I highly recommend the fried eggs and smoked spaghetti. It's a restaurant you absolutely must try. The wine pairing made our meal even more enjoyable. Thank you.

The dishes didn't meet expectations. The presentation was beautiful. One of the four appetizers we tried was excellent. We didn't order the first course, so I can't comment. Be careful with the main courses, however; the suckling pig, in particular, had lost its moisture, while the pigeon was unfortunately raw inside, making it unpleasant. However, we weren't charged for the dish. The professionalism, kindness, and speed of the service were appreciated. I'd like to return to try other dishes, hoping my experience was an exception.

This was an outstanding meal! We loved the setting in a square next to the church with a small number of tables. The food was amazing (we had the a la carte menu) and the wine recommendation just perfect. An added touch was the little chair you get for your bag! Thank you for such a memorable evening

In this cozy restaurant, you will find a rare combination of original yet gastronomically innovative terroir cuisine, a beautiful wine list featuring local selection, excellent service and attention to the front of house, and all this at a very reasonable price.
We had a pleasant and informative chat with the owner and will certainly return on our next visit to the region.

Delicious dishes. Very refined cuisine and very friendly service. Went back to eat and were pleasantly surprised again. The dishes are a feast for the eyes and the taste buds.

Amazing dining experience in Colle. From the very first greeting, the menu and super extensive wine list walkthrough - we felt welcome. We chose from the a la carte menu, with chicken liver pate and ox tongue as appetizers (the paté is amazing!), then moved to smoked spaghetti, fava bean risotto with smoked trout and then pork loin. There wasn’t a single dish that was short of amazing. The wine list was a bit intimidating with bottles ranging from 25 to 900 EUR but the lovely guy who welcomed us also helped with the wine choice- and it was great. Warmly recommended!
