02/10/2025: …I understand that sometimes we have problems at home or we don't wake up in the right mood... but people who work with the public must always be courteous, and maybe it would be nice to smile at customers every now and then! Every time I come to your office, this lady employee of yours never smiles, is NEVER kind, and is always rude... Today I repeated good morning four times and never received a response. Every time it was like that, and not to mention the rest... She could take a cue from the other dark-haired guy whose name I don't know, but who every time people come in is always cheerful and very kind, and that's how a person who works with the public should be. 27/07/2025: La trattoria Sanesi è stata una bella esperienza culinaria. Abbiamo preso le pappardelle al cinghiale:sugo molto buono e papardelle artigianali; un buon piatto. Per secondo un misto griglia:piccione,rostinciana e groppa;la rostinciana solo per gola,buona ma niente di che il piccione e la groppa buonissimi la groppa saporita e tenerissima con il giusto grasso che la rendeva succulenta il piccione buono e ben cotto. Avevano una vasta varietà di dolci ma noi abbiamo preso i classici cantuccini con vin santo..un buon vinsanto e anche i cantuccini buoni. La cameriera è stata molto cortese,gentile e accogliente attenta ad ogni nostra necessità. Il locale nonostante fosse pieno di clienti ha una bella atmosfera dove non si avverte confusione. Il prezzo è stato giusto per quello che abbiamo mangiato. I parcheggi non mancano tutti gratis nelle vicinanze. consigliatissimo. Per chi non è di Lastra a signa poi,essendo la trattoria proprio nel centro del paese, si può fare una bella passeggiata per visitare questo piccolo centro storico.

27/07/2025: Eravamo in 4 e abbiamo preso antipasto misto per tutti , 1 bistecca x 3 (1,500 Kg. circa), 1 filetto al pepe verde, funghi porcini di contorno, 2 dolci, vino della casa (tot. 185€). Il personale è cortese e il prezzo è nella media, niente da eccepire. Sinceramente però, da un locale blasonato come questo mi aspettavo qualcosa di più. Cioè, ho mangiato una bistecca come molte altre, buona, ma niente di speciale. Bello il posto fuori che hanno sul retro.

10/10/2025: So, I arrived at 10:40 p.m., which I grant you is relatively late. Having seen that the place only closes at midnight, I thought that would be fine. When I arrived I asked if it was still possible to have dinner, they said yes. While I was looking at the menu, a first waitress quickly came to ask me if I had chosen, I asked her for 1 more minute. Immediately after, another waiter came to ask me the same question and pointed out that the kitchens closed at 11:30 p.m. So I hurried to choose. When I had almost finished my dinner, I had the misfortune to put down my cutlery to take a sip of wine and a waitress jumped up to ask me if I had finished while my last plate was still full, I asked her for a little time. I quickly finished, paid and left. I understand that service jobs are difficult. However, I would have preferred to be told that it was no longer possible to dine than to receive this treatment. I myself am part of the restaurant world, and I would always choose honesty first and foremost over providing this kind of dinner for my clients. The food was good, nothing special, considering I'm not familiar with the world of Asian cuisine in Florence. The service, however, was cold and oppressive, which had the ability to create an unpleasant knot in the stomach, especially while eating. In short, you won't see me in this place again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a late dinner. From what I saw of customers finishing up when I arrived, the service seemed pleasant. The contrast made the experience all the more anxiety-inducing.

PS Ristorante, nestled in the quiet of Cerreto Guidi, is one of them: a place where every dish tells a story, and every detail is attended to with rare delicacy. Chef Stefano Pinciaroli's touch is immediately recognizable: creativity, respect for the raw ingredients, and a balance that surprises without ever forcing. Among the dishes that made an impression on me, "Quella che manca"—roast beef with lamb gelato, cherries, and a brown stock—is pure elegance on the plate: flavors that intertwine and balance gracefully. "Se vuoi far come ti pare...", with buckwheat crepes, Livorno prawns, chocolate, matcha tea, and borage pesto, is a gesture of courage and poetry, capable of surprising and captivating. (And I don't like buckwheat!) And then there's the famous "Bianco e Nero," so good it deserves a second helping—a dish that captures the very essence of this cuisine: balance, technique, and sensitivity. The experience is accompanied by carefully curated amuse-bouche and a small pastry that closes the experience like a caress. The warm and refined atmosphere welcomes you with discretion. The service is impeccable: present, but never intrusive. You don't just come here to eat: you come to live an experience, to slow down, to listen to time and flavors. A restaurant that reminds you how cuisine can be art, emotion, and memory. And above all, a place you'll want to return to even as you're still savoring the last bite. <3

22/07/2025: An experience that would have deserved an extra star if the price hadn't been so high. The location is enchanting, inside a villa that's often the venue for events or weddings. The restaurant is an ultra-luxury establishment, even boasting a green Michelin star (for sustainability). The dishes are refined, and the menu is undoubtedly high-quality. The dish that made the chef famous, chicken livers with dark chocolate puff pastry, is one to remember. The only downside is the price, as it was more expensive than other restaurants with actual Michelin stars. In short, a highly respectable restaurant, with a menu that may not be cutting-edge but is truly top-notch, and for a few dozen euros less, it would have deserved five stars.

