11/10/2025: On our way back from Rome, we stopped here. Luckily, the restaurants we'd seen nearby were full. We ended up at this excellent restaurant. Fresh homemade bread and pasta. Very attentive service, from the table linens to the table settings. Fair prices for the quality of the products. Compliments, truly excellent. And thank you. This restaurant stands out from the others in the area. On our way back from Rome, we stopped here—and fortunately, the other nearby restaurants were full. We ended up at this excellent restaurant. Fresh homemade bread and pasta, perfect service, and very fair prices considering the high quality of the ingredients. Truly outstanding—compliments to the team and thank you! This restaurant really stands out from the others in the area. We will definitely come back.

27/10/2025: A very characteristic restaurant in Sant'Ambrogio, serving traditional cuisine, excellent in its simplicity. What makes the difference is the warm welcome and the atmosphere created by the owner. Signora Gilda, elegant and refined, manages to put you at ease and make you feel at home even though you're far from home. A must-visit in Florence, I recommend it 100%. P.S. The tagliatelle are amazing.

19/11/2025: My wife and I are there on a Wednesday in November and there was over an hour. Fortunately we had made reservations a month earlier and got in immediately. Our host was the epitome of graciousness and class. Due to watching many internet reviews, we know we wanted the cheese-wheel pasta service, be he suggested a nice main course and wonderful desserts. You’ll never have a more unique tiramissu. We plan on turning every time we visit Florence.

18/11/2025: Not sure if “Tourist trap” really define this place. It feels like a place that once could have been great, and there is still some of this greatness left. The food isn’t bad on any count, however it’s pricey and likely not as good as many places around. It definitely does not live to its hype, the place is mainly show and tourists. Everyone eats the truffle pasta which is okay i would say. In terms of atmosphere it feels like a tourist factory, people queue, get in, get their show, film it for instagram, eat and leave. No real atmosphere, no character, no soul. This might sound pretty rough, however i m leaving 3 stars as, as i early said, the food isn’t bad. If you are looking to eat decent pasta for a high price and don’t really care about authenticity, and you really want your instagram video, you ll likely enjoy the place. If you re looking for authenticity, and great food, u will be left very disappointed.

My latest purchase was a trio of pecorino, chili pepper, pepper, and truffle, and a finocchiona, and it was further confirmation of the quality and freshness of the products. Home delivery is very convenient, considering we're over 100 km away! I highly recommend them for quality, professionalism, and good prices. 👍

10/10/2025: Fast, tasty, and each pizza is around 7-8 euros. I highly recommend it; we waited 6 minutes for three pizzas. Very nice place :-)

25/08/2025: Pizzeria in the center of Figline Valdarno, with high-quality pizzas. The service is friendly and fast. You can eat in or take away. The interior is stylish and modern. There are pizzas named after famous artists, made with delicious ingredients. My pizza quattro formaggi with salamino was delicious. Thank you so much!

06/11/2025: Lunch with my wife. We found a charming and intimate place. The setting was simple (3 stars). The service was very friendly and attentive (4 stars). We ordered pasta with paté and provola. Very good, although the pasta was overcooked. The fried food could be better presented. I expected more variety, but the price was generous (€6). I recommend adding to it, even if it's higher. The frying oil was barely usable. The Pulpititiello affogato was tasty even though it wasn't freshly made. The scialatielli raised the bar a bit (from 2 to 3 stars). The pasta was cooked perfectly, and even the cherry tomatoes and lobster sauce tasted freshly sautéed. The wine, chosen on recommendation, was average. I found the bill a little high for the quality of the food. P.S. For the manager: Campanian cuisine is undoubtedly among the most popular in Italy. Choosing traditional dishes with consistently fresh ingredients will make all the difference.

12/10/2025: Hi, I ordered some take-out pizzas. They were very small, and the mozzarella wasn't mozzarella at all, but more of a stringy cheese. The dough, on the other hand, had no taste whatsoever, it was flavorless.

11/09/2025: When asked if there was alcohol-free beer, the staff responded honestly: maybe an espresso with milk 🤣🤣🤣🤣 The view of the mountains is great.

02/11/2025: I ate pizza with a friend and we were both very satisfied. The pizza was good, well-topped, the atmosphere was bright, fresh, clean, and tidy, and the waitresses were friendly. The bathrooms were also clean and tidy, with soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. They also have a spacious disabled bathroom and a nice changing table for changing diapers. Excellent! Please note: sometimes it's not possible to order takeout pizzas because, if the place is busy, they have a lot of work to do and lots of pizzas to bake, perhaps already ordered before you, so you'll need to call right away when they open or be prepared to wait indefinitely.

31/10/2025: The rooms and service at this hotel are great. We booked a room with a balcony facing the Arno River and loved just drinking wine and taking in the view from the room. The interior felt like a classical royal residence, decorated with large art pieces that really immersed us into the culture. It’s also a convenient walk to everything, as well as getting to and from the train station. We didn’t make too much use of the concierge but the staff was very welcoming and helpful, probably the nicest of any hotel we stayed during this trip to Italy. They lent us 2 umbrellas on the one day that it rained.
