This place was a treat from the moment we reached the front door. Stunning interior, beautifully dressed and engaging staff, dramatic and yet small kitchen fully exposed by floor-to-ceiling windows, exceptional china and perfect food. Fun, delicious and an all-around 10. Our party of four went for my 60th birthday and wouldn’t change a thing. We loved it! I only wish I were more of a snap while eating person but I did get a few pics. When in Florence, this gem is a must!

The combinations of ingredients for each dish blend perfectly together and it offers both the menu degustazione of 5 dishes or option 'a la carte' with a minimum order of 3. We had a remarkably good meal. Each dish was delicate, refined, and perfectly executed, with flavors that beautifully showcased Tuscan cuisine. The wine, an excellent Pinot Noir, complemented the meal wonderfully. The service was impeccable: attentive, warm, and always just right, without ever being intrusive. Thank you to the entire team for this magnificent evening. Much more than just dinner, it was a true gastronomic experience. We will gladly return on our next trip to Florence.

By far our best experience in Florence. The venue itself is stunning — a beautiful, elegant setting, and we were lucky to sit in direct view of the open kitchen, watching the team work through every course. But what we'll remember most is how our two young daughters were treated. The staff went above and beyond to include them despite their young age — preparing thoughtful off-menu options and making them feel like honoured guests all night. The girls are still raving about the amuse-bouche. They loved every minute, and as parents there's nothing that means more than watching your kids be made to feel so special. The tasting menu was outstanding and the sommelier was flawless — every pairing perfectly matched to our meal. Do this restaurant right: don't worry about the price, walk in with confidence, and know you're in for a second-to-none experience. You can deal with the bill tomorrow. Thank you to Chef Marco Stabile and the entire team.

Wonderful experience and excellent food! Chef Stabile created a 5 course meal that I had to try and it did not fail! The service was excellent and the atmosphere was quiet but inviting. I really enjoyed seeing the kitchen from my table and seeing the dishes prepared and the Chef's attention to detail! Great wine selection!

This genuinely may have been the best meal of my life. We were very lucky and got the last walk in spot. The atmosphere in this resturant is like some kind family celebration instead of a business. We got recommended the most incredible wines that were something like €7/ glass, the staff saved me a glass of a specific red to go with my main that I'm going to tell my kids about. Every single thing we ate was very obviously prepared with the love and affection that only someone whose life revolves around creating incredible food could have prepared. I will do, quite literally, anything to have the paccheri with zucchini flowers and saffron again. Know that eating here will make every other meal disappointing for the rest of your life.

Imagine you were not already overwhelmed by all the beauty Florence offered to you and you, either by chance or purpose wander into this beautiful restaurant. Oh, my heart. I consider myself a spoiled spectator, with senses tried in many here's and there's. Chef Marco Stabile takes you on in impeccable journey - your dreams about tuscany, culinary rituals, home, heart. Each dish is a masterpiece- taste, presentation, attention, even a size of the dish a skill (to make you literally want to lick your plate, despite the tangible threat to be frowned upon). The service is intimate, the presence of each team member is delicate and valuable. The choice of wines is beautiful and complimentary to each and every dish. I wish each and every person on Earth learns about the best (complimentary) gem here - mash potato dish. You think you need just two ingredients there - best potato and best butter, but there is much more than that - love, technique, experience and lots of passion for bringing hearts to the table. Absolutely best restaurant in Florence. Thank you, wholeheartedly.
