We heard races and went there without a reservation. Had to wait for an hour but one of the better meals on Florence

This place is fantastic, with amazing service and food! A local friend suggested it, and it’s definitely worth a visit. I recommend making a reservation. It’s one of the few spots in the city center that isn’t a tourist trap. We tried the carbonara with truffle and meat à la florentina, and it was incredibly good. The waitress William provided excellent service. Thanks.

Amazing place with great service. We are returning customers and came back specifically for the Florentine steak. The quality of the food is amazing and the cook was perfect (a bit rarer for a steak then normal, but that is normal for Italy). The service was amazing as well, we got served quickly, the sever treated as well and even put in some jokes. Previously, I've had the tartar there alongside the Florentine steak and again the quality was immaculate. Will definitely be back a third time when I come back to Florence. This is a must stop.

I made a reservation on the restaurant's website a few months prior to my visit. When I arrived, there was a dedicated line for reservation holders. Although my reservation was for 7 PM, I arrived at 6:40 PM; after having my name verified by the staff member at the front, I entered the restaurant around 6:45 PM. When I ordered, a staff member gave me some bread. I poured the olive oil and balsamic dressing from the table onto my plate and dipped the bread in it; it was so delicious that I finished an entire basket of bread. Then, a staff member came over and asked if I wanted more bread, so I asked for more. **Ordered Dishes** 1. Florentine grilled Tenderloin beefsteak (Bistecca alla fiorentina nel filetto): Cooking level: Medium Rare 2. Za Za style Prawns Spaghetti (Spaghettino sui gamberi alla Za Za) 3. Caprese Salad (Insalata Caprese) The steak was absolutely fantastic. It was cooked just right, making it tender and easy to cut. And regarding the spaghetti, I am curious how you cooked the noodles. I was able to correctly define what "just right" noodles are. As for the Caprese salad, Italian tomatoes felt like a whole different level of vegetable compared to Korean tomatoes. The tomatoes were fresh, and the mozzarella cheese was excellent. I don't know when I will be able to visit Florence again, but if I do, I would love to go back.
