Comfortable! N breakfast was nice I’ll come back if I visit Firenze.

The rooms and bathroom are clean and tidy, though the water pressure isn't great. The service is 5 star though. The rooms are cleaned every day and the desk attendants were always friendly and helpful. A special shout out to the man on the desk on our last night who kindly ordered a taxi to the train station for us.

Fab location on a very quiet street close to lots of tourist attractions. No real reception area... The garden is non existent which was a huge let down. They could do so much with it. The bedrooma are hard to find as the levels are all over the place! The whole hotel needs maintenance. It's clean but not well looked after. Reception staff are friendly enough. The breakfast staff are so abrupt and not friendly. The breakfast room is noisy because of the abrupt staff. Choice of food is minimal. We loved the city so walked 10+ miles everyday. Unfortunately there are no TV channels that are English or even with English subtitles at all if you fancy a half hours, end of day catch up forget it! Not even an English news channel! Tiny en suite but ok. On a plus side tho bedroom ceiling was beautiful. Won't be staying again though!!!

A decent 3-star hotel. Clean. Rooms were cleaned daily, with towels changed three times and linens changed twice during our five-day stay. The amenities were simple, but adequate for this class of hotel – a teapot, cups, coffee and tea, and a mini-fridge. A good, fresh breakfast was provided. Excellent location. Very close to the historic center of the city, and convenient access to Florence airport. If you're looking for a reasonably priced, well-located hotel without the need for lavish amenities, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

The room was small but nice and comfortable, and very clean. The shower was good, and the service at reception and during breakfast was excellent. I should mention that breakfast is just adequate; the quality isn't the best, and I didn't particularly like the coffee, but the waitresses were very, very friendly. The only negative thing I can say is that there's a lot of noise, especially in the morning, but I only stayed to sleep, and there were no problems at that time. I think it's ideal for couples who are just going to sleep :) The location is a 15-20 minute walk from the city center.

Very friendly, especially Francesca, who provides all the information you need to feel relaxed and comfortable. The rooms are spotless and the location is excellent.
