12/10/2025: The best pizza on Isolotto!!...quality dough and ingredients...you could easily eat two!...truly skilled pizza chef and staff...highly recommended!

04/10/2025: I ate here a while ago. I'm giving it two stars because my ragù pasta dish contained a hair and a small wild boar bone that nearly broke my tooth. I didn't complain about the problem and finished the dish anyway because I had an imminent train to catch.

03/10/2025: I made a reservation three hours in advance through the Fork app, but when I tried to go to the restaurant after my appointment, I was unilaterally notified that my reservation had been moved back an hour. As a result, I couldn't visit the restaurant, and the late notification was disappointing.

29/08/2025: In the afternoon, it's a large food court. The market is only open in the morning. It was too crowded and too hot for me.

29/08/2025: A great market spread over two floors, with an incredible selection of food. Unfortunately, it's quite expensive. But it's a great building and worth a visit!

02/09/2025: Very good takeout pizza, both thin-crust and thick-crust. Arrived hot, crispy, and well-topped. The delivery guys are always friendly. Great prices: two pizzas for €17, one with ham and mushrooms, and one with buffalo mozzarella. We try to tip the guys who deserve it.

29/08/2025: Takeout pizza. Friendly on the phone, clear in their explanations. On-time delivery with perfectly piping hot pizza. Good pizza and quality ingredients. Definitely worth trying again.

30/09/2025: What a sandwich! One of the best in the world. Check that, the absolute best! I was here over a year ago but sometimes I still wake up thinking about the crunchy bread and soft filling inside. If you’re ever in Florence make sure you buy a hotel room without the breakfast option and instead get all your breakfasts at this place. And if it’s a rainy Florence morning while you’re waiting to pick up your rental car from Sicily by Car, take the opportunity to sample 2 slices of heaven at Panifico Palatresi. God bless the baker, the coffee was also acceptable.

10/10/2025: Really not sure how this place has a 4 star status!! The room was very dated and in need of a refurb. Mattress was so hard and bathroom was so so small. The noise from other rooms and on the landing was ridiculous, shouldn't be able to hear people's conversations in the next room! Breakfast was very poor also with limited options, so settled for a poor tasting coffee!!

08/10/2025: Great location, amenities and room. They do three times a day room cleaning. Spacious room with a touch of history. Rooftop bar was pretty. If you rent a car they will give you a ZTL pass which is very accommodating. Car parking is roughly ~40Euro nightly.

26/07/2025: Estábamos almorzando, pedí un sándwich en otro restaurante, pero mi marido pidió un sándwich en este y aún así compré una coca. Al sentarse a la mesa, la dueña nos echó diciendo que no podía comer otra comida que no fuera de su restaurante. IT vale la pena recordar que tanto mi marido como yo compramos algo en el restaurante. ¡Falta de respeto, nunca volveré!

25/07/2025: Really lovely place in the centre with affogato for €5. Nice staff and a short waiting time.

04/10/2025: Top-notch steak. Flavorful and perfectly cooked. Steak is everywhere in this area, but whether you know how to make it or not, there are few left. The place is welcoming.

The food is delicious, the pizza is exquisite, and the prices are reasonable (considering we're in the center of Florence). But the real beauty of this place is the kindness of the staff!! The 4,4 rating in Google is WAY overrated. there are a lot of ratings describing exactly the experience I've had with the rude waitress and unwelcoming place. The weird thing is that they where hosting a birthday party for some VERY loud italiano guests and they seemed to be having a good service... I'm really sorry if we entered through the wrong door but that is no excuse for the way you treated us. Just go a feel ratings down and you'll even see a rating where the restaurant replied in a rude way

26/09/2025: We lived in Florence for 5 weeks and this is the best meal I had. It’s different than the other restraints which is hard to find. Feels like modern Italian. Everything is extremely fresh as it’s all farm to table. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Great service and a cool space.
