Best place to eat and drink in San Gimignano! Mamma makes best bruschetta’s and panini’s. Son serves best coffee in Italy and amazing vines!!! We will be back! For sure

Wonderful spot for a beer/wine and snack.

A great place for a glass of good local wine and Italian snacks. A charming place with a friendly atmosphere and very friendly service, it's perfect for a quick break during sightseeing. We tried the bruschetta with lardo di Colonnata and the bruschetta with prosciutto crudo, pomodoro and mozzarella – both were fresh and full of flavor. We also chose the Gagliole Riserva Chianti Classico DOCG 2021 red wine and the Panizzi Vernaccia di San Gimignano Riserva DOCG 2022 white wine. I highly recommend it 😋✨

Dropped in for a beer and light lunch. Welcoming staff (4th generation), freshly made bruschetta; what’s not to like. Also saw some lovely freshly antipasto platters taken out for other guests. Recommended.

We tried their white wine, vernaccia, and it was amazing! Prices are fair as well! Great location, a bit far from the crowds!

Super cozy place, with a wide selection of sandwiches, platters, and bruschetta. Fast service, and the guy taking your orders is very knowledgeable. He explains the various dishes and is very good at making recommendations. Excellent value for money, and the food is truly top-notch. Highly recommended by two biker friends (Harley-Davidson riders). Well done, well done, well done. I'll definitely be back.

To Ozzy regarding your review: My husband was actually that person smoking the cigar. The owner nor anyone else at our table was smoking cigars or cigarettes. To clarify, we are not from Newark, we mentioned Newark Airport as point of where we fly in and out, though Newark is not that bad place overall. My husband lit the cigar, Ozzy, who wrote the review said something, and we immediately offered to move or put it out (several times) but Ozzy and his wife both said they were done and leaving anyway, which they did. Funny enough, he also mentioned that he was a cigar smoker. Tonight I learned how important it is to really read a review and also how much a review can hurt when written incorrectly. So to Ozzy, that review was unfair and untrue. The owner is caring, professional and runs the best place in all of San Gimignano!

White wines from San Gimignano - amazing white wine

We loved the food, the ambiance and our waiter Giovanni were all excellent. I would give this place 5 stars if it wasn’t for the cigar smoke. The owner and his friends from Newark NJ (look it up, not the best place) were smoking cigars right next to us. Hard to eat or drink or enjoy anything with cigar smoke in your face. I would be okay with cigarettes, but all we tasted was cigar smoke. Sorry, for abruptly leaving. To the owner: you should take care of your place better, you really have a nice spot.
