The food is 5. The staff leaves a bit to be desired, perhaps the new ones, obviously in their ways since they are new I don't judge the service.

I was very wary because of the location and gorgeous view -- smells like a tourist trap. But the food here was also terrific and I would definitely come back.

After a minor misunderstanding with the staff, our manager approached us in a very professional manner, took care of us, and successfully managed to improve our first impression – we really felt very welcome. She offered us a glass of Franciacorta, which tasted truly exceptional. I am pleasantly surprised by the lovely atmosphere.

Beautiful location on the Arno River, and the Ponte Vecchio is just around the corner. Great selection of wines at reasonable prices. Very friendly staff.
