23/06/2025: The pistachio croissants are a must, very, very delicious. I would go back because I haven't tried the orange one yet. If you're Latino, you'll think the waiters are very serious, and yes, they're serious but friendly and quick to answer your questions. You order, get what you ordered, and sit down to enjoy the croissants with an espresso, period.

28/05/2025: As someone who has a good appetite and has tried every pasta I've ever had the chance to, I can say without a doubt that today I ate the best pasta I've ever had. We understood each other as best we could because I don't speak Italian, but the food was incredibly good; I have no words to describe how delicious everything was!

06/08/2025: Our first impression was more like, "Do we really want to go in there?" But it was so worth it! This tiny, perhaps even old-fashioned restaurant exceeded our expectations. The insider tip from the Google reviews proved to be right! The charming owner has a huge heart, cooks with love, prepares her dishes, and bakes the pizza herself. Value for money: Wow! I think every one of these dishes is highly recommended! I've never had such an outstanding and absolutely delicious Cabonara - molto bene! The pizza was the best and most Italian pizza we've ever had - it was like coming home to your Italian "nonna." We are absolutely thrilled.

25/07/2025: Food was lovely. Authentic and delicious Italian food. Our only complaint on the food was our steak not cooked quite right but the rest was lovely. Our main issue was the service . This restaurant has one person doing everything, waiting tables, cooking....literally everything and the service was painfully slow. We were the first people in there for evening service, and had only started and main course and it took 3 hours! By the time we left there were a total of 10 covers in the restaurant, including us 5.... it could be a great little place if they just employed a waiter/waitress. A real shame

31/07/2025: Very nice fine dining Resto. The guy that served us (maybe the owner) is very cool. The steak melts in your mouth and the tiramisu is good.

19/07/2025: Local restaurant. Super fun vibe. Manager was very kind and everyone was happy. We asked for the half liter of wine and they brought out this huge bottle. When we tried to correct them, they said we drink what we want and then they'll charge. If we finished the bottle, hey free souvenir! Sadly, we didn't rise to the challenge, but we had plenty of wine and only paid 7 euros. The food was also very good and fresh!

27/07/2025: La trattoria Sanesi è stata una bella esperienza culinaria. Abbiamo preso le pappardelle al cinghiale:sugo molto buono e papardelle artigianali; un buon piatto. Per secondo un misto griglia:piccione,rostinciana e groppa;la rostinciana solo per gola,buona ma niente di che il piccione e la groppa buonissimi la groppa saporita e tenerissima con il giusto grasso che la rendeva succulenta il piccione buono e ben cotto. Avevano una vasta varietà di dolci ma noi abbiamo preso i classici cantuccini con vin santo..un buon vinsanto e anche i cantuccini buoni. La cameriera è stata molto cortese,gentile e accogliente attenta ad ogni nostra necessità. Il locale nonostante fosse pieno di clienti ha una bella atmosfera dove non si avverte confusione. Il prezzo è stato giusto per quello che abbiamo mangiato. I parcheggi non mancano tutti gratis nelle vicinanze. consigliatissimo. Per chi non è di Lastra a signa poi,essendo la trattoria proprio nel centro del paese, si può fare una bella passeggiata per visitare questo piccolo centro storico.

27/07/2025: Eravamo in 4 e abbiamo preso antipasto misto per tutti , 1 bistecca x 3 (1,500 Kg. circa), 1 filetto al pepe verde, funghi porcini di contorno, 2 dolci, vino della casa (tot. 185€). Il personale è cortese e il prezzo è nella media, niente da eccepire. Sinceramente però, da un locale blasonato come questo mi aspettavo qualcosa di più. Cioè, ho mangiato una bistecca come molte altre, buona, ma niente di speciale. Bello il posto fuori che hanno sul retro.

26/08/2025: Vowed to have a gelato in florence, it feels like one should. Randomly picked this place. Had choc mint and cheesecake ice cream in a tub. Does not sound like would go but was divine. Bellisimo. Omg thought would eat a bit and chuck because too many calories. Ate whole tub. Thick like a New York cheesecake with strong, juicy cherries and big bits of chocolate in the mint choc. My head is now turned to gelato despite the damage to the waistline. If you want gelato no question. This is the place to go on a mission to find. Think around 6 euros but could be wrong cannot quite tell from payments in app.

15/11/2024: A risotto with prawns, leeks and porcini mushrooms worthy of the best restaurants... and yet I was only on my lunch break. Accurate service... they supplied me with hot flat bread even for the last forkful of risotto. Well done

19/07/2025: one of the most spectacular places in Florence. Beautiful rooftop terrace, and AMAZING breakfast. It has all sorts of fresh sweets too and even as a vegetarian you can find great options. It is not the newest hotel, it is in the historic center, in a historic building with very sufficient room amenities and cozy ambivalence, the rooms we stayed in had everything, were spacious and styled very florentinesque. Maybe we were lucky but overall it was a great experience. Stuff was very welcoming and polite, so thank you!!

10/09/2025: The guy who seemed to be the owner of the restaurant was very rude. He practically threw the menu at our table. The food wasn't bad, but nothing spectacular. The service certainly isn't worth the price of the food they serve.

10/09/2025: Despite the mixed reviews we had grilled fish of the day which was delicious. Service was surly at best. Just felt like they didn’t want to be there!
