21/10/2025: It was wonderful to be in a place that doesn't exist for tourists. We didn't make a reservation and were kindly seated near the entrance. The service was Italian-relaxed, warm but unpretentious. The menu is a bit unusual at first, with lots of game, rabbit, and more local dishes. But boy, was it delicious! The prices were also really good, though the beer was unfortunately expensive and not on tap (but then, the beer-loving Germans speak for themselves ;) )

05/09/2025: We've been wanting to return to this much-talked-about restaurant in the area for a while. We can confirm all the positive things people say about it. We took the advice of the very kind staff for a seafood tasting, which included a series of appetizers, each one more delicious than the last, a first course (the spectacular Tagliolini alla Triglia), a second course (the undoubtedly fresh and perfectly cooked baked fish), and a selection of crispy, dry fried fish. To finish, a basil panna cotta (sublime) and a masterfully balanced tiramisu. The price was well in line with the offerings. Highly recommended for seafood lovers *****

17/11/2025: We ordered both the meat and fish courses separately. I think I ate six plates for over two hours, and they were so abundant that I wondered when they would end. The amuse-bouche was incredibly salty, but the other dishes were delicious. I also tried pigeon for the first time, and the sauce smelled a bit off-putting, but it was okay. The tiramisu was truly delicious. They asked for a tip when paying, which was a bit much, and since we live in a country where tipping isn't a culture, I felt a little bad about it.

10/11/2025: Upon entering the restaurant, the entrance has an amazing walkway of fairy lights that make for an amazing photo. Once through, the dining room abruptly starts and you are left standing there confused until one of the waiters acknowledges you to seat you. On the night we went, there were only two other tables and we were placed next to the entrance such that we couldn't see into the kitchen. That night, they were training a waiter so we had a weird experience of one waiter with amazing service and attentiveness and another where you would not expect for fine dining (Not pouring water for you, not explaining the dishes, not cleaning up the plates and table after each dish etc.). Apart from that, food was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed each meal. We opted to select one meat and one seafood course so that we could try one of each dish. Each course brilliantly highlights the local Tuscan cuisine so you won't miss out whatever you choose. Given the restaurant is of such a high calibre, we were expecting both the service and food to be perfect. This was probably a once-off issue but unfortunately was our experience coming all the way from Australia looking forward to fine dining in Italy!

23/11/2025: We had dinner today and had a great time. The staff was incredibly friendly and the food was delicious. The Birria Tacos were my favorite dish, definitely worth a try. I'll definitely be back soon!

23/11/2025: It's undoubtedly one of the best Mexican restaurants I've ever tried. I've been there several times with family and friends, and we've always been satisfied with the good food. I wish I could say the same about the price. I understand that these dishes have a rich history and culture, but I find some dishes expensive. If it weren't so expensive, I probably wouldn't settle for going three or four times a year, but much more. The bar area is really cool, with colorful LEDs and bottles all neatly arranged, and there are even mirrors. The tableware needs a bit of work; I'm not saying it needs a stain protector or a cloth tablecloth. But at least a placemat that covers the entire table would be nice, perhaps with images of Mexico like the paper placemat you provide now. The staff is friendly and helpful; overall, it's a very good restaurant.

16/12/2025: During my honeymoon in Florence, I had a must-try T-bone steak at the famous D'Auste. I searched for it on Naver and made a same-day reservation through KakaoTalk. They responded right away, making the reservation incredibly easy! Perhaps because it was December, the off-season, the restaurant wasn't crowded, and I had a comfortable meal. The T-bone steak was exceptionally delicious! I'm definitely going back :)

16/10/2025: A friend and I stumbled upon this place by chance while passing by on our way to the tram stop, and I have to say it was a lovely discovery. Delicious first and second courses, friendly and helpful staff. Not to mention the price, excellent value! Highly recommended! I'm sorry I didn't discover it earlier, but it's definitely a must-try if I ever return to Florence!

16/10/2025: Their food leaves a lot to be desired. They took a long time to serve us, and to top it all off, they had almost nothing on the menu. The three dishes I wanted were already sold out, and they can't tell you that from the start. The place is cold and gloomy, their Wi-Fi didn't work, and no one knew the password. My partner didn't like the steak, and my soup didn't taste good.

29/10/2025: Fantastic dinner and great service. We had the stuffed squid as a starter, absolutely amazing, followed by the ragù bianca and the pici al cacciucco pasta, both of which were excellent. We highly recommend this place!

24/10/2025: A lovely, welcoming place, with excellent raw seafood and creative first courses, including cacio e pepe risotto with calamari and amazing bottarga. We chose a French wine, so we like to win easily, but the wine selection is also varied and well-stocked. Nice selection of rums, whiskies, and more. Highly recommended! Congratulations!
