06/09/2025: Perfect osteria for a break, as it's a lively city. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦👨‍👩‍👧‍👦👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🌞 Good food. The size of the dishes is reasonable compared to the prices and surrounding areas. A small terrace is exceptional for its size (very small). But if you're lucky enough to have it available... ask for it! I highly recommend it.

02/09/2025: Each course was very delicious, it was an explosion of tastes with each bite. The pizza caprese and the Vinsanto dessert was so good, we had to come back!

31/08/2025: When the quality of the ingredients meets the expert hand of the chef and the intelligent management of the dining room, the result is a masterpiece of an evening! Every course was top-notch: a feast for the eyes and the palate. We wisely let ourselves be guided in our choice of wine: the Barbanera "Gigino 80" proved to be a fitting complement to each course. Last but not least, the restaurant is part of the AIC network, so celiacs like me can enjoy their meal with complete peace of mind, without ANY restrictions. A true gift! Thank you for a wonderful evening, one we won't soon forget. See you soon!

20/07/2025: My partner and I spent a truly enjoyable weekend at this property. Villa Sabolini stands out for its cleanliness and attention to detail, the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, the excellent cuisine, and the tranquility that permeates throughout. It's the perfect location for those who want to relax and unwind from the daily grind. We'll be happy to return!

23/08/2025: A perfect hotel! The team is pleasant and helpful, there are free shuttles to San Gimignano (a 5 minutes drive), free parking, the breakfast is so good and the pools are great. Loved every single thing👏🏻

16/08/2025: The food was delicious; it could have been a bit more special. Fantastic atmosphere and ambiance. The female staff was very friendly. The male staff member was less attentive to our Italian colleagues, as a family with two children.

07/09/2025: It’s just the very best in town. You can’t believe how authentic they are. Super yummy food. The ‘evergreen’ for the locals, as well as a ‘must’ for authentic travellers. Italian breakfast in Siena? Buti for sure. 😘

02/09/2025: Look, this is an institution in Siena, there's little to discuss. If you want to try properly made desserts, this is a must. Their caramelized specialty is Bahian, the kind that sticks in your memory, but even the simplest pastries are no joke, damn it. Quality always comes first; you can tell the ingredients are top-notch. As for the service, though, we're going to have to give a damn. Sometimes the people behind the counter are kind and quick, other times it seems like they're in the wrong place. I've even been waiting and seen people who arrived later walk past me, without even an apology. These things really piss me off, because given the quality of their food, you'd want to come back every day. It's a shame, they should pay more attention to these things.

23/08/2025: The best gluten free restaurant I’ve ever been to. I’m not gluten free, my partner is so I go with her to gluten free restaurants. This one is my favorite and suitable for none gluten free people. We took our friends here and didn’t tell the it was gluten free and she had no idea and loved it. Oh and the price is so reasonable. Less than €70 euro for 3 course for 2 people.

06/09/2025: Local cuisine with a twist! A very interesting wine list featuring niche offerings, and the owners are delightful!

04/09/2025: There's a complete lack of parking nearby, making access more difficult. Simple, tasty dishes (a selection of prosciutto) alternate with more bland options. The dessert needs a complete overhaul (we only tried one). Service isn't particularly fast.

30/08/2025: Nothing to complain about about the place, it's Piazza del Campo. The waiters are very well-prepared and friendly. I come here often; the last time I had guests, some of the dishes were excellent. Yesterday I had a Tuscan burger; I didn't like it, it had a strange flavor. My wife had an elephant ear; it was good, but it was too tall to be called an elephant ear.

14/08/2025: We had an incredibly memorable, unique and delicious dinner during our trip through Tuscany at Tar-Tufo. The five-course truffle tasting menu included a variety of well thought out and beautifully presented dishes, all paired with wines which were intentionally chosen to match both the food and our personal preferences. One of us does not eat red meat nor enjoy red wine, yet the owner and the kitchen were very accommodating with both the ingredients and a separate wine pairing for one of us featuring all delicious white wines from across the country. For both the meal and the view, I could not recommend Tar-Tufo enough!

29/08/2025: A very welcome and unexpected surprise, truly well done! Update August 28, 2025: I 100% confirm what I said previously, 100% satisfied across the board. For the past three years, every visit to Montalcino has been exclusively to Belvedere! Thanks to Simone and his team, both in the dining room and in the kitchen!

21/08/2025: Very quiet place, well located, and with great views. The food was also very good.

05/09/2025: Don't be fooled by the 4.5 review. *edit after the even ruder response from the establishment . The place does serve pasta, its on their specials menu. Never in my life have I sat somewhere and watched a microwave in such continuous operation. No eatery worth its salt would inflict this on its paying customer. Shame on you. To reply saying "NO PASTA" in a blatent lie, just take a look at their photos that shows both lasagne and pici. Even shown on the photo of the specials from 11 days ago* For warm dishes including pasta, they are reheating in a microwave. This is in plain sight for all to see, 2 microwaves constantly working.

05/09/2025: How can I put it? It's just perfectly typical. The plate of charcuterie and cheese is succulent. We enjoyed it and will be back before the end of our trip.

24/02/2025: I Parolai è un tapas bar allestito con gusto in un locale dalle mura antiche, con un ottimo connubio fra classico e moderno. Mi ci sono recato un sabato sera tardi per bere un buon drink con la mia compagna e le mie aspettative non sono state affatto deluse. L'ambiente è vivace, nella serata in cui ci siamo capitati c'era un DJ set con una selezione di musica vintage ed il locale era molto movimentato. Nonostante il grande afflusso di clienti siamo stati serviti prontamente ed i cocktail che abbiamo scelto preparati con cura. Personalmente ho provato un cocktail molto fresco a base di ottimo gin Senensis e basilico, per poi proseguire con uno spicy margarita al mango (la purea di mango, ben dosata, bilanciava delicatamente l'acidità del cocktail). L'estro del barman è evidente e considerata la qualità pregevole dei distillati utilizzati per le preparazioni, il ricarico è sorprendentemente basso. La prossima volta che tornerò a Siena conto di tornare in questo locale perchè la scelta di drink è ampia e originale, con proposte di alto livello su vini, bollicine e distillati. Se ne avrò la possibilità, mi fermerò anche a cena per provare la loro cucina.

14/01/2025: Locale vicino Porta OVILE ben curato dal proprietario dove abbiamo festeggiato l'anno nuovo con piatti di alta qualità con prodotti di materia superiore .....il tutto bagnato da una bottiglia di champagne con servizio ai tavoli da parte delle cameriere gentile e professionale!!! Prezzo finale ONESTO da ritornare !!!! COMPLIMENTI!!!

01/09/2025: The pizzeria is located in a busy alleyway in Castellina. We stopped by spontaneously for dinner. The pizza arrived very quickly and was delicious. The staff was very attentive.

28/08/2025: We stayed for three nights for dinner and the service was very good and friendly, especially from the waiter Milko, a young guy but with very good customer service and a lot of sympathy, he made us come back for his friendly treatment and the detail of the last night was very special.
