Pastazuf In Siena

A small but basic place with an open kitchen. We found it by chance while looking for typical local dishes: we tried the pici all'amatriciana and the apple and elderflower cheesecake. We devoured them. Everything was delicious and very reasonably priced! The chef is also a nice and very welcoming guy. If we were to return to Siena, we would already know where to eat again.

Far too underrated, incredible fresh pasta, incredibly low prices for the quality of the food, and the service and staff (the same guy does everything) are truly excellent. Highly recommended if you're passing through Siena!

Love this place, I ate here a few times whilst in Siena! Choose your flavour and your pasta and enjoy. Menu in Italian and English. This place is small with limited seating and one chef, but alas you can order take away and trust me it is worth it if no seating is available. The food is fresh, delicious, a good serving size and well priced. Usually you pay after you eat and drinks are available in the fridge. All tables were clean and tidy when I visited and there is a toilet onsite, although seemingly hidden until you know. It will take time, one chef, but if you like food that is full of flavour and a great chef, then I suggest you stop here, relax and enjoy.

I ordered two rigatoni with meat sauce to go. The waiter was very friendly and quick. They were good. I'll probably be back. Low prices and good quality.

Incredible spot! Pasta that is cooked fresh before your eyes and tastes AMAZING! No frills and makes for a perfect lunch in Italy. Would 100% recommend.