07/10/2025: We went to this restaurant for a very special occasion. It was honestly just on the way to our next attraction. The pictures looked incredible. The menu also appealed to us. Accordingly, we decided to go there despite the somewhat meager four stars, unlike some other sushi restaurants in Florence. When we arrived, we were the only customers in the restaurant. Accordingly, our orders were taken promptly. Extremely friendly, attentive, and competent service. We ordered edamame, harumaki, sake avocado, ura mango, salmon roll, crispy ebiten roll, and hosso fritto mango. In my opinion, this was high-quality, tasty, and sumptuous sushi. The fish was definitely sashimi-quality. The rice was perfectly cooked—a game-changer. We eat sushi regularly and make our own. But this was definitely one of the best spots we've been to in recent years. It beats any hip Asian fusion restaurant in other big cities. In my opinion, a diamond in the rough. We will definitely visit this restaurant again on our next visit to Florence. Unfortunately, we didn't take too many pictures; we were far too hungry and the food was way too good. A more modern presentation of the dishes (more Instagrammable) would definitely attract more customers. Personally, I think this food could have been served on a plastic plate, given the quality. 25/09/2025: I went to this restaurant with a colleague. I didn't want to leave the city center, so I stumbled upon it by searching on Google. When I arrived, my initial impression was rather disappointing. In my opinion, this is one of the smallest sushi restaurants I've seen; I personally prefer larger restaurants, especially if I'm bringing children. The food isn't bad, but the only downside is the limited selection.

04/09/2025: Wide selection of different pizzas; I've tried a few and they're all very good. Excellent quality ingredients, fast and friendly service.

26/06/2025: Great pizza and great ingredients. Quiet and clean place. Ample parking. There is no table service but there are placemats and cutlery (in sanitized paper bags) to use. Wide selection of beer and soft drinks. Friendly and helpful pizza chef. I recommend it

13/10/2025: I spent a few days in Florence with my mother, and this was the best restaurant we ate at. We loved it so much and were so comfortable that we returned several times. The service was excellent, they were very friendly, the food was quality, well-priced, and the dishes were plentiful. Although there were many dishes we didn't get to try, we highly recommend the mixed fries, the grilled salmon, and the tiramisu. The wine was excellent.

28/02/2025: Excellent takeout pizza! I ordered a Margherita and a Diavola, both delicious. The crust is light and crispy, and even though it was takeout, it arrived hot and perfect.

26/02/2025: I had the pleasure of trying this pizza and can say without a doubt it was a fantastic experience. The crust was perfectly crispy yet perfectly soft, with an authentic flavor that immediately evoked tradition. The fresh, high-quality ingredients enhanced every bite, from the stringy mozzarella to the rich, delicate tomato sauce. The combination of toppings was balanced and well-crafted, making every piece irresistible. If you're a pizza lover, this is definitely a must-try. A true delight that will make you want to come back again and again!

31/08/2025: A lovely pastry shop where I finally found a gluten-free counter, and for those who don't have gluten intolerance, they have excellent classic pastries. The same goes for the desserts. They also serve quick lunches. Excellent.

11/08/2025: A complete pastry shop offering cakes, mini pastries, breakfasts, aperitifs, and aperitif dinners, with and without gluten, lactose-free, and even vegan options! A great experience! Highly recommended.

02/10/2025: With our association, this is the third time we've relied on Luca's expertise and friendliness for charity events. The results are always beyond positive. Besides the magnificent and evocative location, we had a wonderful time with Luca and his team. The service, impeccable kindness, and presence in resolving and preventing any problems. 06/09/2025: A total disaster! Pizza with flies on it, no table service, no appetizers, we had to buy and open the fries ourselves as if we were at a miserable picnic. Not even a napkin, zero attention, zero professionalism. An absolute disgrace, the worst place I've ever been to. The only decent thing: the Aperol was well made... but that's certainly not enough to save such a scandalous experience!

30/08/2025: A place we're fond of and highly recommend, especially in the summer, where you can enjoy a splendid view from the terrace and the climate is definitely better than in the city. Excellent pizza, fair prices, and friendly staff.
