A must-see! Eat until you're stuffed 😁. It's simply fun to watch the hustle and bustle and then enjoy some delicious food. This picture is from a spaghetti restaurant where I ate pasta. The portions aren't huge, but they're enough to satisfy your hunger.

Excellent place in central Florence to explore local vibes, cuisine and souvenirs. Prices are honest without fuss, although you may want to look for the bargain. Hygiene wise is also valid, the structure rarely holds pigeons or similar. Ground floor is for wet market like products, while at the top storey you can find restaurants and ready to eat food for your day trip.

A typical market worth visiting where you can find original local products. I recommend it if you want to experience a more authentic Florence. I forgot... you absolutely must try the lampredotto sandwich. There are two types: one with boiled meat sauce and one with tomato. If you want to try the original, though, it's the boiled white one.

31/05/2026: A fantastic evening. Francesco guided us through the dishes, always top-notch: delicious, sophisticated, yet still "homey." Thank you so much for hosting us, even without a reservation. I recommend it more than the trattoria of the same name. It's more welcoming and the dinner is more relaxed and comfortable.
