Silvio is the maestro of beers and has won me over with different tastes every time (and I go often!). Don't miss this treasure, just 5 minutes from Montepulciano.

26/12/2024: An amazing place with a fantastic owner! I think we'll meet again next Boxing Day. Even my little girls tasted the wonderful beers and we all came out singing.

05/02/2025: Visitato in un periodo in cui a Monteriggioni e’ quasi tutto chiuso e non ci sono turisti. Arrivati alle 14.30 siamo comunque stati accolti con cortesia. Abbiamo gustato giusto un primo: dei gradevoli Pici cacio e pene, ben presentati e saporiti. Accompagnati ad un bicchiere di Nobile ci è bastato per rimanere soddisfatti. Prezzo in linea con la proposta e gestione molto cortese.

19/10/2024: Arrived after booking through the link available on Google and they said it wasn’t valid. Then they acted as though it was our fault and that they couldn’t seat us. Sent us away after making a reservation. Never seen anything like it. Avoid

13/02/2025: La pizza è buona e ben condita, ma abbastanza piccola. Soprattutto è molto cara. Locale carino, servizio perfetto, personale gentile. Quello che mi ha deluso è vedere che la pizza senza glutine costa 15€ qualunque sia il condimento. Di sicuro è una pizza congelata e cotta nel microonde. Ma quello che mi fa più rabbia è lo scarso rispetto nei confronti di coloro che l'intolleranza al glutine se la sono ritrovata, non l'hanno scelta!

20/02/2025: Wonderful arancini 🥹 they are really good, I took the vegetarian one with ricotta and the one with ham!! Fantastic. The cannoli inspired me as much as the cassata and everything else. A little corner full of goodness.

01/12/2024: Cosy local bar, with amazing coffee and pastry. Bar owners are kind people and very skilled with cappuccino art! Also there is a cutest red cat named Garibaldi that you can find either in bar or at piazza and he is the main tourist attraction of the town! Don’t miss it!

29/03/2025: Very close to the famous Piazza del Campo and it is the best of the best in Siena. Home cooking!!! With an open kitchen. A unique delicacy. Do you want to eat really well and feel at home? Well! You have to go here!!! The decor is very simple, typical of a trattoria, the quality of the food and cooking is supreme. Exceptional. The osso buco is amazing as are the picci al ragu, both beef and venison. The peas and turnip tops are delicious. The ribs and tiramisu served in a glass cappuccino cup are also top. Really normal prices. The house wine is excellent as are the rest of the bottles they produce. Do you want to eat real Sienese cuisine? Without a doubt "alla Torre" Top staff! Everyone is very friendly When I go to Siena, this is a must-see Closing day: Thursday

25/03/2025: We decided to try this place for lunch because of the many good reviews. Do not be fooled. The good reviews are from many years ago and I believe it is under new ownership. We walked in and were the only ones inside. The young man was very kind but the “kitchen” in the corner was tiny and no food was being made. It did not smell like delicious food. The young woman in the kitchen kept glaring at us. We got up and left before ordering any food
