01/08/2025: Very nice place, excellent and unique food. The manager is top-notch, as are the girls in the dining room. Highly recommended.

30/07/2025: If you like grilled meat, this is a must. As soon as you enter, you can see the open fire where they're grilling the meat. We sat outside in the backyard/patio. We arrived around 7:45 PM and didn't have a reservation. If you arrive after 8:00 PM, you might need to. My wife had an entrecote and I had a mixed grill. They were beautifully prepared, highly recommended.

26/08/2025: A great place, known mainly to locals. The pizzas are very good, with a very thin and crispy crust. The desserts are homemade. And the bill is very reasonable. Highly recommended.

27/07/2025: A typical Italian pizzeria! Visited on a Saturday evening and it was packed with locals. It was quite busy, so reservations are recommended. There's a wide selection of pizzas and pastas. I've tried all the pizzas, and they're excellent. The prices are very reasonable, and pizzas range from €5 for a margarita to €10. I would definitely go back.

12/07/2025: We went to the Circolo ARCI Palazzolo I'Pallaio for a quiet family dinner and were truly satisfied. The atmosphere is simple, authentic, and welcoming, perfect for those seeking a relaxed and authentic atmosphere. We ordered pizzas, and they were a delightful surprise: light and well-cooked dough, quality ingredients, and tasty combinations. Truly excellent, one of the best pizzas in the area! The menu also offers traditional Tuscan dishes, with generous portions and home-made flavors. The staff was friendly and helpful, helping make the evening even more enjoyable. Fair prices, a friendly atmosphere, and quality: a perfect place for a family evening. We'll definitely be back!

08/07/2025: Overall the worst place we have been in Florence. The waitstaff are nice enough. Bread no olive oil or balsamic. Steak ok but just dumped on the table. Not that it matters to them, but we won’t be back.

15/06/2025: Worst pasta I have had in italy. Not authenitic at all. Cacio e pepe tasted like packet alfredo mix and I didnt even order alfredo. Menu also said it was served from a cheese wheel which it wasnt it didnt even have cheese. Big disappointment for our last night in Florence. Staff ask you how the food is and u complain and they dont even care.

05/09/2025: Prices are between 8-15 Euros, if you can find a place, I recommend sitting in the outside seating areas because they also cook pork and it has a very disturbing smell, it is not possible to sit inside, we ordered margaritas and it was very tasty but tartufo was a complete disappointment, the pork ones were mentioned on the menu,

29/07/2025: We've been customers of the Soffiano store our whole lives, a fantastic bakery with a huge selection and high quality. The kindness is a plus. For my son's birthday, you outdid yourself with the Nutella sandwiches, simple but delicious, and the kids were happiest ever! Thank you 🙏🏻 Letizia

22/08/2025: Food is gorgeous, we shared the Gnocci and was perfect size, so creamy it was beautiful. The steak was cooked perfect rare/medium rare very juicy and full of flavour however would of liked some sauce to go with it. Also would been nice to have some background music. However overall was a lovely evening with some fantastic food.

11/08/2025: 5 stars all around! from the first day I emailed the hotel about making sure both my rooms were adjoining, the staff was on the ball. even after getting my Reward upgrade they still made sure the rooms were adjoining. We walked from the train station to the hotel and the staff saw us coming down the street with luggage, they did not walk, they ran to us to help. It was an Unbelievable welcoming and it did not stop then.... (Tip Get a cab the walk its not as easy as it looks) The front desk staff was incredible, they even walked us to the room. The room was spotless with and endless amount of amenities including a gift of lemon biscotti... We unfortunately only stayed one night as we are now heading to Rome. The one night stay did not make a difference. We were treated like Royalty. Hallways are so wide rooms are beautiful and spacious staff is 5 star Location is perfect View is top notch I want to sincerely thank Every one of the staff for making my family feel special on our first trip to Florence

The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the atmosphere was perfect. Highly educated and well-mannered team — 1000% yes from me! Can’t wait to come back.

01/09/2025: Panful of paccheri pasta, labeled for two people; perhaps only one person could eat it; chicken with guacamole: a small portion, literally finished in two bites. Good, but portions need to be reconsidered.
