27/05/2025: I come here often because I think it is one of the best ice creams I have ever eaten, truly impeccable. It's a shame about the service that I think needs a bit of revision, given that it happened to me several times that the same guy who served us several times, dropped the ice cream or fell right after serving it.

19/06/2025: Convenient because it is large and has a certain variety of places to eat (bar, McDonald's, Chef express, focaccia romana). Large, fully air-conditioned dining area. Sufficient convenience store. Large internal bathrooms, in a number above average and clean. Well-kept premises.

13/05/2025: Terrible service. Last Saturday we were in a connecting room with a children's party and we couldn't talk to each other. They served us after an hour and 15 minutes and, of the dishes they brought us, many were COLD! An example: the shank that we brought back to the kitchen to be reheated, they brought back cold. The worst thing is that they didn't apologize for ANYTHING

Friendly and familiar service, very homely in fact it feels like being at home. The cuisine is typical of the area and changes every day. The dishes being gastronomy must be chosen in the window. A must include the Livornese style chops, the best I've ever tasted and an impressive bread soup A particularly good chestnut cake that they have been making for 50 years

25/06/2025: This is also one of the classic places recommended for those traveling to Florence. Caffèmisù is really good, even if perhaps a little sweet for some. The prices are a little high and, if you are looking for tranquility, it is better to take everything to go. 17/11/2024: Excellent pizzeria located near the town center. The pizzas are exceptional, delicious and with fresh ingredients, they are also quite large. The menu is very varied, with various options. Friendly and kind staff. I recommend mascarpone and speck pizza and also Schiacciata stuffed with Nutella and mascarpone.

04/11/2024: We stopped for lunch on our way to southern Tuscany. At first glance it looked like a bar with pizza by the slice but in reality they also make the classic round pizza. Elderly so I decided to have a pizza and a calzone. They were both well stuffed and tasty. The only flaw was the place which was a bit messy and not perfectly clean, there seemed to be remnants of a small party from the previous evening. Overall a satisfying lunch

15/06/2025: I think this is a wonderful place to stay for 2-4 nights with great amenities for the price. I cannot imagine staying longer unless your expectations are very low and you need cheap + want a loud party college vibe. Despite being a “student hotel” guests are of all ages. Rooms are spacious and clean, bathroom is very nice, and AC works well. On site amenities are great and staff is very nice. Negatives: - There is no mattress. Only a thin foam pad on a very squeaky bed frame. Unacceptable for the price of this hotel and how much money this company makes. They need to invest in real mattresses or advertise it is a COT not a bed. - Very loud and thin walls with bed frames attached to wall. My neighbors had a lot of fun…every night…my whole bed would shake, items falling off my table, and I could hear everything as if I was in bed with them too LOL The hotel is also surrounded by busy streets, and with so many students returning drunk late into the night - sleep is disturbed. - Rooms are poorly furnished if staying beyond a few nights - limited storage and no comfortable seating despite the large size. They should invest in a chaise for the room. - Pool closes early whenever staff seems to feel like it, with no notice to guests, despite online rules stating 9pm. The bar is open until 12a - why close the pool 6h early for no reason?? Very disappointing as we came back to use the pool two days in a row, after specially booking this hotel for pool access, and were denied the first night @1730 due to an event, and then returned at 1800 the next night to find it closed. Again, no signs, no notice, no information at check in beyond the website which clearly states 2100 close.

12/06/2025: Had the most tender steak with mushrooms here for lunch. We were a little apprehensive with it being so close to the train station but everything we had was delicious. Can't stop thinking about how tender and flavorful that steak was!

25/01/2025: An exceptional shop, to say the least, run by friendly people with remarkable helpfulness and kindness. They have a little bit of everything and just in case. Dishes cooked to perfection as if they were "at home", both freshly made and ready to take away. We often go there when we are in the area and their cuisine makes us feel really good. They have a few tables inside and in good weather even a few places outside. I recommend you give it a try and you won't be disappointed. See you soon
