05/08/2025: The overarching theme I would give my experience was a resounding sense of trust. Trust that the ingredients were selected and incorporated in the most magical way with specific purpose. Trust that the wine, curated from regions and producers with integrity of the terroir, expresses a love with each dish. Trust that the service; listens, responds, and recommends such personalized passion for the guest experience, you feel like the star of the meal. 26/07/2025: You have to go here and try the amazing seasonal truffle menu with wine pairing. For the main dish, the chef cooked us an amazing pork wellington - I’ve never tried anything like it. So rich, yet cased in light flaky pastry - he came out to describe lovingly the trial and error that led to him creating it, then hand carve for us, which was awesome. Paired with an exceptional gran selezione chianti. Stunning. Lovely attentive service (there is a supplement, unlike most places, but they earn it, unlike most places.) Can’t recommend highly enough for a lovely romantic evening.

30/07/2025: The service was terrible, the wonton filling wasn't worth the price, and the dry wonton seasoning was incredibly salty, even for someone who's been eating noodles with oil, vinegar, and chili in a soup. The worst part was the ordering experience. The first person who took my order was a semi-black man with terrible spoken English. He was quite impatient when he expressed his inability to understand. The waitress was replaced by a Chinese woman. I thought I'd speak Chinese, but she smiled faintly and stared at me, insisting on speaking English. I can still instantly recall that undeniable hostility. Since the proprietress looks nice and was polite, and she chatted with me for a bit, I'll give her two stars (sigh, one star might get deleted!). I'll never be tempted by a Chinese dumpling shop again in winter. 🤭🤌🏻 By the way, the shop is incredibly large and deep, so the seating was packed and the place was empty. But their attitude was even more amusing.

02/08/2025: Osteria Del Gatto in Siena is a true gem! I can't believe I've only just discovered it. The dishes are classic Tuscan cuisine, but every single one has that special touch from the chef that makes them unforgettable. The freshest ingredients and exceptional dishes, even the side dishes. I'll definitely be back and will bring all my friends who come to visit me here so they can taste authentic Tuscan cuisine. 한국분들이 이 리뷰를 본다면 무조건 방문해보세요 :) 강력 추천합니다!

28/07/2025: Myself and my wife got married at this venue in June and it was phenomenal. We had exclusive hire of the hotel for the duration of our stay having booked through a UK wedding company (Ionian Weddings) and it did not disappoint. The rooms themselves are great, clean and with air con. The pool is amazing and we were pleasantly surprised by the prices of the drinks from the cafe/bar area. Great food and staff, our guests loved it as well, and we can't recommend it enough.

26/07/2025: In Colle per breve vacanza capitiamo per caso in questo locale a due passi dalla nostra struttura. Piccolo curato e pulito personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile a che con il nostro cane. Pezzo forte le pizze deliziose e in tantissime varianti (pizzaiolo pluricampione nel suo campo). Dolci fatti in casa e birre artigianali completano il tutto. Passateci e non ve ne pentirete!

23/07/2025: From the outside, it doesn't look very well-maintained, but once inside, I changed my mind. The apartment has been renovated with modern, yet mountain-style furnishings; it was very clean; the kitchen equipment was OK.

16/02/2025: Very beautiful structure, renovated and equipped with every comfort. We stayed one night in an apartment with sauna and hydromassage, tastefully furnished and well heated. Friendly and readily available staff. The only flaw is the lack of napkins or placemats for any meals. For the rest really excellent value for money!

11/08/2025: I enjoyed an excellent lampredotto (really, really good. If you like strong flavors or offal, like me, try it!), pici with Sienese ragù, and gnocchetti with pesto and truffles, all perfectly cooked... in short, love with flavor... local cuisine is confirmed as one of my favorites. A well-stocked selection of local wines. The staff is well-trained, professional, and friendly. The osteria doesn't have much seating inside, but they also set up tables outside. I recommend booking to ensure you can enjoy their cuisine in peace. This Sunday, I was also lucky enough to dine to the sound of the drums of one of the city's contrade (districts) marching in Piazza del Campo (I won't reveal the name to avoid confusion, but as a tourist, I'm not biased), which I deeply appreciated. I love events like this, and the combination of tradition and local cuisine only makes me love Tuscany more and more. Thank you, and I will definitely return to this restaurant as soon as I have the opportunity to pass through Siena!

10/08/2025: Located on a side street off Piazza del Campo, as a Tuscan, I can finally say I've eaten authentic Tuscan cuisine! Despite its location, forget about the typical tourist restaurant. Here, the service is friendly and the food is authentic, all for a truly fair price.

25/04/2025: Vald'o, Antonio and Valentina's literary winery project is an unmissable place to stop when visiting San Quirico d'Orcia, relaxing and full of content. Visit it, here you are welcomed with courtesy and opinions are exchanged, positive short circuits are created between people. The cultural meetings they organize are always interesting, their literary editions with refined graphics make you think, and that's no small thing. Highly recommended to attend it.
