A truly lovely, modest, and very clean place. Excellent value for money, off the beaten track. Perfect for those who want more for less. Here, San Gimignano can be beautiful even in peak season. Francesca is a wonderful host.

Wonderful place. Perfect location. Easy walk to town. You get access without the crowds and noise. Easy parking. Incredible view. Delightful people. Francesca could not be more helpful. Highly recommended.

Amazing family house very clean and spacious bedroom, the host Francesca and Mauro were super welcoming, nice and helpful. Incredible city views from the garden. Very close to the old Town. definitely a must stop. Grazie mille Francesca.

My husband and I stayed at this bed and breakfast over a spring weekend. A loved one had recommended this place to me, and she's often called it a place close to home. It truly is. I can't describe the welcome and family feeling I felt as a guest here, but I can't wait to return. The rooms are very clean and welcoming. The breakfast is superb, the best I've ever had in a hotel. Francesca's mother, her father Mauro, and Francesca herself are wonderful people, and you truly feel at home, among family. From the rooms and the courtyard, you can see all of San Gimignano. Beautiful.

We were in Italy this summer, touring Tuscany, and ending up in Cinque Terre. This was the most beautiful place and the best accommodation of all. The town was also picturesque and wonderful. The owners were very hospitable; they offered us a sweet treat and a little surprise for breakfast. Waking up early in the morning, the silence, and the view of the town were fabulous. There were no problems with the accommodation. If we were to return, we would definitely choose the same place. We wish you a peaceful Christmas. Francesca, thank you.
