Ordered panino bollito (beef) and panino lampredotto (cow’s stomach). Very tender and chewy. Boss gave us extra lampredotto as he missed our order. Went 15 minutes before its opening hour and managed to beat the long queue that quickly formed afterwards. Cash only payment in the morning.

He is in a corner of the Central Market Ground Floor (G/F). Note: He is not on the upper level 😂One of the shop assistants can speak Chinese for tripe

A place with meat sandwiches and simple sandwiches. Not the most comfortable place to relax and eat, but the variety was good with a decent price. I got there around 3pm (they close at 4pm) so I only managed to try the panino with roast beef, their most famous meat. Flavour was fantastic with the special green sauce made from celery garlic and carrot. It was €2.50 for a small one, great price for a quick bite while exploring the area!

Many tourists come to buy it, so you can try it to taste. The tripe buns are softer, while the beef buns are harder. There are green sauce and red sauce to choose from, which are not too spicy, so I usually choose mix.

It's not that bad, but there are a lot of women who eat it all by themselves. It's worth a try. Eating it with wine is also delicious.

I loved coming here, they definitely have the best panino lampredotto in whole Italy, and probably in the whole world too. I came here around 11:00 and it had some people waiting in line but it quickly advanced and we had no problem ordering and taking a seat. If this is your first time here in Florence, this is a must go to place, make sure not to miss it!!! 😁👍

Molto sporco intorno alla zona dove ci si siede per mangiare, personale che tocca senza guanti il cibo e il denaro, non il massimo per l'igiene. Panino con stracotto e con bollito buoni, patate mediocri. Cibo non pessimo, ma nulla di trascendentale. Prezzi accettabili. 3* scarse, non consigliato!

Dentro il mercato Centrale di Firenze , una storica bottega il cui pezzo forte e’ il panino con il Lampredotto ma anche la trippa Toscana, la ribollita, la porchetta,. Tutto ottimo abbondante ed economico

07/04/2024: The food is truly impeccable and of excellent quality, a shame about the service where the waiters were insistent and unprofessional at the end of the shift. We were not told of the imminent closing time of the kitchen upon our arrival and all the dishes were hastily brought out together, furthermore the waiter's insistence on making us order was not very welcome. It was unprofessional to see waiters at the end of their shift changing to go dancing and cleaning the tables with chemical products while customers were finishing their dinner.

25/03/2024: Sunday lunch with relatives and friends: a wonderful experience of taste and quality! Also highly recommended for their kindness, friendliness and professionalism!
23/03/2024: Traction cuisine, plentiful, homemade and delicious! This restaurant has accompanied me since my childhood; it is a historic restaurant in the Florentine hills that has never left me disappointed. I recommend going there during the summer because you will be able to enjoy their truly delightful outdoor space. The ingredients are top quality and, if you ask, they also offer gluten-free options. :)
