13/04/2026: We had a truly wonderful stay at Grand Minerva. The service was absolutely impeccable from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely caring. They always had a smile on their faces and brought such a positive, sunny energy to every interaction. A special mention for how amazing they were with our 18-month-old daughter — they went above and beyond to help us and made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. Their attention to detail and heartfelt kindness really made the difference. We felt truly welcomed and looked after throughout our entire stay. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just a beautiful place, but an outstanding level of service.

29/03/2026: It is close to the train station, and both the rooms and breakfast are excellent. If you are looking for accommodation in Florence, I highly recommend this place!
