25/06/2024: During my last visit to Pitignano I had the pleasure of dining at Restaurant Ceccottino and I must say it was an experience I won't soon forget. The restaurant offers authentic local cuisine that brings to light the heart of Tuscan gastronomy. From the moment I entered the restaurant I was enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The decor reflects the beauty and simplicity of the region, with a touch of elegance that provides the perfect setting for an unforgettable meal. The menu pays homage to local products and traditions. Every dish I tried was a masterpiece of flavor combinations. Particularly impressive was the fresh pasta, which was served with a delicate sauce, the recipe of which has certainly been passed down for generations. The wine selection was also excellent, with options that perfectly matched each course. The service at Ceccottino was impeccable. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, willing to make recommendations and provide insight into the origins of the dishes. It's clear that hospitality is very important here. In conclusion, Ceccottino Restaurant is a must for anyone who wants to experience the true essence of Puglia cuisine. It is a place where traditional flavors and modern hospitality blend beautifully. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

10/08/2024: La fine di una tradizione ventennale. Frequento queste zone della Maremma da ormai più di 20 anni durante il periodo estivo, meta abituale delle mie vacanze. Questo ristorante è sempre stato uno dei "must" della vacanza: non era possibile tornare a casa senza esserci stato almeno un paio di volte a cena. Tutto questo almeno fino a stasera. Sono appena uscito: la fine di una tradizione ! Sono stato stasera a cena con una famiglia di amici, per festeggiare il compleanno di un mio amico. Servizio più scadente del solito (probabilmente l'inesperienza del nuovo cameriere), scelta ridotta ed abbandono dei piatti tradizionali (cinghiale). Prezzi sensibilmente aumentati. Alla fine tutto sarebbe stato superabile, ma ...vado alla cassa con lo scontrino in mano insieme alla mia amica. Chiediamo di pagare con la carta, ciascuno con la sua, dividendo il conto a metà fra le due famiglie: eravamo 7 persone in totale a cena. Risposta: Non è possibile, non si può, altrimenti sarebbe nero!! Sulle prima faccio finta di non aver capito e rispondo" guardi che un conto è lo scontrino, un conto sono le transazioni, cosa c'entra. Risposta " il titolare mi ha detto che non si può e non posso farle pagare il conto con due carte carte diverse, suddividendole il conto, ma se vuole può fare un po in contanti un po con la carta. Il titolare ci ha detto così". Rispondo che non si tratta così un cliente, pago il conto per intero con la mia carta e me ne esco. Non ritornerò più in questo ristorante e consiglio vivamente tutti di evitarlo. I clienti non possono essere presi in giro, adducendo futili scuse

20/07/2024: Das Restaurant ist ein italienischer Familienbetrieb. Authentisch, herzlich und das Essen von herausragende Qualität. Seit vielen Jahren reisen wir in die Toskana/Maremma. Dieses Restaurant besuchen wir immer mehrmals im Urlaub. Die Karte wechselt; man kann nichts falsch machen! Die Pizzen sind fantastisch. Die Mama kocht in der Küche, dazu ein perfekter Wein, was will man mehr . . .

25/04/2024: Durante la nostra nostra passeggiata nel lungomare di Follonica ci siamo fermati in questo bar molto carino per una pausa caffè, direttamente di fronte al mare!Bella vista, buon servizio!
