21/08/2024: !Never recommend! I'm sure u can find somewhere nicer with the same price First of all, I was very angry. I visited with my foreign friends, and there was a person who looked like the owner. First of all, this is Italy and the fact that I don't speak Italian is my weakness, so it doesn't matter whether the menu is in Italian or the owner can only speak Italian, as long as it doesn't negatively affect communication. At first, since the owner didn't speak Korean at all, I thought he was a foreigner and ordered in English. But um... I felt like I was at an Instagrammable cafe. Even when I asked a question, he said look at the menu and it's all there, he was quite uncooperative when I was ordering, and he kept repeating the same thing as if he didn't know the English words I used, then snorted and said it was okay. Then, I accidentally used Korean, and he understood it and reflected it in his actions, but pretended not to know Korean. Then, when Italian-speaking people came after me, they were very happy and had a lot of conversations, answering all my questions sincerely and emphasizing the Korean aspect. I kept laughing and saying that I didn't understand why my foreign friends thought it was funny, but I didn't understand either. There are a lot of Korean props in the store, and they sell Korean food with that in mind. They understand Korean, but they speak it slurred, and they are hostile to Koreans.. haha. And I don't mind charging a seat fee, but I couldn't hear or see the information or notices, so when I later asked what it was, they laughed at me as if I didn't know that's how it is in Italy, which made me feel strangely bad, so I just ate it and left. I've been to a lot of Korean restaurants while studying abroad, but this was the first time I've encountered anything like this, and I think it would have been better to go to a restaurant where people from other countries have researched recipes, served Korean food, and apologized for not speaking Korean. Some people may have had good experiences here, but my experience was like this. The food, price, and quantity are average, but I don't think there's any need to feel humiliated by going to eat food from your hometown, and there's no need for me to be offended by the mood and emotions of the owner. And based on my experience, I think all the negative reviews here are quite truthful. For me, it was not a place to introduce Korean food in a pleasant way, enjoy it, and talk leisurely.

12/08/2024: The chocolate is wonderful! We came here multiple times during our trip to buy and taste pralines and the service was good almost every time! The employees knows about the ingredients of the chocolate which is a big plus. All of the chocolates are gluten free apparently which is great! Next time I go to Italy I will look for this store!

21/04/2024: We were in Florence in March of 2023. Absolutely delicious food and really friendly and helpful staff here. I had Caesar Salad and my husband had seafood linguine and both were absolutely delicious! I don’t usually order chips, but someone at the next table and had some and they looked incredible - so I ordered some and they were. We sat outside with a wonderful view of Palazzo Vecchio. Can’t wait to go back this year and eat here again. It was our last meal before we left and was a wonderful way to end a very lovely break.

22/07/2024: Ambiente carino, anche se l'ubicazione del locale si trova ai margini del parcheggio di un centro commerciale, quindi abbastanza triste, comunque molto frequentato; listino prezzi non economico e porzioni esigue. L'offerta culinaria comprende un'ampia varietà tra piatti di terra, mare e pizza Qualità nella media. Rapporto qualità prezzo medio basso a causa delle porzioni scarse.

22/07/2024: Posto carino ma non basta. Pizza molto alta ma quello è un gusto personale; il problema era il sale, aggiunto dopo la cottura e assolutamente non necessario, tutte le pizze erano davvero troppo salate. Tentativo di antipasto finito male: 16€ per una porzione di barbabietole a cubetti spacciata per “tartare vegetariana”!! Personale nella media, alcuni carini altri decisamente no. Non ci tornerei

21/07/2024: Abbiamo chiesto di stare fuori, sperando di stare al fresco alle 21:00, invece con il balcone coperto, senza ne ventilatore ne attrezzi contro zanzare abbiamo sofferto! Anche gli altri ospiti stavano provando a ventilarsi a mano perché si soffocava di caldo. Il cameriere prendendo la nostra ordine si lamentava ogni volta che qualcuno voleva dividere un piatto (ma solo per poter assaggiare più piatti!) e ci ha messo pure un supplemento al riguardo! Occhio anche al “fuori menu” prezzi doppi a quelli su menu! Poi portavano di continuo Aqua a tavola quando non l’abbiamo chiesto, e anche quando abbiamo detto che non l’ha volevamo c’è l’anno messo comunque sul scontrino! Abbiamo mangiato decentemente ma non torneremmo assolutamente

