08/05/2026: We've been there twice now (back to back). The first night, we ordered an appetizer platter to share, a splendid 1.2kg Florentine steak, and desserts (pannacotta and tiramisu), all truly excellent. Intrigued by the incredibly welcoming staff's commentary on various pizza competitions, we returned and tried it: it was also excellent, and it's hard to find a good pizza, with fresh dough and quality toppings! The photos speak for themselves. A well-kept restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. Average prices (about €100 on the first night, and about €30 on the second night with pizzas and drinks for two). Highly recommended.

14/05/2026: I returned on May 1st after a few years, and the impression is still the same: a very simple restaurant where you can eat good food at a fair price. Of course, when you walk in, you know you won't find world-class culinary excellence, but you know everything will be fair and honest. The service, food, and final bill were good. I would go back.

07/06/2026: We stopped for lunch at Le Burle after 2:00 PM, one of the few restaurants open in the area. They seated us in the back of the restaurant, which is cooler and airier. We ordered sautéed mussels and pici cacio e pepe with bottarga. The mussels were truly excellent, especially the flavorful sauce that accompanied them. The pici were also excellent, although the bottarga was barely noticeable. Prices are quite high: most entrees are around €20, with the exception of the pasta with meat sauce. The service, however, was less convincing. Despite the restaurant being sparsely crowded, the staff seemed inattentive, engaging in lengthy private conversations with some customers at the next table. It would be interesting to also offer a version of cacio e pepe without bottarga, to offer a more affordable alternative.

12/05/2026: We had a wonderful lunch here during our trip and can highly recommend this lovely little restaurant. My wife enjoyed the Tagliatelle Ragout, and I had the seafood pasta—both dishes were absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and we felt genuinely well taken care of throughout our stay. A perfect place for a relaxing and enjoyable stop, with excellent food and friendly service. We would definitely come back! We had a wonderful lunch here during our trip and can highly recommend this delightful little restaurant. Caffè dei Fiori is one of those places where you immediately feel welcomed: a relaxing atmosphere, meticulously crafted in perfect shabby chic style. Claudia is a thoughtful, kind, and always attentive host. I tried the slices of bread with Tuscan prosciutto and spicy cream cheese... simply delicious! Everything was authentic, high-quality, and prepared with love. A place you'll want to return to because it makes you feel good. 🌸✨

Claudia is cheerful and attentive, and you can tell she puts passion into everything she does. Her stuffed schiacciatine are the bomb—delicious bread, fresh ingredients, and perfect combinations. 26/04/2026: I'm not a fan of Neapolitan pizza; I prefer thin-crust and without mozzarella. This place intrigued me, and I have to say I need to go back... excellent pizza, perfect dough, excellent product quality, modern pizza, young and professional staff... yes, you have to wait a bit, but it attracts a lot of customers, and everyone is very quick, as they also serve fried food. I tried the fantastic seaweed meatballs as an appetizer. I highly recommend them, and I'm grateful for the journey of flavors they offered me. Thank you
