21/06/2025: Unfortunately, we didn't get the rooms we booked because they were already occupied! We had booked two air-conditioned rooms next to each other in the spa building on the ground floor because my husband has limited mobility. On the first evening, there were no air-conditioned rooms available in the spa building, and we were told something about water damage. But all four rooms in the spa building were occupied (despite the water damage?). The next day, we were given a room in the spa building, but on the first floor; the stairs were difficult for my husband. Our friend only had one very small, dark room during her entire stay, which we hadn't booked! Answer: You may have had water damage, but not in the rooms we booked. The rooms we booked were occupied. Our spa visit wasn't free; we paid €60 for two people and two hours in the spa. We didn't receive a discount on the room either. They simply charged the price for the cheaper room without any further consideration. At our dinner on the first evening, the meat was inedible, and only half of the menu was served, again without a discount. There was also no discount for the room on the first floor, which was difficult for my husband, who has a mobility disability, to reach. We never received a free spa!!!! and no discount on the rooms either!!!!!!

20/06/2025: We had a great lunch at the restaurant. It is surrounded by greenery, with the possibility of staying overnight. Highly recommended!

04/06/2025: Siamo capitati per caso a pranzo visitando scansano, la pozione è spettacolare, terrazza al fresco e in ombra, personale preparato attento e accogliente! Cibo ( fiorentina) ottimo! Buon rapporto qualità prezzo!

21/05/2025: The truffle pasta wasn't good, the TV was on full blast, and the place felt uncomfortably crowded. The sausage machine needs cleaning. The server was nice, and the food came quickly. The cellar has potential.

04/05/2025: Very good products at affordable prices! Ham and cheese calzone €2 and half a sandwich stuffed with salami and something else for €2.60. I only found the focaccia a little expensive because I spent €1.50 for a small piece of focaccia with potatoes. Pan focaccia instead failed, I don't recommend it.

11/05/2025: I went to Giannino's with about ten friends and the experience was excellent! Although the place is very simple and unpretentious, what we ate was delicious. Between Donatella's cuisine and Giannino's service, you can be sure of having an excellent, warm and welcoming dining experience. If I'm back in the area I will definitely stop by. The Osteria da Giannino warms the heart and makes the tummy happy!

07/09/2024: Terzo anno consecutivo per noi. Migliore struttura a Follonica. Unica per struttura e qualità dei servizi offerti. Personale gentile e disponibile fin dalla prima volta che siamo venuti. Consigliato anche per il pranzo e l aperitivo,di qualità con una vista invidiabile.

04/09/2024: Recatami al bar del posto alle 9:15 erano terminate tutte le paste, alla domanda alla barista “signora non ha altro?”, la risposta è stata un cenno del volto. Da evitare!!!!

15/06/2025: Very friendly atmosphere and service. We went there as a family. We ordered a variety of dishes, and each one was delicious. Especially the linguine e cozze, the baccala fritto alla turmeric, and the spaghetti al tomato. And of course, the desserts: tiramisu and cupolina di cioccolata e noccilola. We went back a few days later and had the same experience. Highly recommended.

04/05/2025: Very friendly staff, good prices. We ordered takeaway pizzas as we were passing through and they had them ready promptly at the appointed time. The pizza, however, is not that great, the dough is poorly leavened and difficult to digest.

14/05/2025: Excellent solution for quick lunches in Porto Santo Stefano to take to the beach or back from the sea. Oven with pizzas and focaccias, sandwiches with local cured meats and cheeses, typical desserts. The staff seemed not very welcoming and indeed the shop assistants were quite annoyed. However, they are willing to stuff the sandwiches in the ways you prefer. Recommended!

24/01/2025: For anyone who is in those parts it is a reference not to be missed... Bread, pizza, schiaccine, delicious baked desserts... I've been going there for many years and never been disappointed. Must try.

03/05/2025: Siamo stati a cena in questo ristorante, locale esteticamente valido, abbiamo ordinato due risotti al veliero , il riso era ancora crudo e poco saporito , poi abbiamo preso antipasto di mare e alla fine due dessert al pistacchio buoni, come prezzo diciamo nella norma .

03/03/2025: Locale arredato in legno come un veliero e bello ampio, nonostante fosse quasi pieno non era assolutamente rumoroso l' ambiente. Antipasto Crudité di pesce (tartare di tonno, tartare di spada, totani, e varie) delizioso e fresco, di primo ho preso i pici al sugo rosso con polpo, saporitissimo e mia madre risotto del veliero (impiattamento bellissimo) e delizioso, ampia scelta anche sul dessert, il prezzo vale l' esperienza
