11/07/2024: I think this place for an after-party is heaven. I've known this place for more than a year now and the quality of the food is high, I always take the pangocciolo, but obviously all the products are made by them. There is a wide choice of creams and snacks to put inside the dessert. The staff is very kind, especially the owner of the place is very nice and friendly, she makes you feel at ease. The atmosphere is very quiet and clean, you can eat both inside and outside. Not only is this place super approved for me, but also all the people I brought to try the pangocciolo appreciated the goodness of this soft dessert. Another very important thing is that even those who are lactose intolerant can eat it!

17/07/2024: We wanted to eat a delicious pizza on vacation in Tuscany without much effort. The pizzas had great toppings, were very tasty and were more than fair in price. Highly recommended, thank you very much!

29/07/2024: VEGAN RESTAURANT La Fonderia is a vegan restaurant with few but good dishes. However, I find it a little too expensive, especially considering the portions which are a little small. The reason for the 4 stars is this. Having said that, I tasted sambusa, triangles of phyllo dough with lentils, vegetables and berbère as a starter, crespelle with mushrooms and nipitella as a first course and a chocolate cake with cream and apricot jam as dessert. All very good!

04/08/2024: I came back after some time. But I think the management has changed but as far as the atmosphere, the environment and the kindness of the staff are concerned, everything is ok. The meat was good too. I will definitely return.

13/06/2024: The food is Simple, nice and reasonably priced. Surprising nice. Stumble across this place along our way to our next destination. This cafe is located at the petrol station. The portion is not very small. Looks like a cafeteria for the workers nearby. There is a toilet at the back of the petrol station. Not very clean but at least it does not stink.

16/05/2024: Nonoja Cafe On monday we headed to Empoli to visit my friends family cafe Nonoja. Here not only did we have a fabulous afternoon in their company but we enjoyed some amazing food and wine. The cafe is set on an industrial estate and all the locals head straight to nonoja for lunch. They also do deliveries to all the local businesses. When we arrived the family came out to welcome us with open arms. We had a little chat with the team before being seated for lunch. It wasn’t very long before the cafe was full with over one hundred customers and as we found out it was not hard to see why because the food is not only delicious but excellent value for money. We started with an aperol spritz before the festivities began. First to arrive was the amazing Artichokes followed by a stunning Linguine Vongole. They then wanted us to try the Olio Aglio Pepperoncino Pasta and it was delicious. Next to arrive was the Bacalao with sweet leeks followed by the fried Rabbit with potatoes. We then enjoyed a fantastic main course of Beef Stew with spinach all washed down with an amazing Barbanera Toscana. We finished with a coffee before enjoying some time with the team. This gave us the opportunity to Thank them all for a wonderful afternoon of great food and wine. It’s really no surprise to see why this cafe is so popular and if you’re ever near the area I would highly recommend popping in for lunch. Many Thanks to the family and all the team and hopefully we can return again soon.

03/08/2024: The Panna Cotta was not cool (definitely not just taken out from the refrigerator). The fruit topping was good. 3 EUR service charge per person just for having dessert is too much! The crema Catalana was okay but nothing special. Charging 2 EUR for tap water is ridiculous.
