29/11/2025: A friendly and refined atmosphere. I stopped for a lampredotto sandwich, the "by-night" version, and the staff was quick and courteous: a truly perfect choice. I enjoyed the sandwich "in its pure form," just salt and pepper, as they used to do, when sauces only arrived much later. Congratulations! It's nice to see that the authentic custom of "slipping" the lampredotto out of the sandwich is still maintained here, with the crumb removed as tradition dictates. A detail I've never seen before: the bread warmed on the griddle, which adds a pleasant touch of crunch. I'll add an important detail: I wasn't a familiar customer. Often, walk-in customers are served only the less valuable part of the lampredotto (the Spannocchia), but at **Cernacchio** they prepared a rich and complete sandwich for me, as it should be. Thank you, and congratulations again!

25/11/2025: We found it by chance during a quick lunch break in beautiful Florence. As soon as we entered, we immediately felt at home, thanks to the warm, comfortable atmosphere and the friendly staff. We stayed longer than expected, enjoying two typical Florentine sandwiches that we'll never forget! At the end of the meal, the staff took a souvenir photo of us, which was then added to the others on the wall. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back. It was a great pleasure, Elena and Andrea from Sardinia.

06/07/2025: The place is full of people, I sat on the top floor which was empty and all the tables were full of dirt and leftover food and drinks from customers. The whole time I was sitting here, not a single employee came up. The price is cheaper than other places but I was disappointed with the pastries. If you walk a few meters down the street you will reach other places, maybe at a slightly higher price in euros, but definitely delicious. The jam-filled croissant is completely empty and only filled at one point in the middle. I have eaten better cannelloni and spoliatella just down the street. The orange juice is indeed freshly squeezed. Because of the rush, the staff is not warm but does everything quickly and impatiently and there were also many misunderstandings during the selection of the three pastries. Disappointing.

12/11/2025: A truly wonderful experience staying at this agriturismo. The Chianti wine and olive oil they produce are of exceptional quality. The views of the Tuscan plains are beautiful, including stunning sunrises. The family and staff are incredibly friendly.

28/10/2025: In a prime location at the gateway to Chianti! Quick to reach from Florence, it's a peaceful haven nestled among vineyards and olive groves, a lovely walk away. Historic, well-maintained rooms with beautiful views. The restaurant is excellent, serving high-quality products! Highly recommended.

08/12/2025: Having stumbled upon that street in Florence by chance, we wanted to try this charming little place. What can I say? Excellent food for those who love chicken with various sauces, perfectly fried and not at all heavy to digest. Prices and delivery times are reasonable for the high quality they offer, which is nothing like the large industrial chains. The two very kind and hospitable owners shared their story with us, explaining how they opened this restaurant and created such a simple yet high-quality product. Takeout is also available. Highly recommended!

18/10/2025: Was craving for chicken in Florence and decided to try this place! Wow so happy we came and had the best chicken !!!! It was really good and juicy and tasty Best chicken in Florence and those that I ever tasted!! Must come eat if you are in Florence!!

20/10/2025: We stayed there for two nights. We appreciated the beautiful and well-kept environment. In particular, the impeccable cleanliness and the size of the bathroom, which was above the average standards of other hotels. The location is ideal for traveling the Chianti road to San Gimignano, which is considered one of the most beautiful roads in Italy.

13/10/2025: One of the few Florentine restaurants left in the city center!!! Friendly, professional, and excellent dishes. Ask what's off the menu; if they have it, we recommend the potato gnocchi, homemade, of course!

18/08/2025: Wonderful experience! Excellent wines, food, and a gorgeous pool! The staff and owner were incredibly kind. You absolutely must try the horseback riding because the instructor is amazing!

08/12/2025: We stopped for lunch during a visit to Florence, and had a wonderful time. The staff were very friendly: they let us sit before service began so we could settle our 3-month-old baby, which was much appreciated (and we found the changing area comfortable and clean, a big plus!). The appetizer platter was nothing special, and the first courses were good. The location was truly enchanting, with a spectacular view of Ponte Vecchio.

02/12/2025: Stunning location, shame it's geared toward tourists. The prices are very disappointing, and vary depending on whether you have the Intimissimi card or something else. And it's a complete rip-off for anyone who knows wine. The food was overpriced for what you get, poorly served, and even cleared away the table before we'd finished. Definitely going to be a no-go.

26/11/2025: We stumbled upon this pizzeria almost by accident, as we wanted to try out a pizza restaurant in the area. We went without a reservation early in the evening and they found us a table right away, which we needed to vacate as soon as possible because there were already customers with reservations. It wasn't a problem. The menu is very interesting, with a strong focus on quality and regionality, in this case Calabrian. The atmosphere is simple and familiar, with small but comfortable tables and adequate and efficient service. The wait staff is highly professional and attentive to customers. The atmosphere is that of a typical trattoria. The portions are generous and tasty, the cuisine excellent, and the experience is wonderful, and we'll have to repeat it. Thin and well-topped pizza, generous and filling first and second courses. The photos don't do it justice... I'll be back. Will you join me?

06/12/2025: Went here for a quick evening meal. Pasta was actually not bad. Wines - so and so, nothing special. I did though order a medium rare steak - which started in that rareness at one side, and ended up at the other somewhere between rare and "if I poked it too much, it would moo". Complained to the waiter, who said that "this is how beef is served here", or something to that degree. So I left the rare portion on the plate. I had a full on food poisoning by the time I arrived home. I would therefore either avoid at all costs or at least order vegetarian.

27/10/2025: I tried the mango and lime gelato, and both were absolutely refreshing and full of flavor. The mango was creamy, sweet, and tropical, while the lime had a nice tart kick that balanced it perfectly. It’s a great spot to cool off on a warm day, and you can really tell they use quality, fresh ingredients in every scoop.

28/10/2025: A surprise: even the dishes that might turn off those unfamiliar with Florentine culinary tradition are excellent. A bit of a wait (which in my opinion is reasonable, it whets the appetite), but well worth it! As for the pizza, a ruoto, made in a wood-fired oven. Perhaps too crispy for Neapolitans. But it still has its merits. A sore point, and I say this because they took a risk, was the coffee. I even asked if it was appropriate after the excellent dinner, and the maître d' replied, "Yes, of course!" I'd do it again, but without the coffee, that's for sure! 🙂‍↔️!
