16/08/2024: Anni fa ho già recensito questo locale, l’avevo trovato ottimo e l’ho consigliato a molti amici, non so se è cambiato qualcosa ma oggi è stata un’esperienza pessima! Abbiamo fatto oltre 100 km per gustarci una vera fiorentina, ne ordiniamo una e la cameriera ci chiede “con filetto o senza?” La chiedo con filetto facendo osservare che senza filetto è una costata e non una fiorentina! Dopo poco passa un cameriere che tenendola ben alta sopra le nostre teste ci comunica che è 2 kg e se va bene. Ribadisco che se ha un bel filetto come peso mi va bene. Passati una ventina di minuti arriva una costata (senza filetto) mi rivolgo alla cameriera dicendo che non è ciò che avevo chiesto e vengo liquidato con un “è quella che ha visto!” Alla cassa ribadisco la mia contrarietà e a tutta risposta con menefreghismo assoluto mi fanno pagare una costata come fosse una fiorentina Non so se è cambiata la gestione, io sicuramente non lo consiglierò più a nessuno!

23/06/2024: Il locale è molto carino e in un contesto molto bello . Abbiamo cenato in 2 per 156.20 eurini . Sì avere capito bene pure 20 centesimi . Il prezzo non è adeguato a ciò che abbiamo mangiato , e neanche al posto , con questi soldi si mangia in un ristorante stellato a Milano , non in un posto di passaggio di persone che fanno trekking . Il vino minimo costa 25 euro e la Bottiglia è con tappo a vite in alluminio . La bistecca non proprio buona anche se presentata bene , doveva pesare 1,2 kg ma nel conto quasi 1,5kg . Il giorno dopo leggendo il conto mi rendo conto che ho pagato un piatto di pasta da 14 euro che non ho ricevuto . .. buona la pasta e buoni anche i dolci Leggendo le recensioni passate ho notato che già ad unaltro cliente era stato sbagliato il conto . Peccato per la Location ma se non cambia qualcosa meglio portarsi i panini.

26/05/2024: Came for the aperol spritz, stayed for the tartare. Everything was perfect: fresh, delicious and made with high quality ingredients. Made our first dinner in Florence unforgettable.

26/05/2024: the best beef tartare I've had in Europe so far, and I always had beef tartare for most of the time I eat out. The dish looks simple, but it's so good. I'd recommend the Priore beef tartare - beef with onions and balsamic vinegar. The salad was unexpectedly delicious. The tomatoes on the crostini were amazing too, such a great meal with great vibes! The owner was kind and friendly, in general I loved the whole experience here :)

24/06/2024: We wanted to try a pizzeria that we had never tried in Scandicci. Very good pizza and well made dough. Too bad they didn't have 2 starters that didn't fit on the card. Not having a huge menu it's a shame that they were missing 2 typical starters from Campania. The guy who served the tables was good and kind, unfortunately he wasn't very organised. Overall good 😋

01/07/2024: We picked up this restaurant for our wedding dinner. What they managed was amazing. We simply booked time. But what a suprrise was wating for us😍 Garden was decorated just for our group. Beautiful. And then food started. Simply amazing. Terresa and her staff made this evening unforgettable.

22/05/2024: Abbiamo festeggiato la comunione della mia figliola questa domenica, la parola per definire la giornata è: Assolutamente MERAVIGLIOSA.😍 Il posto sistemato fino al ultimo dettaglio,ristorante,tavoli,apparecchiature,giardino,fiori…tutto. Il mangiare SPETTACOLARE,non detto solo da me,ma dai miei 46 invitati…il nero di seppia,il polpo,il tartar di tonno,la millefoglie di branzino,la frittura,il pane fatto in casa,il arancio…ne parliamo della torta??!!!!!non solo era bellissima,era buonissima!!!! Festa riuscita in tutto,e per fortuna anche il tempo ci ha accompagnato in modo di far splendere la location in tutto il suo splendore ,insomma…giornata da 10.🥰 Un ringraziamento speciale a Teresa e a tutta la sua famiglia che con tanto amore portano avanti questo posto favoloso facendo sentire il calore e la passione per questo mestiere,e fanno diventare Le grotte d’ Arno un oasi perfetto. La comunione della prossima figliola certamente la rifarò qua. UN BACIO TERESA

11/08/2024: We went for dinner, a very beautiful place, surrounded by greenery, very well kept, but unfortunately this care was not found in the table service, confusing and excessively slow management, we sat down at 8pm and one person waited until 10pm for the his dish despite the waiter having been told several times that it was missing, to pay the very substantial bill (high quality/price) they didn't want 4 card payments (we were 4 families), absurd, after three people asked for a grappa and almost no they wanted to give it away because the bill had already been paid.. I wouldn't go back and I don't recommend it.

04/08/2024: I reserved a room 6 months ago. I receive a room without a terrace and without a view. Nothing to do with the photos on the website. Deplorable. The owner did not bother to answer me. Unacceptable!!!

09/08/2024: A place with an intimate atmosphere, a little place where you can relax and enjoy the evening, very good dishes and the staff was very kind.

20/08/2024: Siamo stati a cena e abbiamo mangiato nel fresco del giardino. Primi e secondi molto buoni. Veloce anche il servizio, nonostante fosse pieno. Camerieri gentili e attenti. Buona anche la selezione di dolci.

28/03/2024: Eravamo a Firenze per uno spettacolo al Mandela Forum e siamo andate in giro alla ricerca di un posto dove pranzare. Ci ha ispirato questo locale, accogliente, caratteristico e tranquillo e siamo state più che soddisfatte, abbiamo mangiato benissimo e bevuto divinamente. Prima di uscire siamo state simpaticamente intrattenute da Francesco, Monica e dal dolcissimo Mario, che fa un caffè fantastico. Ci siamo sentite a casa e quando torneremo a Firenze questa sarà una tappa obbligata.

03/08/2024: Excellent for breakfast, good product, correct price and excellent service. The name of the place is BIG. There is another place nearby with a similar name on the facade that has nothing to do with it.

01/08/2024: Kind, honest prices and excellent quality products. Go there even if you are not in the area, it is really worth the extra walk.

03/08/2024: I had bought some beautiful dark-skinned figs, and I was looking for some good, not too bold raw ham to accompany them, avoiding establishments that charged 42 E/kg for it. Here at 35 E/kg, I found it cut not too finely, even with very kind service. I'll be back.

30/03/2024: Ci siamo fermati per un panino a pranzo, dopo aver visto la fila di turisti che si metteva in coda dall’antico vinaio per decine di metri (contenti loro…). Prosciutto toscano strepitoso, pieno di gusto e non eccessivamente salato. Ottimi anche i cantuccini, produzione propria come tutto il resto della gastronomia. Clientela locale, pochi turisti. Negozio verace, da consigliare anche per la simpatia dei gestori.

14/08/2024: Dunk.....WOW! Top quality products to fill them....we have the schiacciata with mortadella but a real quality mortadella, one stuffed with mushrooms (the good, quality ones and NOT the ones in oil) and a nice piece of pizza. ... What can I say... we have already decided that we will drive a couple of hours again just to eat with you again because it is absolutely worth it

03/09/2024: La mia esperienza a pranzo è stata di un locale caotico, cibo nella media e scarsa cantina. La bistecca non mi ha soddisfatto. Nella media ma non ci tornerei.

26/07/2024: Sempre una conferma ma i prezzi sono lievitati. Personale attento e disponibile. Carne servita su piatti freddi e di conseguenza....devi sbrigarti a mangiarla
