I can only tell you that we spent a week eating here. The atmosphere is small but intimate, the dishes are few but truly delicious. I highly recommend them, especially if you want to try "uncontaminated" cuisine. It's become a "must" when we're in the area! Congratulations, always.

Despite its fame, Pienza is a traditional trattoria, not your typical "tourist" restaurant. Family-run, it offers a Tuscan menu with traditional dishes. Excellent value.

A great trattoria with a wide variety of local dishes to try. It fills up quickly, so I arrived right when it opened, but the atmosphere was warm and lively, and the servers were friendly and welcoming.
I ordered the bruschetta, pici all’aglione, and coniglio, and everything was excellent. The pici was one of the best I had during my trip, with the perfect chewy texture and a slightly spicy, garlicky flavor that made it incredibly addictive. The rabbit was also a unique local specialty and one of the most memorable dishes I tried in the area.
Overall, this was a wonderful place to experience authentic Tuscan food, and I would happily return.

Anyone in Pienza looking for authentic Tuscan cuisine should definitely stop by. The dishes were expertly prepared – fresh ingredients, perfect flavors, exactly what you'd expect from Tuscany.
The service was warm and attentive without being intrusive – we felt instantly welcome. The wine list impressed us with fantastic regional wines at fair prices, and the overall value was simply unbeatable.
A true hidden gem in an already beautiful town. We'll definitely be back!
