An extremely pleasant place! We ordered the "Salumi Toscani e Pecorino" platter for two people and it was simply wonderful, with very high-quality, fresh, and carefully selected products. To accompany it, we chose two glasses of wine (Chardonnay and Brunello di Montalcino), both excellent and perfectly paired with the platter. A delightful experience that we would certainly repeat.

There's a place in San Gimignano, where art takes center stage, that, among the many beautiful things, accompany you with a skilled hand. There's someone talented in that place, a wine shop to be precise, whose passion is wine and bruschetta, that's exactly it: Enoteca da Gustavo! 01/04/2026: Bettolle isn't a well-known town, but dining at Walter Redaelli is truly a discovery worth making. A place with a traditional feel, with a few refined twists that make every dish special. The staff is friendly and attentive, and Walter is always present: you feel welcomed right at home. The food and wine are top-quality, in an elegant and refined setting. An experience to remember!

19/04/2026: We stopped for lunch with a group of friends. It's a very unique, well-kept place with a lovely outdoor garden where you can eat. The menu is truly extensive, with plentiful appetizers and first courses as well. I must say, everything was delicious and of excellent quality. We'll definitely be back. The service could be improved; the staff are very young and eager, but you can tell they have little experience.
