this place by chance on Saturday evening 3rd February, given that February is low season in Pienza, there aren't many places open so we rush into one of the few open with the most eye-catching sign and given that we were looking for a place to have an aperitif...."PROSIT"
Absolutely against the trend of the area we opt for white wine and with pleasant competence the young and friendly manager of the restaurant guides us to discover the organic white wines, in the end there will be 3 bottles for 5 people, which Prosit offers. They are wines outside the standard of the famous bubbles that come from the Veneto or Brescia area and as a common characteristic they have the production of absolutely organic wines by small producers, in short a different bubble than usual. All accompanied by excellent quality cold cuts and pecorino cheese (in Pienza this is a must). For my personal taste, I recommend the white Marescial, but I believe that the owner will be able to expertly guide you on whatever your choice is: beer (artisan) or local red.

Abbiamo incontrato questo locale per caso, ci ha attratti la scritta Craft Beers (che suggeriamo di provare!).
Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, ottimo per vegetariani. Il locale, molto ben curato, offre un’ottima scelta anche di vini da comprare. Bella anche la scelta della musica di sottofondo.
Personale giovane, estremamente preparato, e gentilissimo. Bonus: caffè fatto con la moka!
Lo consigliamo e ci torneremo!

Owner was extremely welcoming and helpful when picking the perfect wine to go with his beautiful cheese dishes that were one of the highlights of my trip. We ate on the charming tables outside. The owner also is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to beer of the world. A fabulous experience that you must try if in Pienza. Grazie mille!
