We stayed at La Collina as a couple in August 2025, and it was a truly wonderful and relaxing vacation. We often think back to our holiday there, which was characterized by a perfect balance of relaxation and activities.
We stumbled upon the accommodation quite spontaneously, and on the day of our arrival, our hosts, Patricia and Toni, gave us a warm welcome. We immediately felt completely at ease. Our room, "Siena," was cozy, clean, and modern. The towels were also plush and smelled lovely. The view from the room was breathtaking.
You can tell that a lot of care and attention has gone into the grounds. Everything was very clean and modern. The pool is large, and the view is magnificent. The loungers are perfect for relaxing. If you get hungry or thirsty, you can buy something in the self-service area (ice cream, yogurt, drinks, etc.). There's also an outdoor sofa with a table where you can chill out.
Outside, there's a breakfast area on a terrace where you can enjoy the view while having a delicious breakfast. Breakfast consists of a small buffet inside (muesli, cheeses from local dairies, cold cuts, yogurt, etc.). Every morning, Toni buys filled croissants of your choice from the local bakery (Nutella, pistachio, etc.). Eggs are cooked fresh to order. We often chatted with Patricia at breakfast and got tips for excursions and restaurants. There's a fantastic restaurant almost next door to La Collina, which we highly recommend.
One evening, the full moon rose over Tuscany, and Toni even got out a telescope for us so we could watch it. That was a beautiful moment.
At La Collina, we also met other lovely people, as it's thankfully a smaller, more intimate place.
Dear Patricia and Toni, we had a wonderful holiday with you, one we'll cherish, and we're already looking forward to our next visit!
