This restaurant doesn't need a positive review for the quality of its food. It's written all over Colle di Val d'Elsa that their cuisine is among the best... but what about the rest? Everything else is also fantastic and deserves to be written on the walls of neighboring towns. Fast service, fair prices, and an atmosphere filled with smiles and gracious manners. Bravo!

I'd already known from the phone call to make a reservation that they were nice and friendly, and once I got there, they absolutely didn't disappoint. Not only with their courtesy, but also with the excellent and carefully prepared food. The place is cozy, and it's truly a pleasure to be there. Thank you for everything.

Oste di Borgo is a wonderful, intimate little osteria. The limited seating ensures a quiet yet warm, home-like atmosphere. The quality of the dishes is truly top-notch, especially the cardoon tart and the cacio e pepe pici with crispy cavolo nero and lemon zest. Highly recommended!
