19/07/2026: I highly recommend it! The atmosphere is welcoming, the service is courteous and prompt, and the food is incredible! For two, we ordered: a platter of "Slow Food Presidium" cured meats (the best I've ever eaten; the Casentino Grey Pig Prosciutto was truly heartwarming), fried anchovies with sweet and sour peanut sauce, Martelli spaghetti with sour butter and ossobuco sauce, duck leg confit with truffle mashed potatoes (I asked to omit the truffle and they very kindly obliged), and a cream puff with vin santo zabaglione and whipped cream. The wine and spirits list is interesting. We ordered a bottle of Champagne, a Calvados, and a truly excellent Armagnac. What more can I say? Try it—you won't regret it!

15/07/2026: The food, service, and ambiance are outstanding! We had a fantastic evening with excellent, innovative, upscale Italian cuisine and service that, along with the chef, keeps the restaurant at such a high standard.
