23/11/2024: We were greeted in an unfriendly/unhelpful way and were told only when ordering that several dishes on the menu were sold out, including the meat! Saturday evening 9pm. They brought us white wine and not a glacette. The pasta with garlic didn't taste like garlic, it was pasta with red sauce (and it wasn't specified that it was red), really dry chicken and badly cooked pork. High prices for the quality.

18/04/2025: Partially positive experience. The environment was nice and clean, the only flaw was the tables being a little too close together. The food was tasty, the sauces excellent and we absolutely recommend the fries with parmesan and truffle. The vegetarian and vegan choices are also excellent. My sandwich was Where is the Chicken...excellent preparation.

03/04/2025: We go in for lunch and choose some sandwiches, which are good, but certainly not cheap. The place is not particularly crowded, but nevertheless, the waiter makes us sit near the serving counter. What I immediately notice is that under the counter, on the dining room side, there are waste bins which, according to ASL regulations, cannot and must not be present where you eat. So, in addition to the "traffic" of staff picking up orders to take them to customers, there was also that relating to the storage of waste. Incomprehensible and unacceptable.

23/03/2025: Prima è ultima volta che mangiamo in questo ristorante veramente delusi eravamo in tre un piatto a testa abbiamo speso oltre €80 che avrei pagato tranquillamente se sarebbe rimasto soddisfatto!

08/03/2025: Terrible service. We asked a dark-skinned boy a couple of times what we wanted to consume and we felt neglected, having to repeat what we wanted a couple of times. We are Spanish, however at other tables the service was normal, asking and looking while you order. We didn't even feel a glance when ordering our drinks, when asking for the bill for more of the same. Very excessive prices. I don't recommend it. 4 lemons, one cut and water, add it €30

05/02/2025: El comedor es pequeño, pero merece la pena esperar si no tienen hueco cuando llegas. Cocina riquísima y platos bastantes generosos a muy buen precio. La carbonara espectacular.

25/01/2025: All very good from pizza to fresh pasta, from dessert to coffee. Just one piece of advice: book so you will avoid waiting and your meal will be more relaxing, I did it and I found it to be an excellent idea. Advised!

17/03/2025: Personale scortese e servizio pessimo. Abbiamo acquistato e consumato ma alla richiesta di un bicchiere d’acqua accanto al caffè, la barista ha chiesto autorizzazione alla collega, che mal volentieri ha dato il suo benestare. Esperienza pessima!

20/02/2025: Ci fermavamo in questo locale, dopo aver girato un po’ ovunque a farci un ammazzacaffè prima di rientrare in albergo e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Ottima grappa e Vinsanto super (tanto che mi son fatta dire la cantina e me lo sono andata a comprare!). Locale tranquillo (almeno nel periodo in cui ci sono stata io), situato nella bellissima piazza di Greve, pulito, personale cordiale e molto gentile e prezzi nella norma. Se torno da quelle parti, ci ritorno di sicuro! Consigliato.

21/04/2025: A long time subscribed customer, today I tried to bring my boyfriend for a single workout, as normally happens in many gyms. Generally there are two options: daily or, sometimes, entry accompanied by a season ticket holder. Here, however, neither was possible. The only alternative? Pay 50 euros for 4 entries. Yes, 50 euros. No flexibility, no solution. But it's not just that, I called six times for clarification before going. No clear answer, no availability. A completely inefficient system. And I pay the subscription every month. Money that I give to a service that shows no respect either towards those who are already customers, or towards those who could become one. Really disappointed.

18/04/2025: We had a lovely Sunday, the buffet lunch was exquisite, the bar staff were very attentive and very courteous. I recommend it to anyone who has children, because they have so much fun.

09/04/2025: Prezzo eccessivo per quello che offrono, capisco siamo a Firenze ma così è follia! Il caffè era pure basso, cappuccino praticamente costava quasi meno del caffè 🤦🏼‍♀️
