28/09/2025: To say we had a great time is an understatement. We had two risottos that were sublime, followed by two mixed grills with baked potatoes. The meat melted in your mouth, and the potatoes were delicious. The service was friendly and fast. The price was more than fair. We'll be back! Thank you so much.

14/10/2025: I discovered this bakery by chance near my work. It stocks a wide variety of sweet and savory items. The service was prompt. Prices aren't cheap. It's definitely worth a try if you're in the Novoli area.

10/10/2025: I discovered this schiacciateria thanks to the Too Good To Go app. For just €3.99, they gave me everything: a half-kilo loaf of bread, a schiacciata stuffed with salami, and six slices of pizza, all excellent quality. A special thanks goes to the lady at the counter, who, seeing that I dropped the bread while I was putting it in the bag, immediately gave me another without me asking. A small gesture that shows how much they care about their customers. I highly recommend it to everyone. I'll definitely be back. See you soon! ​

19/10/2025: Ultimately, a disappointing experience. There were two of us, my wife and I, and we were seated next to the glass door leading to the kitchen, through which all the food passes into the dining room. I'll start by saying that I really like the open kitchen and it's a sign of great safety for the establishment, but a very effective ventilation system is needed, otherwise the odors leak into the dining room and confuse the diner's sense of smell (and also permeate my clothes; when I got back to the hotel, I had to hang them outside because of the strong smell). We ordered two fish tasting menus. The ingredients were certainly excellent, but neither dish was truly successful, as even the most complex ones failed to blend the flavors together: both the Prawns with lard, cream of potatoes with truffles, and the Black Cod, chestnut polenta, rosemary, and raisins showcased the individual flavors of the ingredients used, but not a unified taste. What a shame. P.S. We left the wine we bought by mistake and changed it, which is no coincidence. :)

05/09/2025: First time at this little place. It's small, yes, but it has everything you need to feel at home. Very relaxed service, friendly staff. Delicious food, the penne with sheep's ragù is amazing. Ragù just like grandma's 🥹 and the portions are super generous 😍 We'll be back!

Thank you to the owner for keeping his listing up to date for the benefit of his customers. I will delete my review if the owner gives me a short apologetic reply. My goal is not to penalize him.

14/10/2025: It used to be a sandwich shop, now it's a trattoria. Professional staff, but overpriced and embarrassing. Two slices of bread with two slices of roast beef and salad cost €9.00. No reply.

13/10/2025: I came with my mother, and we both ate very well. Edy, the man who served us, was very courteous and helpful. We'll definitely be back. If I really have to make a comment, referring to the cuisine, the salsa verde served with the tagliata contains too much vinegar and overwhelms the flavor of the meat itself.

12/07/2025: Durante un reciente viaje a Florencia con mi familia, tuvimos el placer de descubrir Il Santino, un acogedor y elegante bar de vinos que rápidamente se convirtió en una de nuestras paradas favoritas. Aunque pequeño en tamaño, Il Santino ofrece gran ambiente y calidad. El interior es cálido e íntimo, con un ambiente relajado y agradable que te hará sentir instantáneamente como en casa. Está claro que este lugar es amado tanto por los lugareños como por los viajeros. La selección de vinos es excelente, centrada en vinos Italiano y especialmente toscanos, con opciones para todos los paladares. El personal fue amable, conocedor y feliz de ayudarnos a guiarnos a través de sus ofertas. Cada vino que probamos fue excelente, con maridajes bien pensados sugeridos en todo momento. Lo que realmente nos impresionó fue la comida del bar. Mucho más que una nota al margen, los platos pequeños eran deliciosos y estaban bellamente preparados. Desde carnes curadas y quesos hasta bocados de temporada, todo era fresco y lleno de sabor, perfecto para acompañar los vinos. Il Santino es el tipo de lugar al que puedes ir a tomar una copa rápida y terminar pasando la noche allí. Ya sea que seas un amante del vino o simplemente estés buscando un lugar local especial en Florencia, esta pequeña joya definitivamente vale la pena una visita.

06/04/2025: Ottima cucina con possibilità di asporto o di consumazione sul posto. Menù variegato, per tutti i gusti. Buoni i vini. Occorre munirsi di pazienza perché al bancone sono solo in due, una per la preparazione delle pietanze e l’altra per il servizio. Nei weekend è preso d’assalto e il tutto si traduce in tempi di attesa un po’ esasperati. Consigliato comunque per la cortesia e la qualità offerta!

01/10/2025: I was craving pizza for dinner before heading to my accommodations, so I was looking for a place to take out. I stumbled upon this place. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was great (even with the oven). I ordered the basic Margherita, and it was delicious. The cheese was amazing. It would have been better at the restaurant, but even a little cold, it was still delicious. Price: 8 euros (1 slice).
