16/10/2025: Their food leaves a lot to be desired. They took a long time to serve us, and to top it all off, they had almost nothing on the menu. The three dishes I wanted were already sold out, and they can't tell you that from the start. The place is cold and gloomy, their Wi-Fi didn't work, and no one knew the password. My partner didn't like the steak, and my soup didn't taste good.

16/10/2025: A friend and I stumbled upon this place by chance while passing by on our way to the tram stop, and I have to say it was a lovely discovery. Delicious first and second courses, friendly and helpful staff. Not to mention the price, excellent value! Highly recommended! I'm sorry I didn't discover it earlier, but it's definitely a must-try if I ever return to Florence!

13/04/2025: A dream evening. I had booked through The Fork, thinking I would arrive at a “simple” restaurant. What a (very good) surprise we had arriving in front of such an establishment! A magnificent building, perfect reception service. Then we entered the restaurant. A unique setting, combining Renaissance and modernity, magnificent. Caring waiters, who will be able to guide you and advise you in the best possible way. A little word for Francesco, who accompanied us in the best possible way during this delicious meal. He will be able to advise you on excellent wines, and this, with excellent French! And what can we say about the dishes...a unique journey, a lot of emotions as we eat our forks! A talented young chef! In short, a magical evening.

08/10/2025: Buonosera, My friends and I dined at Ganzo (08 October 25). Our table of four had a very NICE variety for dinner. The FAVES were: - the Pork Belly dish - the Sliced Cheese Of course, the Wine! ❤️🍷❤️ We were warmly welcomed, received the "instructions" for dining as well as received very attentive support for our Waiter, Peppe. The experience was lovely, the atmosphere was cozy, vibrant. A side note, the music genre was Great! We shared that two of us are attending the University. We had a good exchange of information flow. After dinner, I asked a few more questions about the restaurant to another Staff member, Candice. She graciously showed me all the areas and even introduced me to the Chef. The other Staff members were equally Wonderful! Overall, I'd definitely recommend! I look forward to returning. Bravo to the Chef and Staff! Grazie, Ciao! 😁 I tried to edit the pricing information, but it didn't change. Per person cost was €10.

06/10/2025: Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The atmosphere seemed neglected and unwelcoming, and the staff showed no courtesy or even the slightest smile. When asked for a recommendation on the dishes, the response was superficial and unprofessional. The carbonara was excessively greasy, while the seafood pasta was completely flavorless. The plates were also visibly ruined, and the presence of flies in the room made everything even more unpleasant. It was my first time here, recommended by a friend, but unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. I'm only giving one star because it's impossible to give less.

31/08/2025: Nice place, good food, friendly staff, the only complaint for the people upstairs is the loud music, but the singer is very good, I recommend distributing the sound system better.

10/05/2025: Very plentiful food and also quite good, the fish/shellfish portion I'm told was notable (I can't eat it), the spaghetti squirts are good but you have to like garlic. Very helpful staff and attentive to requests, simple environment with outdoor seating.

28/09/2025: A sophisticated, elegant location, but the food needs updating. The appetizers were pleasant: very good game tapas. The first courses, second courses, and desserts were a total disaster: the macaroni were extremely salty, and the steak arrived cold. It's a shame the food isn't that good.

26/09/2025: A modern venue with understated elegance. The atmosphere is relaxing: pleasant background music at the right volume, soft lighting; even on a crowded evening, the venue is enjoyable. Friendly and helpful staff. The varied menu offers a good selection of traditional Tuscan dishes and the chef's innovative twists. The quality of the meat and fish is excellent. Among the desserts/fruits, I recommend the delicious and original fruit carpaccio (see photo). Prices are reasonable for a venue of this caliber.

27/09/2025: Friendly service. Delicious Negroni, followed by a generous tagliere with an aperitif after 6 p.m. A cozy establishment with a warm welcome. Definitely worth a visit. Pleasant terrace. (In the establishment itself, you have to get used to the bright white light.)

19/09/2025: A simply perfect experience! As soon as we entered, we were greeted with great warmth and professionalism, and we immediately felt at ease. The ambiance is meticulously crafted, elegant yet understated, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The menu offers dishes prepared with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. Each course was a discovery of flavors: impeccable presentation, a perfect balance between tradition and creativity. Truly unforgettable! ⭐️⭐️

10/10/2025: The entire menu, including drinks, is gluten-free, and you can choose the flour used for the pizza dough. Most importantly, everything we ordered was delicious, and we would have liked to try everything we saw. The location is very pretty, the staff very friendly, and the service fast. The prices are very reasonable.

23/09/2025: A very good quality pizza, fresh porcini mushrooms. A little too quiet due to the large crowd, but for a good pizza, it's worth putting up with.

19/09/2025: I booked a table for 8:45 PM and we waited 30 minutes in the hallway with the dog before we got it. The pizzas would be good, but 50% of the time they'll arrive with charred sides. The porcini mushroom pizza was terrible; they used mushrooms preserved in oil. We ordered the porcini mushrooms, and the fried version was nothing to write home about, but it had no flavor. The same thing happened with the tagliatelle; the porcini mushrooms tasted of butter and parsley, but no mushroom flavor. In my opinion, you can't charge €10 for porcini mushrooms if you then use mushrooms that taste like nothing. My wife didn't like the cold cuts either; they were too hard and dry; the croutons were okay. Table service is €5. The price is a bit high for the quality of the food.

11/10/2025: What can I say... impeccable service, and I'd even add that perfect touch beyond the formality!!! The appetizer and first course were perfect in every detail, especially the meat (1.2 kg), the quality and cooking were excellent. The price? If you eat this well, the host sets the price and it doesn't matter, but it's fair with the prices clearly displayed... perhaps a little low for the service and quality. It's best to book, even if they keep adequate space and reservations between tables. Congratulations.

26/09/2025: A nice place to spend an evening with family or friends. The food is good, and the service is efficient.

14/10/2025: Cannot recommend for vegetarians. The menu doesn't indicate which dishes are vegetarian, making it a pain to figure out the few non meat options by Yourself. Waiter advised me on a way too heavy beer (no alcohol % indicated on the menu) and it took him long to get the receipt. Pasta was good, Pizza bianco was drenched in oil.

13/10/2025: Fantastic food and location. Our waiter was super pleasant and attentive and best of all, really knowledgeable about local food. I came with my three children who all loved it. Two were delighted with delicious bruschetta and pizza. My other child and I shared the Florentine steak, which was out of this world! Esmerelda, the manager, was super nice and very charming indeed. In fact, all the staff were amazing. Please visit this place. Great food, beautiful people.
