The food was delicious and reasonably priced. We were lucky enough to get a table without a reservation, but I highly recommend making a reservation as it's very popular. All the dishes we ordered were excellent. The toast with chicken liver pâté was delicious, but it's best enjoyed hot; it's not as good when it's cold. The T-bone steak was very tender and perfectly seasoned. The pasta portion was generous and delicious. The Chianti wine was much better than the one we had at the winery during the day. After finishing our meal, we ordered a strawberry jam panna cotta, which was also very tasty 😋. I highly recommend every dish! This restaurant was better than several other 4.9-rated restaurants we ate at in Firenze a few days ago. Although the menu was in Italian, the waitress patiently checked every order with us. Thank you to this lady! We had a very satisfying dinner!

Trattoria Baldini is a true Florentine trattoria, one of those authentic ones that are increasingly rare these days. The atmosphere is welcoming and authentic, making you feel right at home. The dishes are traditional, well-prepared and understated. Excellent service, with professional and very friendly waiters. We ate well and to the point. A unique place in Florence, highly recommended.

Extremely delicious traditional food! The prices are very good. The restaurant is visited exclusively by local Florentines. The menu is short and only in Italian! We are very very satisfied! Great atmosphere!
