Never in my life have I eaten meat this well prepared. It was amazing! They are also very kind and passionate people :))

The food at this little restaurant is out of this world. We booked dinner there on a Sat evening, while staying a five minute drive away at Hotel Villa l'Avvenire (highly recommended). The engaging and passionate owner and chef gave us his recommendations, for the non tartare menu. We had the meal of a lifetime. To start, we shared a refreshing tomato mousse and a creamy courgette mousse, which complemented one another, on a very hot evening. Taste and presentation were superb. We then shared a Black Angus Carpaccio and a potted pork dish laid on a bed of cannelli beans, both flavoured delicately and thoroughly delicious. The chef recommended an accompanying red wine of the region, which was perfect. He then suggested a local cheese plate with two types of hard cheeses served with his red pepper marmelade - a match made in heaven. We then shared his panacotta with berries, which was incredible and finished off with an espresso. This meal really was worthy of a Michelin Star. You must go there, when in Siena.

Tiny and almost invisible from the outside: I probably would never have entered if I hadn't read a review on Instagram... Luckily! My expectations were fully met. The place is, yes, small, but well-kept and welcoming. The highlight is undoubtedly the tartare: a wide selection, original pairings, and excellent quality. The wine selection is also interesting, well-thought out and with unusual options. Also worth mentioning are the off-menu items, which unfortunately I didn't have the chance to try due to time constraints, but they looked very inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was very quick. Even though we arrived almost 45 minutes late from our reservation, they welcomed us courteously and served us without any problems. Thanks to all the staff: I will definitely be back... this time on time!

Very very good for creative food and atmosphere. We are refused by two restaurants in Siena without reservation and walk in here. The beef tartare is very creative with bread and we like it both. The worker here is very patient even at late night.

While on vacation in Siena, this place was recommended to us, and we booked. It's really cute and welcoming. The selection of dishes is excellent, and the tartare and tagliata are fantastic. A well-deserved five stars.

We had a wonderful experience at TVB. It's a small but cozy place, and the owner, Massimiliano, is incredibly friendly and charming. We ate tons of top-quality meat, as well as some excellent wines that the owner let us try. To finish, the desserts were simply amazing. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back.

An intimate and welcoming place. We had a zucchini tart with taleggio cheese, a cheesecake tartare, and a truffle tartare. Everything was delicious, but the truffle tartare was superb!

TVB Tuscan Wine Bar is a place with just a few tables and an atmosphere that almost resembles a small grocery store, simple and authentic. This very "simplicity" makes it unique: you feel a little at home and the food is truly fabulous 🤩😍 Excellent raw materials, tartare prepared with great care and fantastic flavors. An intimate and authentic place where I will definitely return. I forgot to photograph the desserts but the walnut cake with nocino cream... wonderful and also the crema catalana 😋 Highly recommended!
