20/06/2025: The food was impeccable, shame about the surrounding noise of the cars, kind and helpful waiters, same thing for the gentlemen at the counter who proved to be very helpful even with the most difficult requests

17/06/2025: This restaurant was close to our hotel and decided to try it out. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean. The food was incredible. The lasagna was creamy and delicious. The lasagna was the best I have ever had. Highly recommend this place.

19/05/2025: Daniele is a passionate host and so informative about food and wine. Everything he makes is so tasty and creative. His partner Valentina is a Professor of Vita Culture at the University in Florence. She is also evident in the shop for her decorating skills. We will go back!

The food is simple, without too many frills, but always good, well-prepared and consistent with what you expect from genuine and honest cuisine. The pizza is truly excellent, with a light and well-cooked dough, fresh ingredients and balanced flavors. But what makes the experience even more pleasant is the welcome from the dining room staff. 03/06/2025: Location bellissima, un luogo incantevole, tranquillo, sembra di entrare in un piccolo mondo incantato. Ristorante da encomio a mio parere. Cibo ottimo, senza troppo pretese ma ben fatto e con prezzi assolutamente adeguati (in altre città a quei prezzi si ha accesso a qualità nettamente inferiori). Vino una garanzia, ma d’altronde non ci si può aspettare nulla di meno da una cantina storica come questa. Personale educato, preparato, accogliente ma discreto. Menzione particolare meritano le stoviglie che sono forse l’espressione un po’ più visibile da fuori della cura che la proprietà ha deciso di dare a questo ristorante. Io mi sono innamorata di questo luogo, ci tornerò e spero proprio di amarlo anche di più la prossima volta. Bravi davvero e un grande grazie! (Come mi piace fare queste recensioni! Rarissime per me ma sempre fatte con grande gioia!)

25/05/2025: Si nota l’impegno nel voler proporre piatti innovativi ed abbinamenti di sapori eclettici, i risultati però non sono sempre soddisfacenti. Porzioni minime, esaurite in un solo boccone (livello tapas) con prezzi da stellato! Ambiente piacevole, servizio gradevole. Non credo che ci tornerò… peccato!!!

10/05/2025: Serata tranquilla in coppia. Pizza buona. Bassa, come nelle tipiche case del popolo fiorentine ma devo dire molto buona. Carica di sapore e di ingredienti. Peccato per i prezzi da ristorante gourmet. Impossibile pensare di pagare una maialona 14,5€ o un antipasto toscano 13€. A ponte a Ema manca una pizzeria, a prezzi medi sarebbe sicuramente stata un’opzione per la routine ma così è difficile. Valuteremo se tornarci.

15/06/2025: La mejor comida que tuvimos durante nuestra estancia en Florencia! Combinado con su servicio amable y eficiente. Recomiendo encarecidamente esta osteria a cualquiera que quiera sentirse bienvenido. + tiramisù fue morir por : )

09/06/2025: Nuestro primer día en Florencia, después de un vuelo muy temprano, viajando y luego visitando Pitti y los jardines, estábamos absolutamente hambrientos de hambre a media tarde y entramos sin prestar toda la atención o revisar el menú. El personal era amable, nos sentó (solo en el restaurante) rápidamente y era atento. Teníamos pequeños cuencos de pasta con trufa, con Aperol Spritz. El agua y el pan fueron traídos - teníamos el agua pero no tocamos el pan. Solo después de pagar, sin haber recibido nunca una avería antes, me di cuenta de que nos habían cobrado 5 € por el pan y lo mismo por el agua. Solo acepta estos si realmente los quieres. Lección aprendida. Otros lugares que visitamos no cobraban por el pan o incluso proporcionaban aperitivos gratis con bebidas, así que esto se sentía como si hubiéramos sido turistas atrapados. Afortunadamente el resto de nuestras comidas y experiencias durante nuestra semana en la Toscana mejoraron enormemente.

15/05/2025: This is a true “expensive and absolutely worth it” experience. All of the food delicious and creative—the chef her is an artist with amazing depth and thoughtfulness. Even the apparently simple dishes are memorable. The service is exceptional, and the waiter makes great recommendations on a routine basis. A fantastic place to relax after a busy day in Florence. Reservations are necessary, as they are also mindful of their food planning each night, but the online reservation process is easy.

01/05/2025: Membre de Slow Food, ce sympathique bistrot avec une agréable terrasse sur la Piazza Mino da Fiesole soigne autant l'accueil et le service que les mets dans l'assiette. Les ingrédients de qualité sont à l'honneur, transformés avec soin et originalité. Un endroit à ne manquer sous aucun prétexte !

27/04/2025: Ci siamo fermati a Fiesole e ci ha colpito da subito la proposta del menù. Ci riferiscono che la cucina sia cambiata di recente e ne siamo rimasti contenti. Personale gentile, disponibile e simpatico. Materie prime di qualità, originalità nella composizione dei piatti e proposte anche vegane. Prezzo in linea con le aspettative. Spero di tornarci.

Buono l impasto buoni gli abbinamenti e sopra tutto , nonostante il servizio poco veloce, che però è abbastanza attento, si sta davvero bene, offre sala giochi, e l informalita del posto ti fa sentire come tra amici! Assolutamente da provare. Prezzi economicissimi!
