03/08/2024: Siamo stati a pranzo da Ino perché ce l’avevano consigliato, abbiamo preso due panini veramente tristi… La schiacciata quasi un pane insipido, con due fette di prosciutto trasparenti ed un velo di burrata… praticamente solo pane… alla modica cifra di 11€… capisco che Firenze sia turistica ma almeno farcite un po’ quei panini… carino l’ambiente con possibilità di sedersi all’interno…

13/01/2024: Typical Tuscan trattoria where you can eat good meat. Excellent starters (delicious livers), fresh and quality cold cuts. At first the waitress made a bit of a mess with the order but they recovered without any problems. The first courses are a little too "greasy", but the white ragù is very good. To try!

20/05/2024: Servizio pessimo, lento e non professionale. Durante il pasto i camerieri servivano con una verve che spengeva l'appetito, ma non è questo il motivo di lamentela, quanto che a un certo punto, uno di loro mi ha urtato in testa! Mai vista una cosa simile! Capisco il non sprizzare attenzione, buone maniere e professionalità ogni giorno, siamo umani, ma una cosa del genere non mi era mai capitata prima! E di ristoranti ne ho visti!! Questo avvenimento mi ha portato a biasimare la pessima esperienza fatta, non credo che tornerò anche se il cibo era passabile. Non mi sorprende infatti che il posto era quasi deserto...

24/02/2024: Ubicazione splendida. Ottimo cucinato. Prezzi corretti. Personale gentile, seppure la seconda volta (da che ci sono tornato dopo tanti anni) il servizio è stato un po’ lento. Forse qualche arredo da rinnovare in sala.

08/06/2024: We booked a table for Wednesday 5th June. I received the booking confirmation. Upon arrival we found the sign that the place was closed for plant maintenance. We were not notified... and we did not even have a response to our email complaining about the mix-up Pessimis experience!! I advise against it

27/05/2024: I booked a table with Google. Reservation confirmation arrived for the same evening. When we arrived the restaurant was closed for maintenance on the system. It would have been nice, given the provision of email and telephone contact, to have been notified.

17/08/2024: A terrible mid-August dinner, the worst experience that has ever happened to me. Hot location, air conditioner they make a show of it. The service was careless with the orders, they got the courses we ordered wrong, some of them served us immediately and the others after almost half an hour. If we didn't insist on asking to serve us, they forgot to bring us food, serving the other tables that arrived after us first. The wrong pizzas were brought back to the pizza chef who we saw from afar, who added some toppings and re-voiced the usual pizzas to make them look like the ones we ordered. A cut, inedible, arrived after the Greek calends, which also did not respect the order. The roast potatoes, seemed like reheated leftovers, not remotely resembling those brought to other tables. We felt treated like second class customers. Truly very disappointed, and to say that we had left Florence with much higher expectations. I definitely won't recommend it to my acquaintances, as well as not going back myself. They made me look bad to my guests. The bill, absurd, for having left the table hungry, furthermore the cashier even had the courage to ask "but what did you expect?"....perhaps to have a normal dinner at the restaurant?.....uncommentable. Definitely, not to go back.

12/11/2023: A good Greek restaurant in the heart of Florence where I rediscovered the true flavors of Greece. Excellent moussaka and good souvlaki too. I will definitely return to try the other dishes. The service was quite quick and the staff were very helpful. Advised
