A wonderful place near Pienza. The beer isn't an opportunity, but it's worth every cent because of the way it's made. Brewed exclusively to a high quality, the Imperial stout in particular is a treat for the palate, although you shouldn't necessarily drive after drinking it (12.5 percent alcohol). If you are in the area and don't just want to drink wine, the absolute first address!

Beh sulle birre non si discute, chapeau come sempre. io abito molto molto lontano (Brescia) ma quando passo verso sud per lavoro o piacere, una puntatina dal buon Samuele la faccio sempre: birre fantastiche, posto da paura, colline che vorresti viverci... Grandi ragazzi!

06/05/2024: We booked at this tavern a bit by chance, it is near the escalators and we are passing through. That's better! We took a plate of pici with truffle, sausage and pecorino cream, divided it by two, but already there we realized that the portion was abundant and delicious. Followed by a Cinta Senese fillet with porcini mushrooms and a scallop. The fillet didn't seem plentiful at first glance but in reality it is a very satisfying meat, and at the end of the dish I was fully satisfied! Super recommended. Wine and water. Price: wine and water, 1 first course and two second courses and 1 side dish 55 euros, more than honest, almost cheap I would say!
