25/02/2026: The service staff was rude and aggressive. We went to the trattoria across the street, Leone. We had a wonderful time. We were attacked as soon as we arrived by a man (I presume the waiter from Loggiato) who shouted that we couldn't sit at the table. He then proceeded to insult us in a threatening manner. Disgraceful behavior.

11/12/2025: A pleasant place, the owner is friendly and helpful, the wine is good, and the prices are fair. It has very convenient private parking and is easy to get to. The only flaw: my Chianti stew wasn't good. The cut of meat was probably not exceptional, which is a shame, because the sauce was excellent. The first courses and appetizers are good. The local pecorino croquettes are worth trying. Prices are fair and the portions are generous. The wines are mostly their own, good, and competitively priced. Definitely worth trying again.

22/02/2026: I'll just say that I've never had such good rigatoni with paiata and coda alla vaccinara, even in Rome. Compliments to the chef and a special thanks to Domenico for the attentive and friendly service.

Authentic food...the staff were very friendly...the waiter Domenico was very nice and helpful....We'll be back!!!

01/01/2026: In the magical village of Volpaia, the Osteria offers a refined and elegant atmosphere, a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and dishes that showcase local ingredients with a delicately exotic touch that will surprise you. Last but not least, our two dogs were welcomed with joy. We'll definitely be back. Well done, Filippo and Martina!

The dishes are exceptional, and you can immediately see the attention to detail (as well as a lot of passion).
Bonus: pet-friendly! Our dog, Barolo, was treated like a true prince.
If you can, stop by and try the pumpkin buttons!

02/01/2026: A delightful and unique inn, slightly off the main drag.
The pizza is excellent, as are the appetizers, ribollita, and chicken cacciatore.
Definitely worth a try.
30/12/2025: This restaurant is located in Piazza Sant'Agostino, slightly outside the busier center. You can eat outside in the sun on a nice day. The first courses are excellent, especially tagliatelle with ragu and pappardelle with wild boar. The tiramisu is also fantastic, and my kids loved it. Highly recommended!

23/02/2026: Nothing special, gourmet portions for very bland dishes. The spinach flan was decidedly flavorless, the garlic was good but not exceptional, and the ribollita was poor. The only decent thing was the lamb rump. Definitely too expensive for what you get.

11/12/2025: We ordered on Deliveroo. The order was prepared and ready at 8:00 pm but it was delivered at 9:30 pm so the plates were cold when they arrived. The poke bowl contained small pebbles...howful experience!

08/12/2025: The meat is the highlight, and the "cinghianella" is also excellent: a special appetizer worth trying. The warm atmosphere is complemented by 360° windows. There's a reserved parking lot a few steps away and a few spaces near the entrance for those with mobility issues.

27/02/2026: After a stop at the Bagni di San Filippo with my family (there were four of us), we relied partly on chance and partly on reviews and chose Parallelo for lunch. The atmosphere was simple, the service attentive and friendly. Everything was truly delicious! The onion corton was amazing: we asked for seconds.

27/10/2025: Went here on the 18th of oct and had a great time. We were a group of 8 with a toddler. There was no room for us inside so the gentleman arranged a place for us outside. It was a bit chilly and he saw us struggle and immediately brought us some blankets. The service was great. We loved the food, was one of the highlights in terms of food for me in Pienza. Keep up the great service and quality of the food.
P.S. the beef stew was 👌
24/10/2025: A nice tourist spot in the center of Pienza. The prices are slightly lower than the average in the surrounding area. The atmosphere is charming and well-kept, both inside and out, with clean and convenient restrooms. The service is friendly and fast. The food isn't bad, but it's nothing special either (we tried the walnut and pecorino ravioli and the tagliatelle with meat sauce).

26/10/2025: On our visit to Chiusi, which was our final stop for this visit to Tuscany, including a visit to the museums, which were all very interesting, we ate at this Osteria, which was simply brilliant! The food, the friendly service in a restaurant run by women, was fantastic, so brilliant that we went back today, Sunday, and will return tomorrow, Monday. We're delighted to have discovered this place! Congratulations for being so generous!