02/07/2024: Abbiamo mangiato in questo locale, a distanza di qualche anno dall'ultima visita. Ora capisco perchè lo avevamo depennato dalla lista dei posti in cui tornare. Salvo soltanto un cameriere, dall'accento mi sembrava sardo, molto competente e professionale. Solo lui merita. Partiamo dal signore che prende le ordinazioni, forse il titolare, scortese e antipatico. Il cibo: dagli antipasti, ai primi ai secondi, tutto nella media, alcuni prodotti senza sapore, altri un pò meglio ma il profumo del pesce fresco non lo abbiamo sentito. Ma arriviamo al tasto più dolente. Il conto. Partiamo dall'assurdo: abbiamo ordinato per la bimba piccola mezza porzione di pasta al pomodoro, in conto 12 euro!!!! credo di non aver pagato questa cifra per semplice e ordinaria pasta neanche nei ristoranti di un livello molto alto. Ridicoli!! Ordino una grigliata mista, in lista menù, era a 36 euro. va bene, ero consapevole che i prezzi di una buona grigliata sono questi. Arrivano 4/5 pezzetti di calamari, un tentacolo di polipo di 10 cm circa e un piccolo pesciolino tipo ombrina ma piccolo piccolo (l'ho mangiato di tre bocconi). Assurdo. Ho pagato in altri posti la stessa cifra per una grigliata ma almeno mangiavo cose buone, fresche. Ultima cosa, mio marito ordina solo polipo alla griglia. Arriavano due tentacolini di polipo, massimo 10 cm ognuno, a 26 euro in conto. Amiamo la cucina di pesce, la conosciamo bene e siamo disposti a spendere perchè sappiamo che un pranzo con pesce fresco di qualità costa, ma in questo caso spendere 260 euro per un pranzo in famiglia, due adulti e tre bambini, senza qualità, lo trovo assurdo. 25/05/2024: Once again I went in for a bottle of water for the kids and the bartender was very rude. Paid in cash I received a torn banknote in exchange and immediately reported it and responded rudely, place intolerant of children and very rude staff.

27/03/2024: yet another commercial service in the country that prevents you from paying by card, among other things with a rude attitude, as if I were causing the displeasure and not the other way around, and the bartender also thought well of getting stuck by noticing the banknotes in the wallet . I couldn't even rate the coffee, which I drank quickly to leave as soon as possible given the atmosphere.

02/12/2023: Getting there in the evening is a mission impossible, there is no visibility at all on the entrance sign, not even a streetlight. The parking lot is tiny and the structure is neglected.

21/06/2024: We were 3 people and had to send back all the dishes. We ended up having dinner at the Roadhouse, next to this place. They only have ELECTRIC OVEN. Pizza is really bad, the cured meat was almost raw meat. Disgusting. The antipasto was aubergine, yellow peppers and courgettes and felt rubbery and dry. Disgusting. We were the only people at the restaurant and now I can understand why. The waiter was embarrassed but seemed used to it.

10/08/2024: Service and food was just impeccable!! We had the Fiorentine steak which is halal. The only halal fiorentine steak in Florence. I just couldn’t savour the moment any longer. The meat melted in my mouth. The fat was perfection. The potato’s were crunchy and creamy. I wish I went again now the next day. The staff were the kindest sweetest people. Beautiful!! Bonnissimo

26/06/2024: Terrible food and horrible service. We asked for pepper and balsamic and lemon three times- never got lemon. The pizza wasn’t even fully cooked. We were treated poorly and would not recommend this place to anyone! One of the waiters was sarcastic and refused to answer questions about special requests

14/03/2024: Personale gentilissimo, tanto parcheggio ed un menù veramente interessante. Ad una prima lettura sarebbe stato da provare tutto. Antipasti e fritti ottimi, la prossima volta proveremo la carne.

16/01/2024: These burgers are crraaaaaazzyyyyy!! Was brought here by a local as I once again needed a break from Tuscan cuisine, and a little slice of home. A hamburger and fries. Ha. I was obviously skeptical, especially when this place was located pretty far outside of the touristy area and I seemed to be the only one that didn't speak Italian in the place. The waitress could hardly speak English which I totally get and not a bad thing, but just trying to set the scene for y'all. The vibe of the place was Inspector gadget meets a Yardhouse. If you don't know what Yardhouse is, I can't blame you. It's a slightly upscale american bar/burger joint. I got the Perfect Burger, and it was ENORMOUS. Enough to feed a family of 3. Maybe 3 and a half. It was just one step shy of perfect. I was so rattled that I struggled even getting a quality pic of it. That's on me. I would consider this an elite burger back home!! 05/07/2024: Per il mio compleanno abbiamo festeggiato con un menu uguale per tutti 10. Con antipasti e 3 tipi di pasta e una bellissima torta di frutta fatto da loro. Siamo rimasti tutti contenti.

14/06/2024: Locale piacevole e rinnovato,ci sediamo in un ampia e panoramicissima veranda .Ravioli strepitosi,pasta sottile e ripieno gustosissimo,stessa cosa i Tortelli di Patate Mugellani,ove finalmente sento la noce moscata ,e il ragu' con cui son conmditi di eccellente fattura.Torta della nonna buonissima e fatta in casa,serizio preciso attento e molto cordiale.
