I highly recommend it. Francesca is lovely and always attentive. The breakfast is generous and delicious, with many fresh, homemade products. She gives us great tips for sightseeing. The location is ideal, a 5-minute walk from San Geminiano. It's clean, tastefully decorated, and peaceful.

I was in San Gimignano last week for my photo tour group, and I happened to see Francesca’s stunning view of the town from her backyard. I stopped by to ask if I could take some photos, and she kindly said yes. She was incredibly welcoming and sweet. Even though I didn’t stay at Francesca’s place, her warmth and generosity made me feel truly welcome. From the moment we connected, she extended kindness that went far beyond expectation. Whether it was her thoughtful gestures, helpful advice, or simply the way she made me feel included, I’m deeply grateful. It’s rare to meet someone who opens their heart so freely. Her hospitality wasn’t about a room or a roof—it was about making someone feel seen, valued, and cared for. That’s a gift, and I won’t forget it. Thank you, Francesca, for being the kind of person who turns ordinary moments into lasting memories. You’ve shown that true hospitality. I look forward to seeing you again when I return to Italy. We stayed at this B&B the week before Ferragosto, after having moved our arrival dates twice due to personal issues, but Francesca proved to be incredibly helpful and kind. The view was beautiful, the silence was quiet, and the breakfast was spectacular, both sweet and savory. She was incredibly patient, even with my little girl, who was exploring everything. Highly recommended.

Bed and Breakfast with a view of San Gimignano. Francesca, who runs the property, will welcome you and make you feel right at home. She's kind, welcoming, and available for anything you need. The rooms are clean, fresh, and welcoming, and the prices are in line with the location. Highly recommended.

28/11/2025: After a very tiring journey, we just wanted a quick pizza that evening. We found this little pizzeria and were completely won over. Not only is the pizza excellent, but so are the two (?) owners. Many thanks for the pizza, the beer recommendations, and the short, pleasant conversations. We'll definitely be back!
21/11/2025: This place is AMAZING!!!!!!!! The owners were simply delightful and so generous. We went in and ordered a pizza just for me and my boyfriend. We were greeted with such hospitality. They gave us additional stuffed flat breads just because they were worried we would be hungry. What a delightful experience. The pizza and the flatbreads were to DIE FOR!!!! Must try

16/03/2026: On Saturday, March 14, 2026, I found myself celebrating my birthday alone for the first time in my life. After careful research, I decided, despite the fact that I dislike and have difficulty being alone, to book a table at this restaurant, hoping to at least treat myself to a pleasant moment. However, I never imagined that this experience would soon become, quite literally, a true gift. Starting with the location, enchanting and private enough to put, even if only for that brief moment, a brake on the incessant pace of the serious lives and thoughts of everyone present at the table. Moving on to Claudio, the kind, courteous, and honest facilitator of this unforgettable journey, who, from the moment I arrived, as he does with every guest, put me at ease, giving me the feeling of having known him forever but, above all, of having finally arrived in a safe space protected by him. Concluding with the dishes I had the privilege of listening to, observing, and tasting. I remember each of these distinct yet interconnected experiences being so enchanting that the further I went, the more difficult it was to express in words my pleasure and amazement, prompting me to simply and magically enjoy everything that was happening to me. I won't go into further detail; I'll attach a few photos of this enchanting journey, and I thank Claudio and the entire staff once again for this unforgettable gift, which wasn't just a birthday present, but also, and most importantly, a life gift.
15/03/2026: As always, it never disappoints. One of my favorite restaurants. Yesterday's dinner was also top-notch. Galactic risotto.
