17/06/2025: I have been a loyal customer for years and have always appreciated the quality of your ice cream. However, I must regretfully report that lately I have noticed a clear decline in both the friendliness of the service and the quantity-price ratio. During my last visit I ordered a two-flavor cone and was served a very small amount of ice cream, equal to little more than a spoonful. When I pointed this out, I was told that the ice cream was "inside the cone". After eating the top part, I noticed that the cone was practically empty. I pointed this out again and was simply told: "Yes, you are right", without being offered a solution or a new cone with an adequate quantity. All this happened under the eyes of the owner, who listened but did not intervene in any way. Unfortunately, this attitude gives the impression of a lack of respect towards the customer and, frankly, of a certain bad faith.

24/08/2025: A nice, quaint location, but the service really leaves much to be desired. After about 40 minutes of waiting, someone finally arrives (I don't think it was a waiter) and asks us what we'd like to order... but without bringing us a menu. He leaves us a QR code and leaves. We call him back shortly after to order and ask about the Fiorentina steak, specifically whether the portion size is suitable for one person. He tells us yes. After almost two hours of waiting, the steak arrives, already sliced, evidently intended for two, along with the side dishes. Neither plates nor silverware are brought to us: we have to specifically ask for them. In the end, we paid €96 for the steak, and when we pointed out again that we'd asked for a portion for one person, the cashier indifferently replied that the meat was "1.6 kg... as if it were normal to consider it a single portion." I should point out that we hadn't been told the weight of the steak, so we trusted the waiter's reply that he'd serve a Florentine steak for one person. An extremely disappointing experience.

22/11/2025: A quick lunch during the Saturday crowds at Gigli, unfortunately not satisfying. The quality is very low compared to other Chinese restaurants in the area, and the prices are above average.

07/10/2025: Intrigued by the reviews on various social media, we decided to try this place inside the I Gigli shopping center. We ordered udon noodles (where you could choose every ingredient, including the pasta shape), which were very good and flavorful, then ramen, which was generally average, and two types of ravioli, one house-made and one meat-based. Both ravioli were disappointing. The price was good for the quality.

05/12/2025: Enchanting, typically Tuscan atmosphere. Excellent cuisine with reinterpretations of traditional dishes and surprises and surprises, which I won't reveal now. Go there and bring friends, and it's an opportunity for an important invitation where you will surely make a great impression. I can't say more than that... as always, I say MUST VISIT.

11/11/2025: A shore excursion took us here for lunch. It borders the main cathedral as others have said which is nice and to me the atmosphere is what I'd expect for an Italian restaurant. The inside also was well maintained and clean along with the restrooms. The service was fine, it was a large group of about 40, and they did a good job of quickly serving everyone. While we didn't get to choose from the menu, the meal included: half bolognese and half pesto pasta, bread, red and white wine, and olive oil on request. Portions were generous. Also dessert wine and biscotti for dipping. Everything was enjoyable, I liked the pesto best; though can't say it's the best Italian ever overall it was a nice experience.

27/09/2025: It was an unforgettable experience! We had hiked 10km and wanted to rest and have lunch. A wedding was taking place in this restaurant. However, a kind waitress allowed us to stay in the garden and enjoy lunch a little further away, without disturbing the wedding guests. After 10 minutes, it started to rain and after another 5 minutes, a storm with hail, wind and heavy rain began. We ran inside. Our waitress gave us towels to dry ourselves with and arranged an improvised table for us in one of the auxiliary rooms. We ate the pince-nez that we ordered for the first time and they were divine. As was the wine and our joy at such a hospitable reception in circumstances where the staff could simply say that it was a private event and the restaurant was closed.

22/09/2025: It's okay if you're very hungry, but be prepared your meal can be slightly different from what you've ordered.

25/10/2025: What a delightful place. At lunchtime, they have many options of grilled vegetables, cooked to perfection. I also tried the gnocchi alla romana with a glass of rosso. In addition to perfect coffee and the delights of an Italian pastry shop.

18/08/2025: The restaurant closed recently. In its place is now the "Ex Latteria," a typical Apulian restaurant with a Puccia bar and restaurant, selling Apulian products.

13/05/2025: The pizza is excellent; I prefer the "Neapolitan" version, but there's also the wagon wheel version with a low crust. Along with the pizzas, there's also a wide selection of American sandwiches with chips. The side dishes make the meal fun and enjoyable: a small metal box on each table contains scissors for cutting the pizza and disposable gloves to keep your hands from getting too greasy, especially when eating sandwiches. You can also order small bowls of sauces to mop up the crusts... There's a play area for children, so everyone can enjoy the meal!

19/11/2025: Like all service stations, it's well-stocked but has exorbitant prices. The staff is friendly and helpful (at least that much).

27/11/2025: I ate at Reburger a few days ago and absolutely loved everything: the excellent bread, the meat, and all the ingredients were delicious and well-crafted. The fries come with their own homemade sauces, which are truly delicious! The girl who served us was very nice and helpful. I'll be back!

26/11/2025: Stoped by the other day for lunch and the experience was amazing! Service is really 10/10 with a personal welcoming and the are burgers even better!! We had one smashed burger each and there was flavor in every bite, delicious!
