04/08/2025: A cozy restaurant with a lovely outdoor area in a small Tuscan town. The service was consistently friendly and attentive – you immediately feel welcome. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the surroundings with their old walls are very charming. The food was consistently good: the bruschetta with salami and sun-dried tomatoes was delicious, and the carpaccio was beautifully tender and harmoniously seasoned. The tiramisu to finish the meal was also well-rounded. The wine list is well-suited to the region, and the prices are generally fair – perhaps slightly high for some dishes, but reasonable considering the quality. Overall, a successful visit in a very pleasant setting – ideal for a short culinary break in Tuscany.

03/08/2025: Quiet and cozy. The food was good, but not exceptional. We would have liked to have pizza, but that's only available for dinner in the evening. We ordered two bruschettas and a pasta dish to share. The pici cacio e pepe was tasty, but a bit too salty. The bruschettas were plain.

11/07/2025: A wonderful hotel! Just a stone's throw from San Gimignano, the rooms are very clean, as are the two pools. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The restaurant is in the Michelin guide, well deserved! We had a wonderful and delicious stay!

24/02/2025: I Parolai è un tapas bar allestito con gusto in un locale dalle mura antiche, con un ottimo connubio fra classico e moderno. Mi ci sono recato un sabato sera tardi per bere un buon drink con la mia compagna e le mie aspettative non sono state affatto deluse. L'ambiente è vivace, nella serata in cui ci siamo capitati c'era un DJ set con una selezione di musica vintage ed il locale era molto movimentato. Nonostante il grande afflusso di clienti siamo stati serviti prontamente ed i cocktail che abbiamo scelto preparati con cura. Personalmente ho provato un cocktail molto fresco a base di ottimo gin Senensis e basilico, per poi proseguire con uno spicy margarita al mango (la purea di mango, ben dosata, bilanciava delicatamente l'acidità del cocktail). L'estro del barman è evidente e considerata la qualità pregevole dei distillati utilizzati per le preparazioni, il ricarico è sorprendentemente basso. La prossima volta che tornerò a Siena conto di tornare in questo locale perchè la scelta di drink è ampia e originale, con proposte di alto livello su vini, bollicine e distillati. Se ne avrò la possibilità, mi fermerò anche a cena per provare la loro cucina.

14/01/2025: Locale vicino Porta OVILE ben curato dal proprietario dove abbiamo festeggiato l'anno nuovo con piatti di alta qualità con prodotti di materia superiore .....il tutto bagnato da una bottiglia di champagne con servizio ai tavoli da parte delle cameriere gentile e professionale!!! Prezzo finale ONESTO da ritornare !!!! COMPLIMENTI!!!

11/05/2025: Creo que este lugar era el único restaurante abierto el domingo a las 11 am, tal vez antes. La web dice abierto a las 6 am. Los otros restaurantes de la ciudad dijeron que estaban abiertos en Google, pero no lo estaban. Orden de los bocadillos mostrados. Usualmente justo, barato, chica de mostrador hablaba bastante buen inglés y era amable y paciente. Comer dentro y fuera. Lo recomendaría.

21/07/2025: Truly an excellent restaurant that you wouldn't expect to find attached to a hotel! Unfortunately, the dining room is typical of hotel restaurants, and it's a real shame because the food and service deserve a warmer, more welcoming, and perhaps even more distinctive setting. The dishes are prepared with excellent ingredients and beautifully presented, the wine selection is good, and the service is very courteous and professional. We will definitely return and I recommend it to anyone vacationing in Abbadia.

20/07/2025: A weekend escape from Rome's scorching heat gave us a wonderful and, above all, delicious surprise when my family and I chose to have lunch at this jewel in Abbadia San Salvatore. We were greeted with a dazzling smile from the owner, who, when asked if it was a problem to bring our poodle, replied, "You can take her off the leash, she's welcome!" It had already stolen my heart. From there, impeccable service and amazing dishes, whose simplicity embodied refined flavor with gourmet presentations, first courses featuring homemade pasta, and fresh, top-quality ingredients. From appetizer to dessert, a carousel of flavors. What more can I say? Don't miss the chance to try it; for me, it's the highest honor! Added to my favorite restaurants, I hope to return soon!

28/06/2025: Yet another pastry shop that tells us that good desserts do not exist in Siena. Always the same things, heavy cakes, pastries that seem old, tasteless creams. Heavy doughs, full of butter. Always the same biscuit layers, filling and icing. Maybe those who eat these types of desserts have never tasted others.

29/05/2025: Excellent pastry shop at the gates of the city. Delicious sweets, you can also find delicious savory tartines, with shrimp, salmon, etc... top! Also the coffee is delicious! Welcoming and kind service. Free parking 5 meters away.

29/07/2025: Beautiful, quiet, and well-maintained setting. Excellent dishes, except for the dessert. The setting offers good value for money. We went for dinner, and the location is very well-maintained and welcoming. Last but not least, the cleanliness of the premises.

20/07/2025: Siamo stati per due sere, ristorante e poi pizza. I nostri voti: Ristorante abbiamo preso i due fritti e il voto per entrambi un bell 8.5 leggeri e croccanti. Consigliati Poi i piccoli al ragù toscano ottimi e i piccoli cacio e pepe buoni. Voto 8.5 Pizzeria Da migliorare, ingredienti di qualità si vede ma la pasta della pizza non ci siamo, troppo croccante per non dire dura che non si tagliava. Mi spiace dirlo perché in effetti l'atteggiamento del pizzaiolo e di una persona che lo fa con grande passione e precisione. Anche il personale, specialmente la cameriera Ida veramente professionale e cortese, voto 9.5 Nel complesso ottima esperienza che certamente rifaremo il prossimo anno. Consigliato

05/08/2025: The food was delicious and the view from the terrace was fantastic. However, the service could have been improved, as we had to wait a long time. Many neighboring tables that arrived later received their food before us.

30/07/2025: The service was terrible, the wonton filling wasn't worth the price, and the dry wonton seasoning was incredibly salty, even for someone who's been eating noodles with oil, vinegar, and chili in a soup. The worst part was the ordering experience. The first person who took my order was a semi-black man with terrible spoken English. He was quite impatient when he expressed his inability to understand. The waitress was replaced by a Chinese woman. I thought I'd speak Chinese, but she smiled faintly and stared at me, insisting on speaking English. I can still instantly recall that undeniable hostility. Since the proprietress looks nice and was polite, and she chatted with me for a bit, I'll give her two stars (sigh, one star might get deleted!). I'll never be tempted by a Chinese dumpling shop again in winter. 🤭🤌🏻 By the way, the shop is incredibly large and deep, so the seating was packed and the place was empty. But their attitude was even more amusing.

14/07/2025: We've been to Colle a number of times and we love to come to Luna di Saturno. The service is very friendly and the pizzas are delicious. I suggest you'll start with an aperatif. You'll need it to chooce something to eat from the impressive menu :-) We had amazing pizzas and desserts. Loved it here. When we'll stay in Colle again, we will definitely be back.
