My wife and I had dinner here: the restaurant is beautiful, located in a 13th-century building. The pici alla cinta senese and the local tagliata steak were excellent. We drank Vernaccia di San Gimignano.

The Ristorante Peruca is quite special. We had a wonderful lunch there while visiting San Gimiginano and could not have been happier with our meal. The food is really quite exceptional. Everything we tried was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Fantastic !! Top of the list restaurant in San Gimignano if you are visiting. The atmosphere is cozy, whether you decide to sit inside or on their outside terrace. The food is exceptional - we had shared pasta dishes & the classic Tuscan steak. All perfect - we would happily come back !! Thank you for the warm welcome !

We ate here this evening , table for 2 plus our dog outside at 7pm . Outside became full very quickly and I can see why . We have been travelling since April and this was by far the meal of the trip . Fantastic service , great wine and absolutely incredible food . A small menu cooked with love , great presentation and amazing flavour The truffle risotto was sooo good Highly recommend

Omg, this place! We had a traditional set menu and we enjoyed it so much! Food was cooked to perfection, everything was super tasty. This was one of the best fine dining experiences we have ever had. We will definitely come back next time we are in San Gimignano.

A really good restaurant, the food is just amazing.. we tried the traditional menue and can recommend it to everyone who loves good food and want to try a variety of dishes the tuskan kitchen has to offer. Also the staff is really friendly and the restaurant is decorated well, between tradition and modern style.

04/02/2026: Beautiful day, we had a great time. Good food, excellent service, lovely atmosphere, we had a great time (it was a family birthday). The prices were more than reasonable. Highly recommended, even for locals. PS: The house wine, even the Riserva version, isn't the best, although it's attractively priced.
24/01/2026: This ravioli place is amazing ㅠㅠ The wild boar ragu was a bit dry, but I understood and ate it because they said it was an authentic dish ㅎㅎ The staff were all friendly and the atmosphere was great! There are also a lot of locals!!
