29/06/2025: Beautiful place with a truly beautiful view from the rooms. Tactical position, top pool. The lady was very kind. The beds in my opinion were very uncomfortable

09/11/2025: We ate there on a Sunday for lunch. We hadn't booked, but we still found a spot even though the place filled up. It's a small but very welcoming place. We ate fish and were very satisfied. The quality was excellent, and the service was fast. Everything was perfect, highly recommended.

31/01/2026: I visited Hosteria del Borgo during a trip to Maremma and had a divine meal. I especially recommend the ribollita, the gnudi (stuffed with ricotta and spinach, no pasta), and the pici, simply delicious. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. Highly recommended if you're passing through!

09/09/2025: I went there for dinner with my family, and the first thing I have to say is that the staff is very kind and polite. For example, we didn't make a reservation, but they found us a table anyway. The prices are reasonable and the pizzas are good. The atmosphere is cozy but perhaps a little noisy.

28/02/2026: Even though the place was packed, everything was perfect! We had a wonderful evening, everything was delicious: prosciutto crudo al taglio, baked potatoes, grilled vegetables, and two excellent first courses (Chianina beef ragù and spaghetti with fresh tomato and basil). The house Morellino di Scansano was also excellent. The extra virgin olive oil was truly special. The service from the entire staff was excellent and friendly, starting with the very kind Filippo. We'll be back as soon as we can to try the other dishes. Thank you, and see you soon!

07/03/2026: We ate very well, Emilio was very friendly, spaghetti with clams and gnocchi with cream of scampi were exceptional, with delicious fried food 😋. I will definitely be back.

01/11/2025: We had dinner at this agriturismo, which we found by chance. The food was excellent, and the portions were generous. Excellent value, and the ingredients were either homegrown or sourced locally. But what I really want to highlight is Elia's impeccable service. If I could, I'd give him more than 5 stars for his kindness and dedication. Thank you so much. Definitely recommended.

15/10/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at PortaVia restaurant and want to compliment the high quality of the food and service. The grilled octopus, executed with impeccable skill, deserves a special mention: the texture was perfectly balanced, tender yet slightly crunchy on the outside. The atmosphere is elegant and welcoming, the staff is professional, and the attention to detail contributes to an overall excellent experience.

01/11/2025: When we arrived, we couldn't even tell where the entrance was—there was no sign. But whatever, we went ahead and opened the door, and there wasn't even a single member of staff to greet us, much less say hello. They just walked right past us. The food has really gotten worse; the dishes are bland, and even in that respect, they've gotten worse. We came once this summer, and it wasn't like that. The woman serving us (in the pink jersey) in particular was truly rude and surly. Just to give you an example of something that happened to us: she'd come in with a plate in her hand and literally slam it on the table. I was truly shocked by this. Just looking at her while she was serving the others made me want to get up from my chair and leave. Honestly, I absolutely don't recommend this place; it's not worth it.

31/10/2025: Updated October 30, 2025 The seven olive harvesters of '25, on a stormy, rainy, and windy day, indulged in a great-value seafood lunch: 4 appetizers...the 5 courses were always good. 5 first courses: clam and porcini mushroom gnocchi; seafood carbonara; spaghetti with monkfish; tagliatelle with octopus and tagliatelle with cucchi and calamari. 3 second courses: grilled fish; grilled calamari and mixed fried fish. ...everything was cooked to perfection, generous dishes that were a delight to the palate. March 31, 2022: On the SS322 Scansanense highway, in the homeland of the wild boar, at the Montorgiali junction, a wonderfully prepared FISH-based cuisine is offered: ° House appetizers, 5 courses ° Spaghetti with clams, paccheri with shrimp and burrata, tortelli with ricotta and sea bass ° Mixed fried fish ° Vermentino ... quality/price ratio "unmatched" AGLM terrenere

Despite the high quality of the cuisine, the prices remain absolutely affordable—you can eat well here without feeling "ripped off." 09/09/2025: We had a wonderful time. The owners were welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The food was excellent. Classic platter with cold cuts, cheeses, and pickles. Tripe with lampredotto and Maremma-style snails. We finished with a tasting of biscuits, bitters, and holy water! Top!
