08/03/2025: Ate pizza. Excellent, thin, light, digestible. Fast and friendly service, moderate prices. Excellent desserts, and respect for distancing. The cuisine is also good, perhaps some typical dishes are missing. Lights too cold.

15/01/2025: I stopped for a quick business lunch but besides the pizza in the window which gave me the impression that they were asking for help there wasn't any, I tried to ask for a whole one but the answer was that at the moment they only made trays and for a round one it took some time.....I was satisfied but there are those who don't want to hear the same thing.....3 stars are too many

07/04/2025: The owner is very nice. At the beginning he approached us, sat next to us and showed us the menu, also giving us some advice. The food was all delicious, there wasn't a single thing we didn't like. The pasta is made by them, very thin and delicious. I recommend the tagliatelle with wild boar ragout and caramelized onions. Another delicious dish is sausage on a cheese fondue with truffles. On top of that, the service was very fast. Very satisfied.

24/09/2024: partiamo dal titolo "IMPERVIO" , effettivamente cè una salita ripida, ma si tratta forse di 70/80 metri. Mettete la prima marcia e salite .... nulla di trascindentale. Il cibo è cucinato ottimamente. Vale la pena di provarlo. I prezzi mi sono sembrati leggermente superiori a quelli della zona, ma alla fine nulla di eclatante e la qualità va pagata.

21/09/2024: Splendido locale rustico in cui assaporare la cucina tipica maremmana immersi in una suggestiva location nel verde. Consigliato soprattutto nelle serate estive per potersi godere gli spazi esterni. Il menù ha diverse opzioni e i prodotti presenti sono a chilometro zero, preparati secondo la tradizione toscana. Il personale è stato cordiale e molto disponibile nei nostri confronti. Consiglio di assaggiare il tagliere misto con salumi, formaggi e bruschette accompagnate con condimenti locali: eccellente e abbondante. Come primo piatto ho optato per i tortelli maremmani ai funghi, che mi sento di consigliare. Da provare anche i dolci. Nel complesso è stata una piacevole esperienza, ritorneremo sicuramente.

05/10/2024: Very funny bartender mixed us delicious drinks, the atmosphere is good and the cocktails aren't too expensive. A lot of teenagers from the area there somehow speaks for the place, I think.

12/01/2025: Passing through Castiglione, I popped into this beer shop one evening. I found courtesy and kindness in the staff, excellent beer and spectacular fries.

06/10/2024: Small, cozy bistro with friendly and motivated service. Delicious pizzas that are bigger than the plate. Large selection of beers, unfortunately I couldn't enjoy them because I was there by car. We'll be back to try the burgers!! Update: Meanwhile, we also enjoyed the burgers...they were delicious. And again the service was first class, very friendly and attentive. My tip: If you are in Castiglione, go to Birroteca Castiglionese and enjoy the service and excellent food at a good price!!!

22/02/2025: Pizza impresentabile, tirata a mattarello, con verdure surgelate e passata di pomodoro nel peggiore stile degli anni 90. Cos vi rovinate la reputazione, invece di cantare Arisa al piano bar, disturbando chi siede ai vostri tavoli, impegnatevi a servire cibo migliore. Esperienza Imbarazzante.
