Amazing Florentine steak, one of the best I've had in Florence! The restaurant has several locations around the city, so be careful where you book. Despite having a reservation, we had to wait a bit for a table, but they kindly offered us white wine while we waited. The meat was truly excellent, and the desserts were generously portioned. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable. The prices were fair, if a little high. Highly recommended!

We had a delicious dinner at the restaurant tonight, service was also very good, nevertheless, shift's responsible <as he claims>: Alex, claimed that the discount we had is not valid as he doesnt see in his screen so he disregarded that. To add more details, despite seeing in the mail confirmation that the discount is mentioned and should be valid, he first attempted to translate only the part which claims "no discount" without mentioning ".. for fixed menu" which anyhow wasn't what we ordered. Later, when i showed him the reference to the discount, he STOPPED "listening" at all and rudely continued speaking non-stop. I believe you need to choose your staff carefully avoiding giving the responsibility of customer interaction to someone lacking soft skills.

Now that our Florence itinerary is set, I’m so happy to finally experience the restaurant I’ve wanted to visit the most! I don’t remember exactly when, but I saw it on TV a long time ago and really wanted to go, and I finally visited it with my wife during our trip. The taste and the atmosphere exceeded my expectations, but the kindness of the server was the best. I would definitely visit again, 200%!

The steak wasn't incredibly tender; it had a decent chewy texture and was just average (I ordered medium rare). It wasn't tough like some of the negative reviews suggested. I ordered the 90-euro set via KakaoTalk, so it felt like decent value for money in Italy. The potatoes on the side were delicious. However, seeing the table next to us say theirs was tough even though they ordered the same medium rare, it seems like it can be hit or miss.

It was close to our accommodation, so we made a reservation and visited as soon as we arrived in Florence! Perhaps because many Koreans visit, the food wasn't salty and suited our taste well. If you order the set menu, it is very filling for two people. We actually left some leftovers. I recommend it if your accommodation is nearby!
