We had an incredible experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish we made turned out amazing. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and patient, which made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. Our whole family had a wonderful time cooking together, learning new techniques, and sharing a fantastic meal. It was the perfect combination of great food, fun, and a welcoming atmosphere. We left with full stomachs, wonderful memories, and recipes we’ll definitely be making again. We highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a unique and memorable activity!

Amazing experience!! The food was amazing and Andrea, our chef, was great. We had six people with two kids, 8 and 6, and it might have been the highlight of the trip so far! Highly recommend it!!

Highly recommend this experience! My family learned how to make homemade pasta and a wonderful tart for dessert. All the food was excellent and we have already made the dishes again since returned home. An experience my family will cherish for a long time.

I spent 6 days in Florence in early June. The first day there I took a 4 hour cooking class at Giglio Cooking School with my wife and 19 year old daughter. We made a fresh tomato sauce, homemade fettuccini from scratch, a delicious chicken dish cooked in the frying pan with lots of seasoning, and 4 individual chocolate cakes. When we were done, we got to eat this wonderful, delicious meal. I highly recommend Giglio and it was one of the highlights of my trip to Florence. I also took home all of the recipes. Molto delizioso.

We had the best experience! One of the highlights of our trip, for sure. Marcella is so kind, patient, and FUN! We would definitely do this again. We made pasta noodles, bolognese sauce, chicken cacciatore, and chocolate lava cakes with strawberry sauce...all from scratch of course!

This was a wonderful experience. Our chef was knowledgeable, professional and fun! To top it off we made delicious food- the best tiramisu I've ever had!

Food was absolutely amazing once we sat down and comfortably ate what we made! Sat down to our full meal and glass of wine at the end. Kids absolutely loved making the pasta! Our chef was so kind and knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend! Also the cooking school is tucked away in a cozy beautiful street in Florence.

Such an interesting and enjoyable morning with chef Andrea and another couple. We were very proud of the pasta and sauces we made, as well as the ice creams. Very friendly, very clean, very informative. We were given a nice bottle of wine to accompany our Giglio lunch. Highly recommended!
