Antica Locanda Ristorante "La Pietra" In Pienza

Diciamo che i tre pallini sono, seppur generosi, esclusivamente per il cibo. Ambiente anche affascinante ma di un "freddo siderale", e non parlo di temperatura. Non esiste la minima empatia. Un bel caminetto ma desolatamente spento come spenta è l'atmosfera. Vino proposto dimenticabile. Polenta con il lardo servita su pezzi di parquet laminato. Personale che si aggira dalla cucina alla sala con maglioni, tanto che ti chiedi se sia di passaggio. A parte il cibo, nella norma, direi che proprio non ci siamo. Peccato. Spero che questa mia recensione sia presa come un feedback per apportare le migliorie opportune, l'ambiente lo meriterebbe.

This place is a community cooperative so this fact alone makes you want to go there, you eat well, you don't spend much and the rooms are very nice, very well made and with a nice view. All enlivened by a beautiful, delicious cat adopted by the cooperative. I suggest you go there

Absolutely recommended for fans of Tuscan cuisine! There are quite a few good restaurants in this area - this one is absolutely top class. Furthermore, it is located in a picturesque location. From the pasta to the ice cream, everything is handmade and of excellent quality - the ice cream has even won an award - and rightly so. The chef - he is also the owner - is a passionate restaurateur. There are rarely places where you can regain your strength over a meal as much as you can here.

Ottima sala da pranzo nel cuore di Roccalbegna. Tortelli ottimi con ingredienti di prima qualità e a km zero. Peposo e trippa eccezionali. Assolutamente da provare.
