13/08/2025: Wonderful enoteca that provides amazing service. Went in after reading about the enoteca on Google and was not disappointed, super friendly and got help picking 4 amazing bottles for me. Very happy and will come back if I am ever in need for more wine 🍷

13/08/2025: Visited today, the owner was really kind and knowledgeable in helping my boyfriend choose four bottles of wine he wanted to take home as souvenirs. He told us about the history of the wine shop and was professional. Excellent selection, truly, highly recommended.

23/10/2025: A very welcome change to eat vegetables. We were so happy when we stumbled across this cute salad bar. Lots of great choices for toppings, or make your own. I would highly recommend if you’re tiered of eating pasta and meat every day.

13/09/2025: I went for a cocktail with a friend after dinner. The very kind and welcoming staff showed us to the table in the back. Shortly after we ordered our cocktails (my Mojito wasn't made properly so it wasn't good, my friend's cocktail—non-alcoholic—was good), they brought us a covacino (pretty good, which makes me assume the pizzas are good!) to accompany our drinks. We stayed chatting until the place was about to close, but no one came to disturb us or let us know it was time to close! Very professional and appreciated! The bill was €12 all-inclusive! Even though my cocktail wasn't good, the price seemed very fair! I would gladly return to try the cuisine of this very welcoming and beautiful place, which could be called a restaurant, bar, and pizzeria.

01/07/2025: Greetings are optional, especially if they have to make conversation with others. Average (disgusting) in Castelfiorentino, in terms of making customers feel welcome. Private conversations have always existed, but when I was little, we stopped chatting when someone came in, served them, greeted them, and then went back to talking to the other person. Except for the Asian girl, who was always very nice.

02/11/2025: The location is excellent, a 10-minute walk from the train station. It's very close to historical sites, allowing you to explore the city and then relax. It's not a full-fledged hotel, but the staff is helpful. We arrived at the end of October and the weather was nice, so we didn't need heating. There are radiators and air conditioning in the room. There's also a small balcony, just enough for a breath of fresh air. If you're checking in after 8 p.m., there's no receptionist. You're given a number to call, and a staff member will come and complete your registration and room procedures. You need to speak with them 10 minutes before your arrival. The exterior and interior doors have a password, allowing you to enter and exit. The breakfast room is quite small, with 7-8 tables, and they're all very close together. The breakfast selection is reasonable by European standards, but primarily sweet. If you're gluten- or sugar-sensitive, it's satisfactory. There aren't many places outside that cater to our breakfast culture. It was sufficient for our two-night stay. There's also a mini-fridge in the room. The rooms aren't small, and by the way, we were very comfortable for two people. They also helped with luggage storage.

31/10/2025: A really well located and extremely friendly hotel a short walk (10-15 mins) from the main Railway Station Florence SMN and the historic centre of Florence (5 mins). Rooms modern, spotless and comfortable. Staff extremely helpful, highlighting on a map for us the places we hoped to visit, and making recommendations. Breakfast plentiful; though the dining area can get busy! A lovely place to stay, we will return. Gracie.

06/11/2025: Terrible pastries, obviously old and dry Nutella, and lousy spread. I tried again, but it was the same story. I'll never go there again. It's a shame because it was convenient...

24/05/2025: Sitting outside with friends and sipping on whine and beer. Living the vibes, and appreciating the awesome food. Pasta Is homemade, try both the meat and pasta red sauce and the fish and spaghetti pasta. Both really good.

03/04/2025: This was a cute little spot. Had lunch and food was reasonably priced and delicious. Service was great. Coffee was good. No complaints. Would go back anytime.

22/11/2025: The staff are lovely, the view of the Ponte Vecchio is magical, the fresh, house-made pasta is a delight, especially the truffle pasta, and the value for money in Florence is very good.

27/07/2025: Semplicemente fantastico dal primo fino al dolce. Abbiamo preso i pici cacio e pepe, una fiorentina con patate e un tiramisù. Il locale è piccolo ma caratteristico e i camerieri sono gentili. Lo consiglio vivamente per una cena intima, ci ha lasciati a bocca aperta.
