05/06/2026: The sandwich, as always, is a guarantee. For years, Pescaria has been preparing the same products with incredible skill and quality in selecting the raw materials, so that even a "simple" tuna tartare sandwich is as special as the first time you tasted it years ago. Over the years, they've been one of the very few "tourist" places that have never lowered their standards. The downside, however, is clearly the prices. As with anything made with fresh, select seafood, the prices are high (the cheapest sandwich, if I'm not mistaken, is around 10-11 euros), but let's say that, considering the quality of the offerings, the extremely fast service even on busy days, and the well-maintained and clean premises, the intelligent consumer is willing to understand and pay.

19/10/2025: Now a regular Saturday afternoon destination, for a relaxing tea or coffee in the center of Follonica. A wide selection of herbal teas, delicious pastries, and impeccable service.

05/06/2026: The bathrooms are filthy, dirty, and some have no lighting; there aren't even sinks to wash your hands. On the plus side, there are plenty of tables in the shade.

10/05/2026: Beautiful setting, but the rest leaves much to be desired. Of course, when the waiter came to clear the table, he asked how it went. I answered, but perhaps because of the confusion, he didn't hear, even though we were close together. Look, I ordered the crostini: the one with burrata and anchovy in pesto sauce had no pesto at all; just looking at it, it looked like an anchovy just taken from a jar and put there, with a little transparent oil dripping from it. The one with the pâté left me quite indifferent, while the one with lard was so lukewarm that not even the slice of lard was warmed up. As for the pizza, it seemed a bit undercooked, since it was practically re-kneading the crust. We also ordered fries. I was expecting something more generous, not a half-full dessert bowl per portion. I wasn't expecting such a meal after entering such a refined place. We waited a bit both for our order to be taken and for the order to be shipped—basically an hour from when we sat down to when the first food arrived. But I think that was because we arrived in the middle of service, at 8:30.

03/05/2026: Small but cozy place, good pizzas, appetizers a little pricey, but overall we always have a good time. It's one of our must-visit spots in Maremma.

26/12/2025: I had a great time. I had the gnocchi with a saffron sauce and the Chiusdino sausage. It was delicious. The atmosphere was calm and very friendly. I don't understand what people are complaining about. And the prices were fair. I'll be back for an aperitivo. 😉

05/11/2025: Cleanliness, hospitality, and quality = professionalism A key ingredient for success. Stefania is a winner and has a very capable manager. What could be improved? The male staff lack empathy for the environment they work in: cold, never smiling, and lacking vivacity. The baristas' attire needs attention. The outside area is a bit cold, in my opinion. I don't remember if it's there, but the door leading to the back of the lab should be closed. I was distracted by Stefania's eyes and smile.

05/10/2025: I went with a friend, there was no one there, just a girl at the bar, maybe an acquaintance. We waited an hour and got a cold hamburger sandwich, definitely disappointing, nothing special, just the name. I don't recommend it.

04/10/2025: Be careful with gluten-free options. The atmosphere is really nice. A pub that makes you want to come back.
