Materia is a reference pizzeria in the area, unfortunately this time it disappointed expectations, probably the oven had not reached the ideal temperature, the dough had little flavor and the pizza was not very hydrated and consequently burned in some places, I have to be honest on previous occasions I had impressed the quality of the product but this time it was disappointing, I hope that this post can help us improve and never let our guard down, respect for the customer always comes first.

Good first time.... it was my first experience with you... even though I've been coming to Cellole on holiday for over 50 years, I'd never noticed this place... (it certainly opened after that date)... in any case, compared to the many similar places in Cellole, you have excellent service and extremely kind staff... pizza ok... now I promise myself to try the cuisine, for a next occasion... definitely recommended....

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Margherita DOP is exceptional!
I was there last night and was truly impressed. The pizza was excellent: fresh ingredients, light and easily digestible dough, and perfectly cooked. Friendly staff and quick service. I'll definitely be back, highly recommended!

"Materia" was a wonderful discovery. On a trip to Gaeta and Formia, we decided to try this well-reviewed pizzeria, and indeed, our experience was as expected. The staff and owners were very friendly and professional. We chose our favorite pizza, the Margherita; tasty, well-cooked, and made with excellent ingredients. Next, we tried the house specialty, the fried pizza, and then the baked pizza. We chose the "Corbarina," with Corbara tomato sauce, buffalo mozzarella, and basil pesto—truly excellent. A lovely evening, definitely worth repeating. The place is beautiful, modern, neat, and clean. Excellent value.

A modern pizzeria with a wide variety of contemporary pizzas. The upstairs dining room is beautiful and very characteristic, and it's wonderful to find two ovens working simultaneously, allowing even large tables to eat at the same time. The fried foods are delicious, and the desserts are absolutely delicious.
