15/01/2025: I enter this bar after a medical visit to have a coffee with my partner also attracted by the window. The bar is empty but the bartender is extremely busy in conversation. We wait until attention is given to us and we order even though I notice that the atmosphere isn't the best. Lukewarm coffee is consistent with the environment. Too bad: I can't judge the desserts, but the environment and courtesy lack warmth.

Unfortunately another was shy and was a bit harsh when talking to us about the menu in an absolutely unnecessary way.

29/03/2025: Quiet little place with few tables where you can taste typical dishes of Tuscan cuisine. The ribollita and the Pici are delicious, tasty grilled vegetables. The staff is kind and welcoming even with our dog. The only flaw is the limited choice of vegetarian dishes, but we found something and it was really good. Recommended!!!

22/03/2025: Night 1 - The perfect dinner. I highly recommend the pear and pecorino fagottini which was a perfect balance between savoury and sweet. The rabbit was also very tasty, and it was accompanied well by a side of roast potatoes. I would've however loved to see better bread being served at the tables. Lastly, for dessert we tried the tiramisu which was creamy and sweet. I would definitely consider returning here! Night 2 - Indeed we returned to try more dishes after realising that we can confidently order anything from the menu without being disappointed. So we had to have an authentic carbonara, as well as a well made ossobuco. As expected, absolutely delicious. This time the accompanying sides chosen were a generous portion of roast potatoes and the grilled vegetables. We are now considering coming back here as often as possible!

15/09/2024: What was supposed to be amazing birthday dinner turned into a night of horror and disgust which left me with trauma for life when I ate dinner at this restaurant. I messaged ahead of the reservation to confirm they served gluten free and vegetarian food. I have been vegetarian my entire life, never had meat or shellfish. Once I ordered my vegetarian dish at the restaurant, food appeared and I started eating. Soon after I realized that this wasn’t the dish I ordered and I confronted the server hoping for him to prove me wrong. Unfortunately they had given me shellfish with my pasta and I couldn’t tell the difference until it was too late. Since I never had shellfish in my life, i didn’t know I could be possibly allergic to it. I started to hyperventilate and later that night my throat started to close up and rash appeared on my neck and cheeks. I threw up all night long and all of this was caused by carelessness of the server, the chef and my own lack of ability to differentiate between a meat dish and a vegetarian dish. I had high hopes but now I am so disappointed in this establishment. This incident goes to show how little attention they pay to people’s life threatening allergies and dietary restrictions when they claim to be one of the best in town. I am glad I found out that I’m allergic to crustaceans but I wish I didn’t have to find it this way. I hope everyone learnt a valuable lesson at my expense. PLEASE pay attention to allergies. Due to your negligence, Someone’s life could be in grave danger if they’re severely allergic to something.

03/04/2025: Incredible food! We came 3 times during our stay in Tuscany and everything on the menu was exceptional. Couple who run the place bought it last year, and they are on to a winner. Nice patio, nice indoors, nice bathrooms, friendly service (English/spanish/italian). Menu in English and Italian. Free parking right in front or down a nearby side street. I loved the ambience sitting on the balcony. We were getting tired of the exact same food on every menu in the region, and this offered authentic Tuscan food at a higher quality and a little different to everything else we ate here. Great value for money, too! Seriously the best steak, best antipasti, best pasta, best fries we ate all vacation. Can’t say enough good things. Try the Ribollita - unbelievable Tuscan veg stew/soup. This place is a must!!! We need to get Guy Fieri out here!

21/03/2025: The sushibar is a guarantee, the only à la carte sushi restaurant in Siena and with very high quality. Small and intimate place, varied menu and even a selection of gins. Highly recommended!

13/04/2025: Meget velsmagende mad, lækker og hjemmelavet. Vi fik en af deres specialister, en simreret med oksekød hertil bagte grønsager. Deres forretter var også gode - italiensk, når det er bedst. Vi sluttede med Tiramisu, igen en meget velsmagende udgave. Betjeningen er hjertelig. Alt i alt en rigtig god og hyggelig aften.

07/04/2025: We came looking for the best recommendations that Google Maps gave us, and we were right to try this place, passing through this beautiful Tuscan town. The atmosphere is rustic trattoria type but with good taste. The attention is very friendly but the best thing is the food. We tried the manso carpaccio with pecorino, tagliolini bacco tartufo and the ravioli maremanni ricotta and spinach. To close the exceptional tiramisu. Prices adjusted to the level of the place. One key is that it is on a street that is not so touristy and congested. That makes it calm. I recommend it.

08/04/2025: After visiting the fortress we ate at the restaurant without great expectations and instead it was the best restaurant of the holiday. I recommend the grill but the first courses are also excellent. The place is suggestive.

30/03/2025: A truly enchanting place where you can relax alone, as a couple or with your family. Multiple pools with water of different temperatures. A bar and restaurant with good food and normal prices. Large relaxation rooms. Clean changing rooms. An experience to definitely repeat

24/03/2025: Una accoglienza stratosferica da parte di tutto lo staff che gestisce il tutto garantendo una atmosfera familiare. Piatti tutti squisiti, ma menzione particolare per i Pici cacio e pepe. Davvero ottimi. Se andate a Pienza fermatevi a pranzo qui!!!!
