We visited Venchi Cioccolato e Gelato in Siena and really enjoyed the gelato. The flavors were delicious, creamy, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. It was a great treat while walking around the beautiful city center. The only downside was the service, which felt quite slow, especially considering it wasn’t overly busy when we visited. The staff were polite, but the waiting time was longer than expected. Overall, the gelato was excellent and definitely worth trying. The service could be a bit quicker, but we still had a good experience.

14/05/2026: A truly lovely, modest, and very clean place. Excellent value for money, off the beaten track. Perfect for those who want more for less. Here, San Gimignano can be beautiful even in peak season. Francesca is a wonderful host.
08/05/2026: Wonderful place. Perfect location. Easy walk to town. You get access without the crowds and noise. Easy parking. Incredible view. Delightful people. Francesca could not be more helpful. Highly recommended.

28/11/2025: After a very tiring journey, we just wanted a quick pizza that evening. We found this little pizzeria and were completely won over. Not only is the pizza excellent, but so are the two (?) owners. Many thanks for the pizza, the beer recommendations, and the short, pleasant conversations. We'll definitely be back!
21/11/2025: This place is AMAZING!!!!!!!! The owners were simply delightful and so generous. We went in and ordered a pizza just for me and my boyfriend. We were greeted with such hospitality. They gave us additional stuffed flat breads just because they were worried we would be hungry. What a delightful experience. The pizza and the flatbreads were to DIE FOR!!!! Must try
