02/11/2025: Bread for sandwiches here is heavenly! It’s light and airy and crunchy. We had Mortdaella, cavolo Nero and pecorino. Had pizza here last olive season and was to die for! I could eat this everyday!

16/11/2025: A slightly old-fashioned restaurant (the 1980s Pergola posters are very nice), but the food is good! Not for those who prefer a cool atmosphere to fine dining, but the arrosticini are fantastic, the pizza is good, and the mushrooms were incredibly fresh! We'll definitely be back. Tip: There's a slight smell from the kitchen in the dining room that lingers on your clothes... but I don't think that's a problem in the summer.

08/12/2025: Discovered this wonderful place through a cooking class there. Had absolutely one of the best experiences with chef Kevin and his brother Ani. Very pleasant and courteous and knowledgeable about the food. You can tell how passionate they are about the food and how much they care about how it's made and tastes, and it tasted amazing! Anytime I will be in Florence I will make it a point to come back.
02/12/2025: It's one of those places you have to try over and over again to keep the flavors of the dishes on your palate.
The owner is also friendly and extremely kind.

23/08/2025: We went for dinner. We were the only customers that evening, so when we walked in, we weren't sure if it was open. The bread was excellent, and the free tasting was also very special. We only ordered the monkfish, which is the first item on the main course menu. We were disappointed because it was clearly unevenly cooked: some parts were soft, others tough and undercooked. Furthermore, the sauce had clearly been added afterward, so the fish itself lacked much flavor. The service was courteous and quick, and the digestion was without any problems. We admired the paintings in the room, which give a special touch to the atmosphere.

11/09/2025: We are drinking at this bar at the moment. Found it yesterday and decided to come back again. A local bar, very relaxed, good cocktails.. But, the best thing about this place is the vibe. If you're looking for an authentic urban life, I recommend you visit Fermino. This is a place every town needs to have.

01/10/2025: Two of us arrived without a reservation, but luckily there was a table available. The wait was two people, one very friendly, the other less so. The drinks came quickly, and we waited about 30 minutes for the appetizer. The pizza didn't arrive until about 90 minutes after the appetizer, which we really didn't expect, and our hunger grew accordingly. The pizza unfortunately had a bit too much cheese, but overall it was okay. Unfortunately, the wait was far too long, especially since the tables next door got their food much earlier.

29/11/2025: I wanted a ricotta cannoli. I asked the guy behind the counter if the ricotta was sheep's milk or mixed, and he couldn't tell me. He went to the back of the counter to ask, and they told me they didn't know what type of ricotta it was.
Anyway, I ate it, and what can I say? It was beyond comment.
Soft shell, hard, and incredibly sweet ricotta!
I took it back, and they didn't even ask why I was taking it back...

18/11/2025: I don't think I've ever eaten such delicious pastries in all of Florence; the selection this pastry shop offers is rare. For those who go there and find it, I highly recommend their schiacciata with figs and any of their other filled pastries, which are magnificent in flavor.

10/10/2025: The chicken meal was dry. No sauce. Not even butter. I asked for oil which I got. The French fries were weak.
I do not recommend after this experience.
Where is the Italian cooking skill.

24/10/2025: The location is beautiful and the cuisine is from many years ago, still to be improved, today the restaurant offers, in addition to the courtesy of the staff, a good quality cuisine
11/10/2025: We celebrated my in-laws' 50th wedding anniversary. Even though we chose a simple dinner, they took great care in everything, from the table settings to the customization of the menus to the beautiful cake.
The service was top-notch, very helpful and kind.
The food was a guarantee.
The cold cuts were of excellent quality, the two excellent first courses and one tagliata was really good.
I recommend it.
