10/02/2025: A disappointing experience. The waitress was not welcoming, and the service was slow—25 minutes of waiting for dessert. The risotto was way too salty, and the tiramisu I ordered was completely frozen, with mascarpone as hard as ice. When I pointed out the issue, I was simply told that it was a “different type of tiramisu.” The result: an inedible dessert, but I was charged for it anyway. I won’t be coming back.

29/11/2024: Cominciamo a dire, sul mangiare nulla da dire ,il proprietario comportamento da primo della classe e che sembra essere l'unico ad avere un ristorante, riguardo al menù proposta fuori menù senza dire i prezzi e con sorpresa finale classico modo per fregare il cliente. Abbiamo mangiato un antipasto lei (battuta al coltello prezzo 23€)un secondo io (tagliata alla brace da 250grammi 29€ ) mezzo litro di vino della casa un dolce e basta totale spesa 90€. Un furto. IL MIO CONSIGLIO È DI STARCI LONTANO. ci sono ristoratori onesti ma questa persona rovina la categoria.

04/11/2024: Location eccezionale, cibo ottimo, disponibilità e cortesia del personale. Tutto perfetto eccetto il prezzo! Per quanto il ristorante sia valido, i prezzi sono spropositati, non semplicemente più alti della media... abbiamo mangiato benissimo, ma si trovano altri ristoranti di simile qualità, magari con porzioni più generose, a prezzi alti ma decisamente più bassi che qui.

01/03/2025: Locale tranquillo e informale. Proprietario gentilissimo e attento. Abbiamo assaggiato un paio di tartare (la cheesecake e la ligure) che erano strepitose. Assaggiato anche il tonno del Chianti e la lingua salmistrata entrambe buonissime. Molto golosi anche i dolci fatti da loro. Serata molto piacevole e locale assolutamente da provare soprattutto se ti piace la tartare, vista la varietà del menù e la qualità della carne.

18/11/2024: We celebrated my daughter's birthday yesterday and we can't help but express how thrilled we were! We had never been before, but we had heard great things about the place, and I have to say that expectations were greatly exceeded. The restaurant is enchanting, with several outdoor areas where we were able to have an aperitif in a truly evocative atmosphere. One point that particularly struck us was the children's playground area, extremely equipped and safe, which allowed the little ones to have fun while the adults enjoyed the day. The restaurant is cared for down to every detail, both inside and outside. The view of the pond is breathtaking, with windows overlooking a panoramic terrace. The interior is equally elegant, with modern and refined furnishings, and a fireplace that creates a pleasant atmosphere. The quality of the food was excellent and the service impeccable. We were given the opportunity to customize every detail of the event, from the layout of the tables to the set-up, up to the possibility of playing music and creating a space for dancing. We had the room to ourselves, which made the event even more special and intimate. In summary, it was a perfect day. We were really enthusiastic, both us and the guests. We recommend the Vallechiara restaurant without hesitation to those looking for an enchanting, well-kept place with excellent service and a spectacular view. We will certainly organize many other events in this splendid place. A magical experience that we will remember forever!

23/03/2025: Post gara sul Chianti con gusto😄... Crostini toscani golosi... Fiorentina... eh è la Fiorentina..cosa si può dire .....😋na gioia come sempre... Posticino molto carino e tipico toscano... Da tornarci assolutamente!

19/12/2024: Ottima enoteca con cucina a Radda in Chianti, ci eravamo stati anni fa e ci eravamo ripromessi di tornarci alla prima occasione utile perchè i piatti sono fantastici e ci eravamo anche trovati benissimo con i proprietari Aldo e Francesca. Non posso che confermare la mia impressione di allora, ottima cucina tradizionale e ottimo locale intimo, curato e caldo dall'atmosfera familiare. Assolutamente da non perdere se vi trovate nella zona.

11/12/2024: Serata tra amiche senza una meta precisa abbiamo scoperto questa chicca. Cibo gustoso, ben presentato, curato negli accostamenti e nella esaltazione dei sapori. Personale gentile, attento. Emma fantastica, si è intrattenuta a chiacchierare con noi ed è stato subito come essere a casa. Il posto poi è un gioiello, giochi di specchi e di vetri , un genio ha architettato un corridoio di tavoli a vista sulla 'cucina'

28/12/2024: Se vuoi un pranzo classico con i sapori toscani e una vista incantevole hai trovato il posto giusto.pici alla carbonara con tartufo ottimi, così come le pappardelle al cinghiale.maialino al forno leggermente troppo grasso ma ben cotto.nuona carta di vini toscani a prezzi ragionevoli.servizio tranquillo che ti lascia "riposare".conto nella norma per una città così turistica.digestione perfetta.C'ero già stato e ci ritornerò senz'altro.

26/09/2024: The pub no longer serves pizzas, only sandwiches - it was the only place open after 11pm in this province - restaurants close very early here. We had a nice meal and the owner was also very kind, however it is a place where locals come to drink and smoke...

09/01/2025: We absolutely loved our time on property. Food, wine, and options/excursions were amazing. We enjoyed harvesting olives w Marco and tasting fresh saffron, a cooking class w Vincenzo, and wine tasting. Walking the property was like walking in heaven - beauty around every corner. Everything was exquisite. We did have a snag with an order, but when we got in touch with the correct department, it was handled beautifully and respectfully. We will continue to order from Borgo even being back in US, but we would love to return even more. Truly a highlight of our time in Italy.

18/11/2024: Location was strikingly beautiful in the Tuscan hills. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, the food was amazing, and we enjoyed experiences like truffle hunting and renting a Vespa. It was also just really nice to sit around the grounds and relax. Thank you to the Borgo for an amazing vacation!!!
