05/10/2025: I went with a friend, there was no one there, just a girl at the bar, maybe an acquaintance. We waited an hour and got a cold hamburger sandwich, definitely disappointing, nothing special, just the name. I don't recommend it.

04/10/2025: Be careful with gluten-free options. The atmosphere is really nice. A pub that makes you want to come back.

04/10/2025: Look no further. First time I tried raw shrimp with burrata and with pasta butarga. This was divine. Bonus point: get the apple cake. Everything just perfect.

05/08/2025: Beautiful place surrounded by nature. We had lunch and they gave us all excellent local and home-grown products! Wild boar ham, salami, cheese, tomatoes! Everything was excellent and the waiter Alessandro was very kind and very nice!! Highly recommended!!!!

27/09/2025: An experience to forget. We entered this restaurant only because we were caught in the rain and driven by hunger. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a truly unfortunate choice. The service was practically nonexistent: the bread arrived at the end of the dinner and the customer service was zero. We ordered a mixed fried fish dish with calamari, shrimp, and mixed seafood. We were served five microscopic shrimp and six squid rings. When we asked for clarification on the lack of mixed seafood, they brought us two slices of fried morena, with such an unpleasant smell that we had to open the windows. The bill? Horrifying, especially considering the quality and quantity of the food served. We pointed out the lack of mixed seafood, hoping for a common-sense gesture from the owner, but nothing. In hindsight, we would never have gone in. A place to absolutely avoid.

12/09/2025: Excellent seafood restaurant with many options, even off-menu ones. The fish is fresh and very well cooked. We had excellent tagliolini with sea bass and garlic and turbot with potatoes, both excellent. Prices are in line with other restaurants on the island. It has mostly outdoor seating and is close to the port, like almost all other seafood restaurants. The service was friendly and fast. I recommend dining here if you're looking for a seafood dinner in Giglio Porto. I also recommend making a reservation.

The atmosphere is simple and honest, a place where you immediately feel at home, especially at the outdoor tables. Here, the true protagonist is a cuisine that speaks the language of the sea, with the freshest ingredients that explode into tasty and generous dishes, like the unforgettable seafood starters.

11/09/2024: my husband and I stayed at this inn for a few days at the end of August. We booked the same day of arrival and the owner Mr. Alessio was very helpful in welcoming us (which is not to be taken for granted for a small accommodation facility) so for this reason our first thanks go. The Tuscan-style room was welcoming, spacious, quiet and above all very clean. Varied breakfast in the morning served on the terrace of the inn with a panoramic view of the Maremma hinterland. We have always had dinner at the inn as the food is all homemade by Alessio's family and it is all absolutely delicious and the price is more than appropriate. I will certainly recommend to anyone coming to the area to take advantage of this true hospitality of both the owner and his parents, very courteous people and always available for a chat. Precise only for those who want to have a beach holiday in the surrounding areas, from the village of Buriano which has the timeless charm of times gone by, it takes about 20 minutes by car. thank you very much.

28/08/2024: Ritornato a cenare in questo locale, dopo esserci stati la prima volta pochi anni fa: il buon ricordo è stato confermato. Vengono proposti piatti tipici della zona, dove in particolare i pici ed i tortelli svettano (fatti a mano). Altra specialità del locale e la carne, che viene cotta alla griglia. Nel fuori menù, degni di nota i fiori di zucca ripieni di ricotta (che fortunatamente ho avuto modo di trovare anche stavolta). Oltre a qualche vino di etichetta, viene proposto anche un vino di loro produzione (a mio avviso degno di essere provato). Dolci della tradizione italiana, anche quelli preparati dal locale. Gradevole l'area esterna (dove sono accolti anche i cani), al pari della veranda panoramica e della sala. Conto adeguato (non economico, ma neppure eccessivo) ai piatti ed ai locali. Se in zona, consigliato.

12/10/2025: What a treat! From the magnificent view from the outdoor terrace to the friendly welcome and the excellent 🍽️ menu, everything at "Al Castello" is just right. 👍🏾 We spontaneously arrived before the regular opening (the opening hours were communicated differently on Google), but weren't turned away. Instead, we were seated on the outdoor terrace at our express request. For most of the guests who arrived later, the evening was apparently already too chilly (they all stayed inside), but we really enjoyed the 18-20 degrees Celsius in the middle of October. The welcome nuts and chips were a bit untypical for Maremma, but nice nonetheless. Although we're big 🍕 pizza fans, we opted for other dishes to get a taste of the local cuisine—and we weren't disappointed! 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳 The 🫜beetroot carpaccio with creamy stracciatella was a poem, the tortellini with ricotta, butter, and sage 🌿 were cooked to perfection and very well seasoned. The cod dumplings also tantalized all the taste buds. The local 🍷red wine was undoubtedly worth the sin, and the dessert 🥮 brought the perfect evening to a wonderful close. Even our three, not-so-small dogs were no problem. 🙏🏼 Thank you, dear "Al Castello" team, for the culinary delight and the friendly exchange in three languages. 🇮🇹 🇬🇧 🇩🇪

10/06/2025: Locale storico di Marina .....il Brezzi offre qualità con piatti semplici e ben curati . Particolare l 'arredo del locale ma ben tenuto e curato da parte dei proprietari con servizio ai tavoli gentile e cordiale dei camerieri.....ottime come sempre gli spaghetti alle arselle e anche il tris di mare di alta qualità...il tutto bagnato da due calici di vermentino della zona...buoni anche i dolci presentati. Prezzo finale onesto!!
