23/05/2025: Shitty experience. The cashier? Totally rude. After the Red Velvet she forgot what I had bought, I calmly replied: “a bottle of water”. And she, in a disgusting tone: “Sorry to ask you what you bought”. But who said anything to you? No one looked at you badly, no one disrespected you. The only problem is you with your gratuitous arrogance. If you are not able to stand behind a counter without snapping at all, change your job. Zero education, zero professionalism. Never again.

20/05/2025: Good bakery products and excellent service at the counter with helpful and smiling staff. Lots of confusion at lunch time, normal prices

31/10/2024: What an incredible experience! Immersed in the beauty of Borgo San Felice, this Michelin restaurant delivered a superb combination of elegant presentation with delicious flavors. Guided by Andrea, we picked some phenomenal dishes and of course, San Felice wines. All while sitting outside, close to a pool in the middle of Val D’Orcia… if perfection exists, it must be close to this experience! Thank you!

10/05/2025: Nice place, nice terrace for summer evenings, poorly cooked pizza springs in the central part, good meat, sticky overcooked pici, good desserts. Service leaves something to be desired due to some errors.

15/09/2024: What was supposed to be amazing birthday dinner turned into a night of horror and disgust which left me with trauma for life when I ate dinner at this restaurant. I messaged ahead of the reservation to confirm they served gluten free and vegetarian food. I have been vegetarian my entire life, never had meat or shellfish. Once I ordered my vegetarian dish at the restaurant, food appeared and I started eating. Soon after I realized that this wasn’t the dish I ordered and I confronted the server hoping for him to prove me wrong. Unfortunately they had given me shellfish with my pasta and I couldn’t tell the difference until it was too late. Since I never had shellfish in my life, i didn’t know I could be possibly allergic to it. I started to hyperventilate and later that night my throat started to close up and rash appeared on my neck and cheeks. I threw up all night long and all of this was caused by carelessness of the server, the chef and my own lack of ability to differentiate between a meat dish and a vegetarian dish. I had high hopes but now I am so disappointed in this establishment. This incident goes to show how little attention they pay to people’s life threatening allergies and dietary restrictions when they claim to be one of the best in town. I am glad I found out that I’m allergic to crustaceans but I wish I didn’t have to find it this way. I hope everyone learnt a valuable lesson at my expense. PLEASE pay attention to allergies. Due to your negligence, Someone’s life could be in grave danger if they’re severely allergic to something.

13/04/2025: Qualità dei prodotti veramente ottima (abbiamo provato il tagliere, la tagliata di manzo e le patate). Il camino nella stanza superiore regala un “senso di casa” all’ambiente. Siamo state accolte calorosamente da quella che crediamo essere la proprietaria, veramente molto gentile.

12/04/2025: A friend of mine and I came here to have dinner, initially I wanted to order a pizza, but since there was no pizza chef I couldn't, but in the end it turned out to be a good thing because it gave me the opportunity to try the meat, which was really good, one of the best cuts I've ever eaten, the same thing goes for my friend's platter, the cured meats and cheeses were delicious, and the jam that was served to us was wonderful, very good. We also ordered some baked potatoes, needless to say they were delicious too, cooked to perfection. Then we ordered dessert, a cheesecake and a caprese cake, which were also very, very good. Another quality of this place is the staff, very kind, courteous and friendly, we were even offered two much appreciated shots. Really great food and great service, congratulations.

22/04/2025: premesso che sono ligure, avevo scoperto il ristorante in una mia precedente vacanza in chianti....sono tornato nel lungo we di pasqua 2025 e sono stato a cena 2 volte...avevo i nomi di altri ristoranti consigliati ma, come si dice, squadra vincente non si cambia. 20/04/2025: Trovato quasi per caso, domenica di pasqua 25, parcheggio di fronte all'ingresso molto comodo, locale molto accogliente in perfetto stile toscano, così come il titolare, gentile e competente, fiorentina ottima, così come tutto il resto del pranzo, conto decisamente nella media, se non sotto, davvero ottima esperienza!!! Quello della fiorentina di Pasqua!!!
